背景技术
织物功能整理近年来凭借着其可以提高织物附加价值和实用性,成为了研究的重点。科学技术的发展和保健意识的提高,给纺织品和中医药两个行业创造了再次携手的机遇,现如今,随着科学知识技术的发展,人们开始对中医药进行超微粉碎制备浆或有效成分进行提取,通过纺前共混,微胶囊整理剂等高新技术,将中药有效成分与纺织品进行结合,并开发具有良好舒适性,绿色环保且又有医疗保健作用的功能性纺织品,中草药不仅能对纺织品进行染色,还能赋予纺织品功能性,如抗菌防臭,滋润皮肤,抗紫外线,医疗辅助等保健作用,有益于人们的身心健康和延年益寿,这即满足生态环保的发展需求,又符合绿色健康功能化的服用要求,将纺织品与中草药结合既有利于中医药走向世界,又为纺织品加工和生产开辟了广阔的领域。本申请通过在织物涂层中加入有护肤效果的材料,使得制备得到的织物具备护肤,保健,自动调节冷暖等多种功能,具有较大的实用价值。

本发明术语“护肤成分”是指促进人体吸收和代谢,保持健康状态的物质,包括但不限于美容成分、药效成分。可以列举例如保健成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分,以及凉暖成分,当然还可以列举止汗成分、香味成分、促进血液循环成分、皮肤止痒成分等。
在一个具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举保健成分,所述保健成分具体地可以列举止血化瘀作用的中药,当归、川芎、红花、鸡血藤、五灵脂、延胡、乳香、没药、葛根、灯盏细辛、丹参、银杏叶;桃仁、败酱草、益母草、姜黄、刘寄奴、地鳖虫、水蛭、虻虫;仙鹤草、参三七、蒲黄、白及、槐花、地榆、侧柏叶、茜草、血余炭、大小蓟、棕榈、藕节等;发散作用的中药,例如麻黄、桂枝、紫苏、羌活、独活、荆芥、防风、细辛、香薷、白芷、秦艽;葛根、柴胡、薄荷、豆豉、豆卷、桑叶、菊花、浮萍、升麻;威灵仙、白芷、络石藤、五加皮、海风藤等;除湿渗利作用的中药,例如藿香、佩兰、佛手、苍术、厚朴、草果;淡渗,如茯苓、通草、苡仁;车前、泽泻、木通、防己、瞿麦、猪苓、萆薢、萹蓄等;清解内热作用的中药,例如黄连、黄芩、黄柏、知母、山栀、龙胆草、连翘、青蒿、夏枯草、丹皮、银花;鲜生地、石膏、竹叶、竹茹、天花粉、地骨皮、芦根、茅根;玄参、水牛角、青黛、大青叶、马勃、射干、山豆根、地丁草、板蓝根等。肃肺作用的中药,例如前胡、牛蒡、杏仁、贝母、桔梗、桑白皮、枇杷叶、马兜铃、百合、百部、胖大海;白前、旋覆花、紫菀、款冬花;胆星、半夏、白芥子、苏子、天竺黄、海浮石、鹅管石、竹沥、海藻、昆布、海蜇等。息风安神的中药,例如磁石、代赭石;天麻、钩藤、石决明、牡蛎、羚羊角、玳瑁、蜈蚣、全蝎;远志、枣仁、柏子仁、龙齿、朱砂、茯神、珠粉等;杀虫作用的中药,例如使君子、芜荑、雷丸、鹤虱、榧子、槟榔、雄黄、苦楝根等。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举美白成分,所述美白类材料可以阻止或者降低形成黑色素,和/或将皮肤上过量的色素沉着去除的物质,具体的例子可以列举烟酰胺、熊果素、传明酸、曲酸、鞣花酸、杜鹃花醇、洋甘菊萃取物、蚕丝蛋白、维生素C及其衍生物等对苯二酚或其衍生物、抗坏血酸、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、抗坏血酸磷酸镁、绿茶提取物、褪黑激素、壬二酸、曲酸(三肽)、熊果苷、类维生素A或视黄酸、对甲氧酚、烟碱醯胺、光果甘草、阿索辛、谷胱甘肽、乙醇酸、羟基乙酸或2-羟基乙酸、芦荟苦素、对苯二酚单苄基醚、大豆提取物、皮质类固醇、乙酰氨基葡萄糖、龙胆酸、维A酸、α-羟基酸、水杨酸、亚油酸、十八碳二酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、熊果苷/脱氧熊果苷、珍珠粉、棕榈酸视黄酯、绿茶提取物、褪黑激素、乙醇酸、羟基均二苯乙烯、谷胱甘肽等。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举保湿成分,所述保湿材料为能够锁水的物质,并且通常来说,其为亲水性的,并且可以与水形成氢键。