技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种复合型护肤面料及其制备方法和其应用。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活质量的不断提高和健康观念的转变,越来越多的人开始崇尚自然和健康的生活方式。原来单一和单调的纺织品已不能适应时代的发展和人们的需要,因此迫切需要开发新型复合型的纺织材料及功能性整理技术,以满足现代人的消费要求。
由于受人们生活习惯的制约,一般只局限于对脸、手等经常外露部分的保养,而对于身体的其他部分的保养则显得力不从心,外敷化妆保健品一般需要耗费较长的时间,若进行要对全身肌肤每天都进行保养,在目前的社会环境下对大部分人来说几乎没有可能。当前的肌肤保养技术缺乏持久性,在经历较短的时间周期后需要重新进行。如果能够生产一种具有护肤保湿功能的家纺或服装面料,会解决全身保养的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种复合型护肤面料及其制备方法和其应用,通过在面料织造过程中形成纳米复合材料薄膜,能够使护肤成分更均匀的分布在面料上,且护肤成分与面料之间的粘连性得以提升,更具有护肤保湿等功能,力学性能好,且制备工艺简单。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明提供一种复合型护肤面料,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
本发明的另一目的在于提高一种复合型护肤面料,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,所述纳米复合材料薄膜包括:
第一薄膜层;
第二薄膜层,与所述第一薄膜层嵌合连接;
其中,所述第一薄膜层的第一表面上具有凹结构,所述第二薄膜层的第二表面上具有凸结构,所述凸结构嵌入所述凹结构中;所述凹结构和所述凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
在一实施例中,所述纳米复合材料薄膜包括护肤成分、纳米材料和成膜材料。
在一实施例中,所述纳米材料包括纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化铝溶胶中的一种或多种组合。
在一实施例中,所述纳米复合材料薄膜位于纱线或者纤维上。
在一实施例中,所述护肤成分包括保健成分,烟酰胺,玻尿酸,壳聚糖和功能性类物质中的一种或多种组合。例如所述护肤成分包括以下质量组分:8~12质量份的保健成分,4~7质量份的烟酰胺、10~25质量份的玻尿酸、25~40质量份的壳聚糖和10~20质量份的功能性类物质。
在一实施例中,所述玻尿酸的分子量为700~900万。
在一实施例中,所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类、凉暖类、美白成分类中的一种或多种组合。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种复合型护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一包含护肤成分的护肤液;
将纱线或者纤维浸入到所述护肤液中,获得含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维;
由所述含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维编织而成所述护肤面料;
其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
本发明还涉及一种护肤家用纺织品,所述护肤家用纺织品含有护肤面料,以具有护肤效果,其中,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
在本发明中,通过在面料织造过程中形成纳米复合材料薄膜,能够使护肤成分更均匀的分布在面料上,且护肤成分与面料之间的粘连性得以提升,更具有护肤保湿等功能,力学性能好,且制备工艺简单。本发明可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家纺用品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。本发明不仅具有耐磨性、强力高、回弹性优良、面料绚丽多彩、吸汗及舒爽特点,还具有护肤保湿的功能,便于人们对全身肌肤进行保养。

