In the invention, during operation, liquid raw materials are guided into the liquid box 25 through the liquid guide pump 5, then are guided into the crushing blade 14 through the mixing shaft 13, and are mixed in the mixing cylinder 25 through the liquid outlet hole 15, and solid raw materials are guided into the mixing cylinder 25 through the feeding hopper 12, and the mixing cylinder 25 and the crushing blade 14 rotate in the whole preparation process, thereby ensuring the preparation effect of the whole cell culture solution. The cell culture solution mixing device is reasonable in structure and novel in design, the rotation of the mixing cylinder 20 and the rotation of the mixing shaft 13 arranged in the mixing cylinder 20 are realized by arranging the gears in the driving box 11, the mixing effect is greatly increased, meanwhile, the liquid box 7 is arranged and matched with the mixing shaft of the hollow mechanism, the uniform diffusion of liquid raw materials in the mixing cylinder 25 is realized, the preparation effect of cell culture solution is greatly increased, the practicability is high, and the reliability is high.
