After the pipeline sample is cut, the pipeline sample is conveyed to an opening through a conveying roller way, the pipeline sample is pushed into a material receiving frame clamping groove by a material pushing cylinder, then the material receiving frame is pushed up and down by a frame pushing cylinder to move, the material receiving frame is lifted up along a vertical guide rail, the frame pushing cylinder moves back and forth, the material receiving frame is pushed forward along a horizontal guide rail to the position corresponding to the arc-shaped abdicating groove of the pipeline sample and a fixed plate, the frame pushing cylinder falls back and down, the material receiving frame resets downwards, a pipeline stops on the arc-shaped abdicating groove of the fixed plate, a pressing cylinder moves, the pressing plate presses the pipeline in a matched mode with the fixed plate, two trimming grinding wheels rotate. And simultaneously, the front and back pushing frame cylinders act to pull back the material receiving frame to receive the next pipeline, the upper and lower pushing frame cylinders act to lift the material receiving frame along the vertical guide rail, the previous pipeline is trimmed and polished at the moment, the pressing plate is lifted, when the material receiving frame is lifted, the polished previous pipeline is positioned in front of the baffle of the material receiving frame, so that the previous pipeline is transferred to the position of the front part of the baffle of the material receiving frame, the front and back pushing frame cylinders act to push the material receiving frame forwards along the horizontal guide rail to the position corresponding to the arc abdicating groove of the pipeline sample and the fixed plate, the next pipeline is installed on the arc abdicating groove of the fixed plate, and the polished pipeline is just pushed out. During trimming, the whole processes of material receiving, feeding, trimming, polishing and discharging are automatically controlled, the actions are coherent, manual control operation is not needed, time and labor are saved, polishing and trimming are relatively level, polishing and trimming at two ends of the pipeline can be completed simultaneously, and the efficiency is very high.