护肤家用纺织品
本发明提供的护肤家用纺织品为包括护肤成分的家用装饰用纺织品,所述护肤家用纺织品的具体的例子可以包括但不限于床用套件,例如被单、被套、枕套、床笠、蚊帐、毛毯、抱枕、垫套等;芯被类,例如枕头、被子等;床垫等;家居用品,例如家具鞋、家具服、窗帘、布艺、靠垫、地毯等;卫浴用品,例如毛巾、浴巾、干发帽等,所述家用纺织品可以主要应用于家庭和公共场所,例如宾馆、酒店、剧场、舞厅、飞机、火车、汽车、轮船、商场、公司、机关等许多场合。
本发明术语“护肤成分”是指促进人体吸收和代谢,保持健康状态的物质,包括但不限于美容成分、药效成分。可以列举例如保健成分成分、艾草成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分,以及凉暖成分,当然还可以列举止汗成分、香味成分、促进血液循环成分、皮肤止痒成分等。

在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举去污成分,例如是疏水疏油两亲性物质,所述疏水疏油两亲性物质的具有1μm~1000μm的平均长度,例如65μm、80μm、150μm、500μm、800μm,具有1μm~500μm的纵横比,例如40μm、80μm、200μm、300μm。在上述范围内的,所述去污成分亲水性对人体的湿润感良好,且去污效果理想。具体地,所述疏水疏油两亲性物质可以列举表面活性剂材料(例如阴离子型、阳离子型、两性离子型和非离子型),具体的例子可以列举,硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季铵化物、卵磷脂、氨基酸型、甜菜碱型、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦(司盘)、聚山梨酯、碱金属皂、三乙醇胺皂、蔗糖酯、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、烷基多糖苷、丙二醇单甲醚、双氧水等。所述疏水疏油两亲性物质还可以列举聚合物材料(例如均聚物、共聚物)例如,氟系乙烯基单体、含有聚亚烷基二醇的亲水性乙烯基单体和非聚亚烷基二醇系乙烯基单体共聚物等。

在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举控温成分,所述控温成分能根据外部环境的温度变化,自动作出调整,实现控温,在接触皮肤的密闭空间中形成稳定的温度环境,给人体以舒适感,具体例子可以列举相变材料如石蜡、聚乙二醇(PEG)、胆酸(CA)、硬脂酸-硬脂醇酯、月桂酸、葵酸、正十四烷等,聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺,碳纳米管,纳米多孔聚乙烯等。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举除臭成分,所述除臭成分通过吸附或吸附分解去除大气中的臭味,具体地例子可以列举选自大麻、罗布麻、甲壳素、活性炭、金属、无机物类、季铵盐类、环糊精和维生素、汉麻、薄荷烷、蒎烷、肉桂酸、甲酸香叶酯、月桂醇、葵醇、除虫菊、辣椒素、香茅油、山茶油、松节油、叶绿素、蓖麻油酸锌、沸石、香草醛、多聚甲醛、醋酸锌、硫酸铜,纳米级二氧化钛(TiO2)、二氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化锌(ZnO)三氧化二铝(Al2O3)、银沸石等。
在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举凉暖成分,所述凉暖成分可分为凉感成分和暖感成分,所述凉感成分接触皮肤使人体感觉凉爽、舒适,具体地例子可以列举松针、桑蚕丝和云母、木糖醇,赤糖醇,丝蛋白、薄荷脑、有机硅乳液、玉石冷感母粒、锦纶6切片、丙烯酸类-聚酯-聚氨酯共聚物、粘胶纤维等;所述暖感成分接触皮肤会使人体感觉温暖,具体地例子可以列举唐辛子、甘菊、山茶油、石墨烯、三氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化硅等。
