The fungus bag perforator according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the heightening mechanism comprises a rotary threaded sleeve (8) rotatably penetrating the supporting top beam (6), the rotary threaded sleeve (8) is sleeved on the heightening screw rod (7) in a threaded connection manner, the bottom end of the heightening screw rod (7) is fixedly connected with the mounting seat (14), and a forward and reverse rotation servo motor (5) for driving the rotary threaded sleeve (8) to rotate is further mounted on the supporting top beam (6).

The fungus bag piercer according to claim 5, wherein a driving gear (11) is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the positive and negative rotation servo motor (5), a rotating disc (9) is fixedly sleeved on the rotating threaded sleeve (8), and a driven gear ring (10) meshed with the driving gear (11) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the rotating disc (9).
