the buckle comprises a fixed plate (4), a pressing plate (5), a clamping assembly, a positioning assembly and a winding assembly, wherein the pressing plate (5) is arranged on one side of the fixed plate (4), the positioning assembly is arranged on one side, far away from the pressing plate (5), of the fixed plate (4), the positioning assembly is arranged at one end of the fixed plate (4), and the winding assembly is arranged at the other end of the fixed plate (4);
the clamping components are arranged on two sides of the pressing plate (5) respectively, the clamping components comprise two clamping units, the two clamping units are arranged at two ends of the pressing plate (5) respectively, each clamping unit comprises a fixing block (6), a sliding rod (7), a limiting block (8), a spring (9) and a stop block (10), the fixing block (6) is arranged on the fixing plate (4), the limiting block (8) is arranged on the pressing block, one end of the sliding rod (7) is fixed on the fixing block (6), the other end of the sliding rod (7) penetrates through the limiting block (8), the spring (9) is sleeved on the sliding rod (7), the spring (9) is located between the fixing block (6) and the limiting block (8), one end of the spring (9) is connected with the fixing block (6), and the other end of the spring (9) is connected with the limiting block (8), the spring (9) is in a stretching state, and the stop block (10) is arranged at one end of the sliding rod (7) far away from the fixed block (6);

the winding assembly comprises two baffle plates (13), a rotating shaft (14), a roller (15), a connecting rod (16) and a rotating rod (17), wherein the two baffle plates (13) are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed plate (4), the rotating shaft (14) penetrates through the two baffle plates (13), the roller (15) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (14), the roller (15) is positioned between the two baffle plates (13), the roller (15) is in key connection with the rotating shaft (14), the connecting rod (16) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft (14), a through hole is formed in the other end of the connecting rod (16), the rotating rod (17) penetrates through the through hole, a plurality of limiting holes are formed in one baffle plate (13) close to the connecting rod (16), the limiting holes are positioned on the same circumference, and one end of the rotating rod (17) penetrates through one limiting hole;
the fixing mechanism comprises a hoop (18) and ground inserting needles (19), the hoop (18) penetrates through the lantern rings (3) of the limiting units far away from the belt (2), the ground inserting needles (19) are arranged on the hoop (18), and the ground inserting needles (19) are located on one side, far away from the anti-freezing cloth (1), of the hoop (18);
laminating mechanism includes a plurality of laminating subassemblies, and each laminating subassembly evenly sets up, the laminating subassembly includes first gasbag (20) and second gasbag (21), first gasbag (20) set up the inboard in belt (2), second gasbag (21) set up the periphery of preventing frostbite cloth (1), the one end and the belt (2) of second gasbag (21) are connected, the other end and staple bolt (18) of second gasbag (21) are connected, second gasbag (21) and the inside intercommunication of first gasbag (20).