制备本发明的护肤家纺用品可以通过原料纤维纺丝、纺纱、织造,以及染色整理获得成品的护肤面料,再裁剪成所需要的护肤家纺用品。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺丝过程中,可以将能够成纤聚合物在溶剂中溶解成溶液,或将成纤聚合物切片的纤维原料在螺杆挤出机中加热熔融成熔体,经纺前准备工序后入纺丝机,用纺丝泵将纺丝溶液或熔体定量、连续、均匀地从喷丝头的细孔压出,从而细流在水、凝固液或空气中固化,生成初生纤维结构物。进一步地,在纺丝过程中,采用的纺丝机和纺丝工艺可以根据纤维原料的种类和物理化学特性进行选择,例如将采用熔体纺丝,将高聚物加热至熔点以上的适当温度以制备熔体,熔体经螺杆挤压机,通过纺丝获得,还可以例如采用溶液纺丝(例如包括湿法纺丝和干法纺丝),选取适当溶剂,将所述成纤高聚物溶解成纺丝溶液,或先将高分子物质制成可溶性中间体,再溶解成纺丝溶液进行纺丝(例如粘胶、维纶、腈纶等)。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺纱过程中,例如将如上所述的纤维结构物并在一起纺成纱线,具体地可以将单一的纤维结构物进行纺纱,也可以将多种纤维结构物混合进行混纺,并将纤维结构物开松除杂以除去混合、梳棉、并合、牵伸、加捻、卷绕的过程后得到:所述开松除杂过程可以将纤维结构物中较大的杂质颗粒避免对纤维结构物挤压和损伤,以及利于后续的混合,在所述梳棉过程中,将成块的纤维结构物梳理成单根纤维状态,从而提高纤维结构物的牵伸过程和成纱强力、纺纱的断头率的情况;所述牵伸将所述弯钩呈卷曲状态的纤维平行伸直,改善纱线的结构;所述加捻过程可以是纤维结构物绕其本身轴线加以扭转,使平行于须条轴向的纤维结构物呈螺旋状,从而产生径向压力使纤维结构物间的纵向联系固定下来,提高强度,当然也可以通过低捻以及无捻的方式提高纱线的柔软性,进一步地,依据采取的纺纱方式的不同还可以通过环锭纺、赛络纺、紧密纺、转杯纺、喷气纺,以及自有端纺纱实现。所述纱线例如具有三维立体结构,所述纱线的断裂强度例如为12~24cN/tex,断裂伸长率为15~24%,断裂强度变异系数Cv值9~14%。所述纤维例如为包含护肤成分的纤维结构物,其中,所述护肤纤维结构物的中空度为35-45%,所述纤维结构物的细度为0.9D-120D。
在一具体实施例中,在所述织造过程中,可以将所述纱线作为经纱、纬纱,在织机上相互交织成机织物、针织物、非织造布(无纺织物)或形成的其他结构。具体而言,机织物由相互垂直排列即横向和纵向两系统的纱线,在织机上根据一定的规律交织而成的织物,例如,牛仔布、织锦缎、板司呢、麻纱等。其中,按组成机织物的纤维长度和细度机织物分为棉型织物、中长织物、毛型织物与长丝类织物:棉纤维的长度在30毫米左右,构成为棉型纱线,从而获得棉型织物;羊毛的长度大概在75毫米左右,构成毛型纱线,从而毛型织物;介于棉型与毛型长度之间的纤维,称做中长纤维,构成的纱线叫做中长纤维纱线,用这种纱线构成的织物为中长型织物。长丝型织物是用长丝织成的织物,如人造丝织物、涤纶丝织物。其中,还可以按照组织结构机织物形成平纹、斜纹、缎纹与其他组织:针织物是由纱线编织成圈而形成的织物,分为纬编和经编。其中,纬编针织物是将纬线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线有顺序地弯曲成圈,并相互穿套而成;经编针织物是采用一组或几组平行排列的纱线,于经向喂入针织机的所有工作针上,同时进行成圈而成。针织物主要分为两类:纬编针织物和经编针织物两大类。纬编针织物用于毛衫和袜子等,经编针织物常用做内衣面料,手工编制也是纬编的编制方法。非织造布(无纺布)是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,按用途分为医疗卫生用无纺布、家庭装饰用无纺布、服装用无纺布、工业用无纺布、农业用无纺布等。
在一具体实施例中,在所述染色整理过程,坯布可以通过前处理、后整理,染色以及印染得到成品面料,对于坯布的前处理可以是对坯布的物理和外观进行检验,对于坯布的后整理可以是通过物理、化学或物理和化学联合的方法,改善面料外观和内在品质,提高服用性能和其他应用性能,或赋予面料某种特殊功能的加工过程,一般可以包括但不限于退浆处理、定幅、热定型、烧毛、轧光、磨毛、机械柔软、化学整理、硬挺整理,以及防水整理、拒水整理、阻燃整理等。进一步地,所述染色可以是依据坯布,例如全棉、涤棉、尼龙、涤纶、化纤制品、混纺制品的种类采用染料染料例如活性、分散、硫化、涂料以进行轧染、卷染、高温高压染色,从而提高对成品面料的色牢度。