皮肤保湿剂通过诸如吸收附近的空气来吸引水分,并且可以通过形成氢键而吸收水分子。其还可以通过在使用者的皮肤上形成屏障层将水分子保留在使用者的皮肤上,以防止水分从皮肤蒸发。例如为玻尿酸、胶原蛋白、尿素、泛醇、天然保湿因子(NMF)、神经酰胺、咯烷酮羧酸钠(PCA Na)、丙三醇、甘油、尿素、甘油三乙酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡硬脂基乙基己酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、透明质酸及其盐、丁二醇、戊二醇、椰油酸蔗糖、牛油树脂、二甲基甲硅烷基化二氧化硅、异硬脂酸脱水山梨糖醇酯、乳木果油(乳油木(Butrospermum parkii))、d-泛醇(维生素B5)、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、二甲聚硅氧烷、环甲基、、三乙酸甘油酯、辛酸/辛酸甘油三酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、丁二醇、辛酸/甘油三酸酯,棕榈酸乙基己酯、丁二醇等。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举抗菌成分,所述抗菌成分能抑制细菌的生长和/或促进伤口愈合。具体的例子可以列举壳聚糖、苦杏仁酸、水杨酸、三氯苯氧氯酚(Triclosan)、蜂胶、茶树、迷迭香、葡萄柚籽、柑橘萃取液、竹炭纤维、芦荟纤维、薰衣草油、香茅醇、葡萄籽油、霍霍巴油、柠檬草油、玫瑰油、佛手柑油、松油烯-4-醇、鼠尾草油、金盏花籽油、葵花油、山茶油、马鲁拉油、蔷薇籽油、鳄梨油、甜杏仁油、坚果油、野生橙油、葡萄柚油、洋甘菊油、肉桂油、姜油、鼠尾草油、千层油、桉树油、迷迭香油、柏树油和茶树油、薰衣草油、玫瑰油、松油烯-4-醇、金盏花油薰衣草油、松油烯-4-醇、金盏花油等精油。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举去污成分,例如是疏水疏油两亲性物质,所述疏水疏油两亲性物质的具有1μm~1000μm的平均长度,例如65μm、80μm、150μm、 500μm、800μm,具有1μm~500μm的纵横比,例如40μm、80μm、200μm、300μ m。在上述范围内的,所述去污成分亲水性对人体的湿润感良好,且去污效果理想。具体地,所述疏水疏油两亲性物质可以列举表面活性剂材料(例如阴离子型、阳离子型、两性离子型和非离子型),具体的例子可以列举,硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季铵化物、卵磷脂、氨基酸型、甜菜碱型、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦(司盘)、聚山梨酯、碱金属皂、三乙醇胺皂、蔗糖酯、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、烷基多糖苷、丙二醇单甲醚、双氧水等。所述疏水疏油两亲性物质还可以列举聚合物材料(例如均聚物、共聚物)例如,氟系乙烯基单体、含有聚亚烷基二醇的亲水性乙烯基单体和非聚亚烷基二醇系乙烯基单体共聚物等。

在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举控温成分,所述控温成分能根据外部环境的温度变化,自动作出调整,实现控温,在接触皮肤的密闭空间中形成稳定的温度环境,给人体以舒适感,具体例子可以列举相变材料如石蜡、聚乙二醇(PEG)、胆酸(CA)、硬脂酸-硬脂醇酯、月桂酸、葵酸、正十四烷等,聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺,碳纳米管,纳米多孔聚乙烯等。