The perforating device for the industrial packaging bag is characterized by comprising a perforating assembly, a supporting assembly and a bracket (11), wherein the perforating assembly and the supporting assembly are arranged on the bracket (11); the punching assembly comprises a punching seat plate (13), a punching cylinder (1), a punching lower pressing plate (2), a servo motor (3), a puncher rotating seat (4) and a puncher knife handle (5); the punching seat plate (13) is arranged on the bracket (11), and the punching cylinder (1) is fixedly arranged on the punching seat plate (13); a lower punching press plate (2) is connected below the punching cylinder (1) and can drive the lower punching press plate (2) to move up and down; the servo motor (3) is fixedly arranged on the punching lower pressing plate (2), the output end below the servo motor (3) is connected with the puncher rotating seat (4) in a driving mode and can drive the puncher rotating seat (4) to rotate, and the puncher knife handle (5) is fixedly connected below the puncher rotating seat (4); the punching air cylinder (1) drives the punching lower pressing plate (2) to ascend or descend so as to drive the puncher knife handle (5) to ascend or descend, meanwhile, the servo motor (3) drives the puncher rotating seat (4) to rotate so as to drive the puncher knife handle (5) to rotate, and therefore the puncher knife handle (5) rotates and descends in the working process, and the punching effect is achieved; the support assembly is arranged below the punching assembly, is fixed on the bracket (11) and is used for supporting the industrial packaging bag; the puncher handle of a knife (5) corresponds to the position of wrapping bag pneumatic valve.

The industrial packaging bag punching device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting assembly comprises a supporting mounting plate (6), a supporting adjusting plate (7), a lifting supporting plate (8), a supporting cylinder (14) and a lifting optical shaft (9); the supporting and mounting plate (6) is fixedly mounted on the support (11), the supporting cylinder (14) is arranged below the supporting and mounting plate (6), a through hole is formed in the supporting and mounting plate (6), the upper part of the supporting cylinder (14) is fixedly connected with the lifting and supporting plate (8), and the lifting and supporting plate (8) can be driven to ascend or descend; the lower end of the lifting optical axis (9) penetrates through the through hole, and the upper end of the lifting optical axis is fixedly connected with a lifting support plate (8); a supporting and adjusting plate (7) is arranged on the lifting supporting plate (8); the supporting cylinder (14) can drive the lifting supporting plate (8) to ascend or descend, and then drives the supporting adjusting plate (7) to ascend or descend.

The perforating device for the industrial packaging bags according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising an X-axis linear module (15) and a Y-axis linear module (16), wherein the Y-axis linear module (16) is fixed on the bracket (11), the X-axis linear module (15) is arranged on the Y-axis linear module (16) through an X-axis base plate (17) and can slide on the Y-axis linear module (16); the punching assembly is arranged on the X-axis linear module (15) and can slide on the X-axis linear module (15); the punching assembly can be driven by the X-axis linear module (15) and the Y-axis linear module (16) to move in the X-axis or Y-axis direction, so that the effect of horizontal movement is achieved.
4. The perforating apparatus as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a blow tube and a collection basket, wherein the blow tube has a gas outlet aligned with a bag gas valve on the support assembly for blowing the drilled film through and into the collection basket.

The perforating device for industrial packaging bags according to claim 1, characterized in that the perforating base plate (13) is provided with a slide rail (18), and correspondingly, the perforating lower press plate (2) is provided with a slide block matched with the slide rail (18), and the perforating lower press plate (2) can slide up and down along the slide rail (18) to function as a stabilizing device.

The industrial packaging bag perforating device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a cylinder mounting seat (19) is fixedly arranged on the perforating seat plate (13), and the perforating cylinder (1) is fixedly arranged on the perforating seat plate (13) through the cylinder mounting seat (19).

The perforating device for the industrial packaging bag as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the perforating lower pressing plate (2) is further provided with a motor mounting seat (10), and the servo motor (3) is fixed on the perforating lower pressing plate (2) through the motor mounting seat (10).

The perforating device for the industrial packaging bags according to claim 7, characterized in that the perforating lower press plate (2) is provided with a lower press plate connecting block (20), and the perforating cylinder (1) is connected with the perforating lower press plate (2) through the lower press plate connecting block (20).
9. The perforating device for industrial packaging bags according to claim 8, characterized in that the perforating lower plate (2) is also provided with reinforcing ribs (12) for increasing the strength of the device.

The perforating device for the industrial packaging bags according to claim 2, characterized in that the thickness of the lifting support plate (8) is 12mm, the thickness of the support adjusting plate (7) is 12mm, and the support adjusting plate (7) is fixedly mounted on the lifting support plate (8) through bolts; the lifting optical axis (9) is of a cylindrical structure, the diameter of the lifting optical axis is 20mm, and the length of the lifting optical axis is 200 mm.