本发明提供的护肤家纺用品,区别于传统的护肤家纺用品,其将护肤成分固定在所述面料结构物上,例如在纱线或者纤维的表面形成一交联结构薄膜、一微孔纤维膜或者双层网状结构,从而获得特殊结构的护肤面料,使得对所述护肤成分的牢固性强、显露面积大,护肤成分不易损失,护肤功效持久,从而,基于该护肤面料的获得的家纺用品在使用过程可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家纺用品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。
护肤面料
本发明提供一种复合型护肤面料,通过将护肤成分以特殊的物理和/或化学方式加入到面料中,不仅使得最终的面料产品具有耐磨性、强力高、回弹性优良、面料绚丽多彩、吸汗及舒爽特点,还具有护肤保湿的功能,便于人们对全身肌肤进行保养,也使得最终的面料产品的孔隙度得以提高,表面粗糙度变小,比表面积变大,这样可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家纺用品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。本发明的护肤成分例如用于面料的浸渍液中,也例如用于浆纱料中,也例如用于碱退浆、酸退浆和酶退浆等过程中。
本发明提供的护肤面料,在一具体实施例中,包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um,此微孔的孔径小,分布均匀,孔隙率大,在保持空气流通的同时,可以过滤包括细菌在内的所有尘埃颗粒,达到净化且通风的目的,有助于护肤成分发挥功效。更具体的,所述纳米复合材料薄膜包括:第一薄膜层;第二薄膜层,与所述第一薄膜层嵌合连接;其中,所述第一薄膜层的第一表面上具有凹结构,所述第二薄膜层的第二表面上具有凸结构,所述凸结构嵌入所述凹结构中;所述凹结构和所述凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。所述纳米复合材料薄膜例如包括护肤成分、纳米材料和成膜材料。其中,所述纳米材料包括纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化铝溶胶中的一种或多种组合。所述成膜材料例如为聚丙烯酸或者纤维素类物质,所述纳米复合材料薄膜位于纱线或者纤维上。所述玻尿酸的分子量例如为700~900万。所述护肤成分例如包括保健成分,烟酰胺,玻尿酸,壳聚糖和功能性类物质中的一种或多种组合。其中,所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类、凉暖类、美白成分类中的一种或多种组合。本发明的纳米复合材料薄膜使得护肤面料更加紧致,凹凸结构的存在,使得护肤面料更加亲肤,韧性更强,不易撕破,同时,凹凸结构上还具有微孔,又保证了护肤面料具有一定的透气性。由于护肤成分、纳米材料和成膜材料的相互作用,从而形成了上述特殊的结构,进而使得护肤面料的护肤效果得以提升。例如,本实施例的纳米复合材料膜形成在织造工艺中退浆过程中、或者浆纱过程中,也或者其他工艺过程中,当形成在退浆过程中时,护肤成分即为退浆料的主要成分,则纱线或者纤维上的浆纱料在所述退浆料中的溶解度为48~59g,例如48g、50g、52g、54g、58g。纱线在经过浆纱料处理后,浆纱料透入纤维或纱线之间,部分附于纤维或者纱线的表面,在提高纱线或纤维性能的同时,浆纱料污染染整加工液,阻碍纤维与染化料之间的化学作用,经过退浆料处理后,在纱线或者纤维上双层网状结构膜,使得护肤面料的整体性能都得以提升。然并不限定于此,本发明还可以不经过退浆处理。
如图1所示,在一具体实施例中,护肤面料包括:面料基层01,护肤成分位于所述面料基层01上;其中,所述护肤成分在所述面料基层01上的分布量例如为5~60毫克/平方英寸,所述护肤面料的比表面积例如为1000~1500cm2/g。具体的,所述护肤成分在所述面料基底01上呈圆柱形微结构排列,且每个相邻圆柱形微结构之间的距离例如为0.5~1英寸,所述圆柱形微结构的存在使得护肤面料更加亲肤,护肤效果会更好。所述圆柱形微结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径大于水蒸汽分子的500倍,且小于液体水滴的直径,这样既能保证透气性,也有利于锁紧水分,为身体保湿。所述护肤面料的表面粗糙度Ra例如为2.5~3.5um,使得护肤面料更具柔软性,减少静电的发生。