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举除臭成分,所述除臭成分通过吸附或吸附分解去除大气中的臭味,具体地例子可以列举选自工业大麻、罗布麻、甲壳素、活性炭、金属、无机物类、季铵盐类、环糊精和维生素、汉麻、薄荷烷、蒎烷、肉桂酸、甲酸香叶酯、月桂醇、葵醇、除虫菊、辣椒素、香茅油、山茶油、松节油、叶绿素、蓖麻油酸锌、沸石、香草醛、多聚甲醛、醋酸锌、硫酸铜,纳米级二氧化钛(TiO2)、二氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化锌(ZnO)三氧化二铝(Al2O3)、银沸石等。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举凉暖成分,所述凉暖成分可分为凉感成分和暖感成分,所述凉感成分接触皮肤使人体感觉凉爽、舒适,具体地例子可以列举松针、桑蚕丝和云母、木糖醇,赤糖醇,丝蛋白、薄荷脑、有机硅乳液、玉石冷感母粒、锦纶 6切片、丙烯酸类-聚酯-聚氨酯共聚物、粘胶纤维等;所述暖感成分接触皮肤会使人体感觉温暖,具体地例子可以列举唐辛子、甘菊、山茶油、石墨烯、三氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化硅等。制备本发明的护肤家用纺织品可以通过原料纤维纺丝、纺纱、织造,以及染色整理获得成品的护肤面料,再裁剪成所需要的护肤家用纺织品。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺丝过程中,可以将能够成纤聚合物在溶剂中溶解成溶液,或将成纤聚合物切片的纤维原料在螺杆挤出机中加热熔融成熔体,经纺前准备工序后入纺丝机,用纺丝泵将纺丝溶液或熔体定量、连续、均匀地从喷丝头的细孔压出,从而细流在水、凝固液或空气中固化,生成初生纤维结构物。进一步地,在纺丝过程中,采用的纺丝机和纺丝工艺可以根据纤维原料的种类和物理化学特性进行选择,例如将采用熔体纺丝,将高聚物加热至熔点以上的适当温度以制备熔体,熔体经螺杆挤压机,通过纺丝获得,还可以例如采用溶液纺丝(例如包括湿法纺丝和干法纺丝),选取适当溶剂,将所述成纤高聚物溶解成纺丝溶液,或先将高分子物质制成可溶性中间体,再溶解成纺丝溶液进行纺丝(例如粘胶、维纶、腈纶等)。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺纱过程中,例如将如上所述的纤维结构物并在一起纺成纱线,具体地可以将单一的纤维结构物进行纺纱,也可以将多种纤维结构物混合进行混纺,并将纤维结构物开松除杂以除去混合、梳棉、并合、牵伸、加捻、卷绕的过程后得到:所述开松除杂过程可以将纤维结构物中较大的杂质颗粒避免对纤维结构物挤压和损伤,以及利于后续的混合,在所述梳棉过程中,将成块的纤维结构物梳理成单根纤维状态,从而提高纤维结构物的牵伸过程和成纱强力、纺纱的断头率的情况;所述牵伸将所述弯钩呈卷曲状态的纤维平行伸直,改善纱线的结构;所述加捻过程可以是纤维结构物绕其本身轴线加以扭转,使平行于须条轴向的纤维结构物呈螺旋状,从而产生径向压力使纤维结构物间的纵向联系固定下来,提高强度,当然也可以通过低捻以及无捻的方式提高纱线的柔软性,进一步地,依据采取的纺纱方式的不同还可以通过环锭纺、赛络纺、紧密纺、转杯纺、喷气纺,以及自有端纺纱实现。
在一具体实施例中,在所述织造过程中,可以将所述纱线或纤维,在织机上相互交织成机织物、针织物、非织造布(无纺织物)。具体而言,机织物由相互垂直排列即横向和纵向两系统的纱线,在织机上根据一定的规律交织而成的织物,例如,牛仔布、织锦缎、板司呢、麻纱等。其中,按组成机织物的纤维长度和细度机织物分为棉型织物、中长织物、毛型织物与长丝类织物:棉纤维的长度在30毫米左右,构成为棉型纱线,从而获得棉型织物;羊毛的长度大概在75毫米左右,构成毛型纱线,从而毛型织物;介于棉型与毛型长度之间的纤维,称做中长纤维,构成的纱线叫做中长纤维纱线,用这种纱线构成的织物为中长型织物。长丝型织物是用长丝织成的织物,如人造丝织物、涤纶丝织物。其中,还可以按照组织结构机织物形成平纹、斜纹、缎纹与其他组织:并相互穿套而成。针织物是由纱线编织成圈而形成的织物,分为纬编和经编。