Further optimization, a liquid level detector can be arranged in the incubator 3 and used for monitoring the liquid level of the incubator 3, when the liquid level of the incubator 3 drops to a set liquid level height, the liquid level detector transmits a signal to a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the PLC closes an electromagnetic valve in a liquid discharge pipe 3-1 to stop the liquid culture medium in the incubator 3 from flowing out; or, the incubator 3 and the box body 1 are made of transparent materials, when the incubator 3 discharges the culture medium, an operator can see the discharge progress of the culture medium at the outer side of the box body 1 and manually transmit a stop signal to the PLC controller, so that the culture medium in the incubator 3 is not discharged.
The supercharging mechanism 4 comprises a warming box 4-1 and a recovery box 4-2, the warming box 4-1 is fixed below a transverse plate 1-2 through screws, a plurality of groups of heat dissipation plates 4-11 are welded on the outer side of the warming box 4-1, the plurality of groups of heat dissipation plates 4-11 are combined in pairs, the heat dissipation plates 4-11 combined in pairs are located on two sides of a liquid discharge pipe 3-1, the heat dissipation plates 4-11 clamp and fix the liquid discharge pipe 3-1, heat on the warming box 4-1 is transferred to the liquid discharge pipe 3-1 when the warming box 4-1 starts to heat, the recovery box 4-2 is fixed in a box body 1 through screws, and a high-temperature pipe is welded on the upper end face of the recovery box 4-2.
Further, the bottom of the recycling box 4-2 can be provided with a waste liquid discharging pipeline, and the waste liquid of the recycling box 4-2 is discharged out of the recycling box 4-2 through the pipeline.
The supercharging mechanism 4 also comprises a power mechanism 4-3 rotationally connected with the warming box 4-1, the power mechanism 4-3 comprises an air machine 4-31 and a rotating box 4-32, the air machine 4-31 is fixed on the box body 1 through screws, one side of the air machine 4-31 is fixed with a filter screen 4-33 through screws, the other side of the air machine 4-31 is fixed with a gas collecting pipe through screws, the other end of the gas collecting pipe is connected with a pipeline of the rotating box 4-32, the rotating box 4-32 is fixed below the warming box 4-1 through screws, two sides of the rotating box 4-32 are respectively welded with gas inlet pipes 4-35, one group of gas inlet pipes 4-35 are welded with the gas collecting pipe on the air machine 4-31, one end of the other group of gas inlet pipes 4-35 far away from the rotating box 4-32 is fixed with a three-position four-way electromagnetic valve, the rotating shaft 4-34 is rotatably arranged in the rotating box 4-32, and one end of the rotating shaft 4-34 penetrates through the warming box 4-1.
The three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 4-36 is provided with a radiating pipe 4-37 and a pressure increasing pipe 4-38, the other end of the radiating pipe 4-37 is arranged in the recycling tank 4-2 and is positioned on the inner lower end face of the recycling tank 4-2, an air outlet is processed on the radiating pipe 4-37, the other end of the pressure increasing pipe 4-38 is connected with the replacing tank 2 through a pipeline, a three-way pipe is arranged on the pressure increasing pipe 4-38 and divides the pressure increasing pipe 4-38 into two sections, the rest end of the three-way pipe is connected with the high temperature pipe, two air inlet ends of the three-way pipe are respectively connected with the pressure increasing pipe 4-38 and the high temperature pipe, electromagnetic valves are arranged in the two air inlet ends, the two air inlet ends are controlled by the electromagnetic valves, and in an initial state, the two electromagnetic.
The rotating shaft 4-34 is rotatably connected with the rotating box 4-32, a plurality of groups of magnetic embedded rotating plates 4-39 and a plurality of groups of rotating plates 4-40 are sequentially arranged on the rotating shaft 4-34 from top to bottom, and the plurality of groups of rotating plates 4-40 are positioned in the rotating box 4-32.
The magnetic embedded rotating plates 4-39 are positioned in the temperature increasing box 4-1, the inner end face of the temperature increasing box 4-1 is a magnetic embedded end face, the end faces of the magnetic embedded rotating plates 4-39, which are contacted with the inner end face of the temperature increasing box 4-1, are magnetic embedded end faces, and the magnetic embedded rotating plates 4-39 are rotatably connected with the temperature increasing box 4-1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the liquid culture medium in the incubator 3 needs to be replaced, the PLC controls the electromagnetic conduction in the liquid inlet pipe 2-4, an operator adds a new liquid culture medium into the replacement box 2 through the liquid inlet pipe 2-4, after the culture medium is added, the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve to close the channel of the liquid inlet pipe 2-4, meanwhile, the PLC controls the air machine 4-31 to start working, controls the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 4-36 to be communicated with the pressure pipe 4-38 and the three-way pipe to be communicated with the whole pressure pipe 4-38, air pumped by the air machine 4-31 enters the rotating box 4-32 through the air collecting pipe and the air inlet pipe 4-35, the rotating plate 4-40 rotates together with the rotating shaft 4-34 in the rotating box 4-32 under the pushing of air flow, the rotating shaft 4-34 drives the magnetic rotating plate 4-39 to rotate in the heating box 4-1, the temperature increasing box 4-1 and the magnetic embedded rotating plate 4-39 generate heat through friction by using a magnetic thermal effect, so that a box body of the temperature increasing box 4-1 generates heat, the temperature increasing box 4-1 heats air entering the liquid discharge pipe 3-1 through the heat dissipation plate 4-11, air in the rotating box 4-32 enters from the gas collection pipe, the pressure increasing pipe 4-38 discharges the air, the air extracted by the air machine 4-31 enters the replacement box 2 through the pressure increasing pipe 4-38, and the air pressure in the replacement box 2 is continuously increased through the continuously entering air, so that the air pressure in the replacement box 2 is changed into high pressure.