具体的,所述护肤成分例如包括高分子树脂、保健成分、烟酰胺、玻尿酸、山茶油、壳聚糖、去污类材料、相变材料中的一种或多种组合。所述高分子树脂例如包括聚丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂。在一实施例中,所述保健成分例如包括5~7质量份的远志、5~7质量份的香橼皮、5~7质量份的金银花和5~7质量份的槐花。在一实施例中,所述相变材料例如包括石蜡、聚乙二醇、胆酸、硬脂酸~硬脂醇酯、月桂酸、葵酸、正十四烷等、聚N~异丙基丙烯酰胺、碳纳米管和纳米多孔聚乙烯中的一种或多种组合。由于上述各组分之间的相互作用,使得护肤成分以圆柱形微结构的形式分布在所述面料基层01上。
如图1所示,所述护肤面料的面料基层01由纱线或者纤维编织而成,例如所述纱线采用了规格在75D*24F到120D*44F范围内的牛奶蛋白纤维长丝,也例如所述纤维采用了纤度在1.3dtex到1.7dtex范围内、长度在34mm到42mm范围内的芦荟纤维短纤。本发明中所述纱线或者纤维的细度例如为17~20旦。在一实施例中,由于所述护肤面料具有特殊的结构,使得护肤面料的断裂强度大于或等于45MPa。在上述范围内的细度和强度,强度高、面料紧度理想,手感柔软,进一步的,将所述护肤面料制备家纺用品时,护肤效果理想。
本发明提供的护肤面料,在一具体实施例中,包括,经过浆纱料处理后的纱线或者纤维,所述浆纱料使所述纱线或者纤维的断裂伸长率为20~30g/D,例如20g/D、21g/D、22g/D、23g/D、24g/D、25g/D、26g/D、27g/D、28g/D、29g/D、30g/D。为增加纱线或者纤维在织造中的耐磨性、平滑性以及抗静电性,提高其强力和抱合力,改善其可织性,在织造前要进行浆纱处理。本发明的上浆率例如为面料重量的5%~9%。本发明所述的浆纱料,使纱线或者纤维黏着抱合起来,并在纱线或者纤维的表面形成一层浆纱胶膜,使得纱线或者纤维的断裂伸长率得以提升,便于后续的织造。更进一步地,所述浆纱胶膜的内部分布有椭圆形胶粒,其中,所述浆纱胶膜上形成有相互连接的泡孔,这样使得最终的护肤面料更具有弹性,强度也会得以提升。所述泡孔形成在所述浆纱胶膜的表面上,例如为半圆形或者半椭圆形。本实施例所述的护肤面料的厚度为1.8~2.0毫米,比较轻薄,增加质感和面料的柔软性。本实施例所述纱线的细度为20~30旦。所述纱线的密度为10~20dtex。所述浆纱胶膜例如包括淀粉、聚碳酸烯丙基二甘醇酯、碳酸氢盐、保健成分、美白类物质、保湿类物质、壳聚糖和功能性类物质中的一种或多种组合。所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类、凉暖类物质中的一种或多种组合。通过上述各组分之间的相互作用,使得所述浆纱胶膜的内部分布有椭圆形胶粒,也使得浆纱胶膜的表面上形成与泡孔,这些综合作用使得形成的浆纱膜的强度和断裂伸长率得以提升。
本发明提供的护肤面料,在一具体实施例中,包括,所述护肤面料由直径小于5微米的纤维组成,所述纤维上形成有含有护肤成分的交联结构薄膜,所述交联结构薄膜的交联度为1.5%~2.5%,所述护肤成分的含量为所述纤维质量的1%~1.8%。更进一步地,所述护肤成分以球状颗粒黏附于所述交联结构薄膜上。所述交联结构薄膜的厚度例如为1~5微米。更具体的,所述交联结构薄膜具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.05~0.08微米。所述护肤面料的厚度为1.6~1.8毫米,比较轻薄,增加质感和面料的柔软性。在本实施例中,所述护肤成分例如包括以下重量组分:5~10质量份的交联剂,12~18质量份的中药,5~15质量份的烟酰胺,3~10质量份的蚕丝蛋白,16~28质量份的壳聚糖、10~15质量份的功能性类物质。其中,所述交联剂例如为含有不饱和键的橡胶。所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类和凉暖类物质中的一种或多种组合。通过本实施例的交联剂与各组分之间的相互作用,使得纤维上形成有含有护肤成分的交联结构薄膜,所述护肤成分以球状颗粒黏附于所述交联结构薄膜上,这些综合作用使得形成的护肤面料的强度得以提升,更好地贴合皮肤,护肤成分利用率得以提升,从而具有显著的护肤效果。本实施例的护肤面料的交联结构薄膜,例如在退浆过程中形成,或在其他织造工序中形成,然并不限定于此,本发明还可以不经过退浆处理。