其中,纬编针织物是将纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线有顺序地弯曲成圈,并相互穿套而成,纬编针织物用于毛衫和袜子等;经编针织物是采用一组或几组平行排列的纱线,于经向喂入针织机的所有工作针上,同时进行成圈而成,经编针织物常用做内衣面料,手工编制也是纬编的编制方法。非织造布(无纺布)是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,按用途分为医疗卫生用无纺布、家庭装饰用无纺布、服装用无纺布、工业用无纺布、农业用无纺布等。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,在所述染色整理过程,坯布可以通过前处理、后整理,染色以及印染得到成品面料,对于坯布的前处理可以是对坯布的物理和外观进行检验,对于坯布的后整理可以是通过物理、化学或物理和化学联合的方法,改善面料外观和内在品质,提高服用性能和其他应用性能,或赋予面料某种特殊功能的加工过程,一般可以包括但不限于退浆处理、定幅、热定型、烧毛、轧光、磨毛、机械柔软、化学整理、硬挺整理,以及防水整理、拒水整理、阻燃整理等。进一步地,所述染色可以是依据坯布,例如全棉、涤棉、尼龙、涤纶、化纤制品、混纺制品的种类采用染料染料例如活性、分散、硫化、涂料以进行轧染、卷染、高温高压染色,从而提高对成品面料的色牢度。
本发明提供的护肤家用纺织品,区别于传统的护肤家用纺织品,其利用将护肤成分通过染色整理过程,将所述护肤成分整理到织物坯布或者面料上,通过对染色整理过程中的染色整理剂进行合理的配置,提高护肤成分在所述织物坯布上的附着率以及附着牢度,使得所述家用纺织品具有优异的护肤性能,柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。
本发明术语“织物”可以是任何材质的纤维经过纺织形成的产品,具体可以包括针织物、机织物或非织造布等。
护肤涂层
本发明所述护肤涂层是指在涂层整理中在织物表面单面或双面均匀涂布的一层或多层高分子化合物涂层剂,使织物正反面能产生不同功能的一种表面整理技术。所述涂层处理只是在表面,不同于一般传统的后整理浸轧,溶液不透入织物内部,因此,可节约化工原料。本发明所述涂层对基布要求低,在纤维上可以不受品种限制。在所述涂层浆料中加入不同的添加剂后,可使织物具有各种不同的外表和功能性。本发明所述护肤涂层中还加入了具有护肤功能的护肤成分,不仅可以增强经过所述护肤涂层整理后的织物的强度和断裂伸长率,还可以使其具有一定的护肤功能。
所述护肤涂层可以包含护肤成分,所述护肤涂层厚度可以为0.3-0.5mm,例如可以通过涂覆机器直接控制涂覆的厚度,保证涂层的质量,所述涂层的粘度可以通过控粘的助剂调节,以及稀释剂稀释等方式来控制,所述护肤涂层可以具有微孔结构,所述微孔的孔径可以为 10-50nm,例如20nm,30nm,所述微孔结构保证了所述涂层的透气性,所述护肤涂层可以具有一定的粗糙度,所述粗糙度例如可以为20-50nm,所述一定的粗糙度可以保证所述护肤涂层具有一定的平整度和手感,所述涂层的粘度可以是8-20Pa.s,pH值可以控制在6-7之间。
护肤涂层的制备
请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种护肤涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S41:提供一护肤涂层浆料;
S42:将所述浆料贴覆在织物坯布上得到所述护肤涂层;
所述护肤涂层包含护肤成分,所述护肤涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述护肤涂层具有微孔结构,所述微孔的孔径为10-50nm。
在步骤S41中,所述护肤涂层可以包含有护肤成分,所述护肤涂层可以调整到一定的粘度,用以控制贴覆时候的稳定等性能,所述涂层浆料中可以包括助剂,所述助剂可以调节无机有机之间的界面融合,以及稳定性,例如可以包括填充剂、偶联剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂等,所述表面活性剂可以包括2-乙基己醇磷酸双酯钾、四丁基碘化鏻和植酸十二钠,所述抗氧化剂可以包括光稳定剂、pH值稳定剂和热稳定剂等,所述涂层浆料的制备可以通过混合原料,加热,搅拌,降温,调节pH值等多种工艺实现,所述制备得到的浆料可以具有一定的粘度,便于后期的贴覆。