After the PLC controller controls the air machine 4-31 to work for a period of time (the working time is set by an operator), the PLC controller switches on an electromagnetic valve in the liquid discharge pipe 3-1, the waste culture medium in the culture box 3 flows out of the culture box 3 under the action of self gravity and is discharged into the recovery box 4-2 through the heated liquid discharge pipe 3-1, when the waste culture medium passes through the spiral liquid discharge pipe 3-1, microorganisms or cells in the waste culture medium are killed under the action of high temperature, and because the siphon pipe 2-1 is in a closed state under the action of the electromagnetic valve, the culture box 3 and the replacement box 2 cannot exchange gas and culture medium, so that the air pressure in the culture box 3 is continuously reduced under the condition that the culture medium is continuously reduced, and the air pressure of the culture box 3 is low pressure.
When the culture medium in the incubator 3 is discharged to a certain extent, the PLC closes the electromagnetic valve in the discharge pipe 3-1 and makes the electromagnetic valve in the siphon 2-1 large, new culture medium in the incubator 2 enters the incubator 3 through the siphon 2-1 under the action of high pressure in the incubator 2 and low pressure in the incubator 3, and after all the culture medium enters the incubator 3, gas in the incubator 2 enters the incubator 3 through the siphon 2-1, so that the air pressure in the incubator 3 is in a normal pressure state.
When the new liquid culture medium in the replacement box 2 completely enters the culture box 3 through the liquid change tank 2-2 and the siphon 2-1, the electromagnetic valve on the siphon 2-1 closes the passage of the siphon 2-1, meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve in the cleaning pipe 2-3 is opened, the pipeline of the cleaning pipe 2-3 is conducted, the water pump 1-12 extracts the water in the cleaning water tank 1-11 and sprays the water into the replacement box 2 through the conical liquid conveying pipe 1-13 and the water spraying pipe, the residual liquid culture medium on the box body of the replacement box 2 can be washed and cleaned through the water sprayed from the water spraying pipe, the residual liquid culture medium flows out of the replacement box 2 along with the water flow, and flows out of the replacement device through the cleaning pipe 2-3, so that the phenomenon that the residual liquid culture genes are retained in the replacement box 2 for a long time and mildewing is avoided, avoiding the residual liquid culture medium from polluting the replacement box 2.
And the PLC controller controls the three-way pipe to be communicated with the high-temperature pipe and the pressure increasing pipe 4-38, controls the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve 4-36 to be communicated with the heat radiating pipe 4-37 and the air inlet pipe 4-35, air pumped by the air machine 4-31 enters the recovery box 4-2 through the air inlet pipe 4-35 and the heat radiating pipe 4-37, the high-temperature culture medium in the recovery box 4-2 generates bubbles and accelerates the heat radiation under the injection of air, the heat radiated by the culture medium is taken out of the recovery box 4-2 under the action of the air flow and enters the replacement box 2 through the high-temperature pipe and the pressure increasing pipe 4-38, the moisture in the replacement box 2 flows out of the replacement box 2 under the action of the fast flowing high-temperature air flow, the drying process of the interior of the replacement box 2 is accelerated under the action of the high-temperature air flow, the interior of the replacement box 2 is cleaned and dried through water flow and air flow, so that the mildew condition caused by residual culture medium in the replacement box 2 is avoided, and the potential pollution in the liquid culture medium replacement process is reduced.

A liquid culture medium replacement device with low potential pollution is characterized in that: the culture medium replacing device comprises a box body (1), a replacing box (2), an incubator (3) and a supercharging mechanism (4), wherein the replacing box (2), the incubator (3) and the supercharging mechanism (4) are arranged in the box body (1) from top to bottom, the replacing box (2) is connected with the incubator (3) through a pipeline, the replacing box (2) is connected with the supercharging mechanism (4) through a pipeline, the supercharging mechanism (4) enables the air pressure in the replacing box (2) to be enhanced, the incubator (3) enables the internal air pressure to be reduced through gravity, the replacing box (2) and the incubator (3) carry out culture medium replacement through high pressure and low pressure, and the supercharging mechanism (4) accelerates the drying of the interior of the replacing box (2) through air flow;
a bearing plate (1-1) and a transverse plate (1-2) are arranged in the box body (1) from top to bottom; the replacing box (2) is arranged on the transverse plate (1-2), a siphon (2-1) is arranged on the replacing box (2), and the other end of the siphon (2-1) is arranged in the incubator (3); a liquid discharge pipe (3-1) is arranged below the incubator (3), and the other end of the liquid discharge pipe (3-1) is fixed with a pressurizing mechanism (4); the supercharging mechanism (4) comprises a warming box (4-1) and a recovery box (4-2), wherein the warming box (4-1) is arranged below the transverse plate (1-2), and the recovery box (4-2) is arranged in the box body (1);
the supercharging mechanism (4) further comprises a power mechanism (4-3) rotatably connected with the warming box (4-1), the power mechanism (4-3) comprises an air machine (4-31) and a rotating box (4-32), the air machine (4-31) is arranged on the box body (1), a filter screen (4-33) is arranged on one side of the air machine (4-31), the other side of the air machine (4-31) is connected with the rotating box (4-32) through a pipeline, the rotating box (4-32) is arranged below the warming box (4-1), a rotating shaft (4-34) is arranged in the rotating box (4-32), one end of the rotating shaft (4-34) penetrates through the warming box (4-1), and the other side of the rotating box (4-32) is respectively connected with a recycling box (4-2), The replacement box (2) is connected by pipelines.