本发明提供的护肤面料,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的双层网状结构膜,所述双层网状结构膜中的网格为350~480目,所述双层网状结构膜的厚度为0.01~0.05um。更具体的,所述双层网状结构膜的第一表面上的网孔与其相对位置的第二表面上的网孔之间,具有螺旋柱状结构,以支撑所述双层网状结构膜,使得护肤面料的稳定性、强度等机械性能大幅度提升。其中,所述双层网状结构膜中的相邻网格之间存在空隙,在保证面料的基本性能的同时增加了面料的拉伸性能。在一实施例中,所述所述护肤面料包括纱线或者纤维,所述双层网状结构膜位于所述纱线或者纤维上。所述护肤面料的厚度例如为1.0~1.5毫米。所述护肤成分例如包括以下重量组分:5~10质量份的水性树脂,5~10质量份的聚乙二醇PVA,16~28质量份的芦荟纤维,15~25质量份的香茅醇,12~18质量份的保健成分,5~15质量份的烟酰胺,5~15质量份的甘油和10~15质量份的去污类物质。其中,所述去污类物质的平均长度为1微米~1000微米,纵横比为1微米~500微米。双层网状结构一方面使结构稳定性更强,另一方面网状结构也能形成蓬松形态,具有透气、透湿性能,与护肤成分具有良好的相容性、活性,有效发挥护肤成分的护肤功效。例如,本实施例的双层网状结构膜形成在织造工艺中退浆过程中、或者浆纱过程中,也或者其他工艺过程中,当形成在退浆过程中时,护肤成分即为退浆料的主要成分,则纱线或者纤维上的浆纱料在所述退浆料中的溶解度为48~59g,例如48g、50g、52g、54g、58g。纱线在经过浆纱料处理后,浆纱料透入纤维或纱线之间,部分附于纤维或者纱线的表面,在提高纱线或纤维性能的同时,浆纱料污染染整加工液,阻碍纤维与染化料之间的化学作用,经过退浆料处理后,在纱线或者纤维上双层网状结构膜,使得护肤面料的整体性能都得以提升。然并不限定于此,本发明还可以不经过退浆处理。
护肤面料的制备方法
如图2所示,本发明提供一种复合型护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供一包含护肤成分的护肤液;
S2、将纱线或者纤维浸入到所述护肤液中,获得含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维;
S3、由所述含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维编织而成所述护肤面料;
其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
具体的,在步骤S1中,所述护肤液包含一种或多种护肤成分,纳米材料、成膜材料和水。所述纳米材料例如包括纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化铝溶胶中的一种或多种组合。所述护肤成分例如由保健成分、烟酰胺、玻尿酸、壳聚糖和功能性类物质中的一种或多种组合复配而成。所述保健成分包括中药和/或艾草,所述中药例如包括5-7质量份的桑叶、5-7质量份的香橼皮、5-7质量份的金银花、5-7质量份的连翘和5-7质量份的槐花。所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类、凉暖类物质中的一种或多种组合。所述除臭类包括无机物类、季铵盐类、环糊精和维生素等。所述凉暖类物质包括松针、桑蚕丝和云母冰凉纤维中的一种或多种组合。
具体的,在所述步骤S2中,所述纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
具体的,在所述步骤S3中,在经过络筒、整经等工序后,护肤面料需进行浆纱处理,使所述经纱的断裂伸长率为10-30g/D,具体工艺例如为,先调制浆纱料,将例如5-7质量份的桑叶、5-7质量份的香橼皮、5-7质量份的金银花、5-7质量份的连翘和5-7质量份的槐花,5-10质量份的烟酰胺,10-15质量份的云母冰凉纤维,5-7质量份的维生素,投入调浆桶内,然后加水至一定的总体积例如为0.85m3,通入蒸汽,使调浆桶内的温度逐渐达到85℃以上,压强约0.15MP,蒸煮40分钟左右并高速搅拌至浆液达到完全糊化状态,使用本申请的浆纱料能使面料有护肤的功效,例如美白,调温,抗菌,除臭等多种功能。然后,利用浆纱机将整经轴上的经纱引出,进入浆纱料,高压上浆,其中,浆纱机纱速度50米/分钟,回潮率7±0.5%,上浆率10±0.5%,伸长率<1±0.5%,浆纱机粘度8.5~9s,浆纱机温度96℃,络筒温度135℃,压浆辊压力16~18kN。
