The invention discloses a frame structure for producing gas by using coal of an Ou metallurgical furnace, which comprises a bag-type powder collector, a vibrating screen, a pulverized coal bin, three blowing tanks, a raw coal bin, a feeder, a coal mill, a smoke exhaust fan, a smoke combustion furnace, a main frame, a secondary frame and a small frame, wherein the main frame, the secondary frame and the small frame are arranged side by side from left to right, the bag-type powder collector, the vibrating screen, the pulverized coal bin and the blowing tanks are respectively arranged in the main frame from top to bottom, the three blowing tanks are arranged in an equilateral triangle in the horizontal plane, the raw coal bin, the feeder and the coal mill are respectively arranged in the secondary frame from top to bottom, the smoke exhaust fan and the smoke combustion furnace are arranged in the small frame, all process devices are mutually communicated according to a process route for producing gas by using coal of the Ou metallurgical furnace, and an environment dust remover is arranged at the. The coal gas making device has compact structure and does not occupy larger space, and simultaneously, the coal gas making device can convey coal powder with proper granularity to the gasification furnace of the Europe and metallurgy furnace so as to achieve the aim of generating reducing coal gas.

Technical Field

Background
The COREX furnace is the most advanced COREX in the world, is transformed from Bao Feijing to eight Fei through a series of process technologies, has the technical characteristics of the process, and is called as an European furnace. The method combines fuel resources of Xinjiang, the Ou metallurgical furnace is full coke smelting at the beginning of blowing, and reduction coal gas is insufficient according to the current full coke fuel structure, so that the stable production of the Ou metallurgical furnace cannot be realized. Because the Europe smelting furnace has no special coal gas making equipment, although a certain amount of coal particles are added from a coke distributor of the gasification furnace, the coal gas amount is increased, the process production is stable, but because the coal particles are larger in size and are not uniformly mixed, the coal particles can not be combusted with oxygen sprayed from an oxygen nozzle at the vault, the coal gas is brought out by incomplete pyrolysis combustion in the vault area, and simultaneously the residual dust enters a fixed bed along with the charging material to deteriorate the air permeability and the liquid permeability of the charging material at the lower part.
Because a coal gas making device is not arranged, the fluctuation of the condition of the European and metallurgical furnace is large, the molten iron has high silicon content, the fluctuation of the quality of the molten iron is large, the fuel ratio is high, the fuel structure is large, the deviation of the actual fuel ratio control is large, the change of the thermal system of the furnace hearth is large, and the production stability is poor.

The invention aims to provide a frame structure for producing gas by using coal of an Ou-Meta furnace, which has a compact structure and does not occupy larger space, and meanwhile, the coal gas production device is used for conveying coal powder with proper granularity to a gasification furnace of the Ou-Meta furnace so as to achieve the purpose of generating reduced coal gas.
The invention aims to realize the structure, which comprises a bag-type powder collector, a vibrating screen, a pulverized coal bin, three injection tanks, a raw coal bin, a feeder, a coal mill, a smoke exhaust fan, a smoke combustion furnace, a main frame, an auxiliary frame and a small frame, wherein the main frame, the auxiliary frame and the small frame are arranged side by side from left to right, the main frame and the auxiliary frame are respectively 13 meters wide and 50 meters high, the small frame is 10 meters high, 13 meters long and 5 meters wide, the bag-type powder collector, the vibrating screen, the pulverized coal bin and the injection tanks are respectively arranged in the main frame from top to bottom, the three injection tanks are arranged in an equilateral triangle in the horizontal plane, the raw coal bin, the feeder and the coal mill are respectively arranged in the auxiliary frame from top to bottom, the smoke exhaust fan and the smoke combustion furnace are arranged in the small frame, and process devices are mutually communicated according to the process route of the European and the metallurgical furnace for producing the gas, an environmental dust collector is arranged on the top of the sub-frame.