其中,所述护肤成分可以包括中药成分,所述中药成分可以进行前处理,所述前处理可以是将中药粉碎等步骤,所述粉碎可以是将中药粉碎到2mm以下,然后将所述粉碎后的中药溶解在水中,并进行加热处理得到中药物料,所述加热温度可以为100℃,所述加热时间可以是30-40分钟,将所述中药物料研磨至细度达到20微米以下后按照配方量和其他涂层浆料成分混合在溶剂中以得到所述涂层浆料。
在步骤S42中,所述贴覆可以包括浸渍、浸轧、涂刀涂覆、烘干中的任意一种或多种。所述浸轧时间可以是3-5小时,浸轧带液率可以是70-80%,所述烘干可以是90-110℃烘干。所述涂刀涂覆的涂布量可以为10-12g/m2。
所述涂刀涂覆可以是直接将涂层浆料通过物理或者机械方法均匀涂布于织物表面,然后使其成膜,所述直接涂层整理按照成膜方法的不同,又可以将其分为干法涂层和湿法涂层,所述湿法涂层又称为凝固涂层,所述凝固涂层可以是在凝固浴中形成微孔薄膜。
在所述步骤S42中,所述凝固涂层:织物→刮涂或浸轧→凝固→水洗→烘干。所述涂层例如可以是聚氨酯树脂涂层,所述聚氨酯树脂大分子硬段间的强分子间引力可形成强延伸性的薄膜,进而得到具有一定微孔、孔隙率以及粗糙度的护肤涂层,所述经过护肤涂层整理后的织物具有良好的透气性和断裂伸长率、柔软性能和白度以及优异的抗起毛性能等。
注意,如没有特别说明,本文中所示的“%”和“份”分别是指“质量%”和“质量份”。
所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (9)
1.一种护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述护肤涂层包含护肤成分,所述护肤涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述护肤涂层具有微孔结构,所述微孔的孔径为10-50nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述护肤成分选自保健成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分中的任意一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述护肤成分由艾草和红花按照质量比10:(1-3)组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述护肤涂层的粗糙度为20-50nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述护肤涂层浆料中包括助剂,所述助剂包括致孔剂、填充剂、偶联剂、流平剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护肤涂层,其特征在于:所述填充剂包括矿石粉和纤维粉按照质量比1:(1-3)组成。
7.一种护肤涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一护肤涂层浆料;
将所述浆料贴覆在一织物上得到所述护肤涂层;
所述护肤涂层包含护肤成分,所述护肤涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述护肤涂层具有微孔结构,所述微孔的孔径为10-50nm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所述提供护肤涂层浆料包括将护肤成分进行研磨、粉碎、超声、微波处理、蒸煮中任意一种或多种处理。
9.一种护肤家用纺织品,其特征在于:所述护肤家用纺织品包含护肤涂层,所述护肤涂层包含护肤成分,所述护肤涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述护肤涂层具有微孔结构,所述微孔的孔径为10-50nm。