具体的,在所述步骤S3中,所述面料在经过浆纱处理后,在染整工艺前需进行退浆处理。例如,进行碱退浆处理,所述碱退浆料包括远志、香橼皮、金银花和槐花,烟酰胺,云母冰凉纤维,维生素和碱性溶液。所述碱退浆处理的步骤例如包括(a)将面料浸泡在60℃的温水中;(b)将面料进入退浆槽,加入高浓度的碱液作为退浆液,同时加入碱退浆料,在温度为95-98℃的条件下退浆;所述高浓度碱液为氢氧化钠溶液;(c)进入水洗槽,水洗洗去退浆液和残留的碱退浆料。具体的,例如所述面料进行酸退浆处理,或者例如所述面料进行酶退浆处理。
综上所述,本发明提供一种复合型护肤面料及其制备方法和其应用,例如通过经将护肤材料以特殊的物理和/或化学方式加入到面料中,形成护肤层,使得最终的面料产品,不仅具有耐磨性、强力高、回弹性优良、面料绚丽多彩、吸汗及舒爽特点,还具有护肤保湿的功能,便于人们对全身肌肤进行保养。本发明的护肤层例如形成于纱线或者纤维的交织过程中,也例如形成于浆纱工序中,也例如形成于碱退浆和酸退浆过程中,均能达到较好的护肤效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明任何形式上和实质上的限制,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还将可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。凡熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,当可利用以上所揭示的技术内容而做出的些许更动、修饰与演变的等同变化,均为本发明的等效实施例;同时,凡依据本发明的实质技术对上述实施例所作的任何等同变化的更动、修饰与演变,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
2.一种复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,所述纳米复合材料薄膜包括:
第一薄膜层;
第二薄膜层,与所述第一薄膜层嵌合连接;
其中,所述第一薄膜层的第一表面上具有凹结构,所述第二薄膜层的第二表面上具有凸结构,所述凸结构嵌入所述凹结构中;所述凹结构和所述凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述纳米复合材料薄膜包括护肤成分、纳米材料和成膜材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述纳米材料包括纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化铝溶胶中的一种或多种组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述纳米复合材料薄膜位于纱线或者纤维上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述护肤成分包括保健成分,烟酰胺,玻尿酸,壳聚糖和功能性类物质中的一种或多种组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述玻尿酸的分子量为700~900万。
8.根据权利要求3所述的复合型护肤面料,其特征在于,所述功能性类物质包括去污类、抗衰老类、控温类、除臭类、凉暖类、美白成分类中的一种或多种组合。
9.一种复合型护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
提供一包含护肤成分的护肤液;
将纱线或者纤维浸入到所述护肤液中,获得含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维;
由所述含有纳米复合材料薄膜的纱线或者纤维编织而成所述护肤面料;
其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
10.一种护肤家用纺织品,其特征在于,所述护肤家用纺织品含有护肤面料,以具有护肤效果,其中,所述护肤面料包括一含有护肤成分的纳米复合材料薄膜,其中,纳米复合材料薄膜具有凹凸结构,所述凹凸结构上具有微孔,所述微孔的孔径为0.06~0.45um。
