The invention discloses an online cleaning maintenance device and method for a side-hung laser, wherein the main body of the device is a glove box, the front surface of the box body of the glove box is transparent toughened glass, an operation hole is formed in the toughened glass, and a rubber glove is arranged on the operation hole; the back of the box body is opened and is connected with the flange through a corrugated pipe or a rubber pipe made of soft materials; cleaning equipment and an air inlet are arranged above the box body, and an air outlet and a laser cover plate placing groove are arranged below the box body; the inside upside of box is equipped with the LED lamp, and the downside is equipped with the cleanliness factor sensor. The laser device can be conveniently and online cleanly maintained, the cleanliness of an operation area in the maintenance process can be ensured, the maintainability of the laser device is further improved, and the convenient and online maintenance of the side-hung laser device is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a laser maintenance technology, in particular to a device and a method for online clean maintenance of a side-hung laser.
Background
The side hung laser refers to a laser with the installation position and the maintenance window on the side vertical to the ground. In the operation process of the laser, the laser needs to be uncapped for maintenance sometimes, but the laser needs a clean maintenance environment, and the use environment of the laser often cannot reach the required cleanliness. One common practice is to remove the laser and transport it as a whole to a clean room for maintenance, but this method is time consuming and labor intensive. The device and the method for the online clean maintenance of the side-hung laser can realize convenient online clean maintenance, ensure the cleanliness of an operation area in the maintenance process, further improve the maintainability of the laser and realize the convenient online maintenance of the side-hung laser.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the device makes the inside of the laser and the inside of the device form a relatively closed operation space through the fixing flange provided with the sealing gasket, and ensures that the whole process of maintenance operation is isolated from the external environment.
2. The device is provided with the hundred-grade wind shower, a hundred-grade clean maintenance environment can be created in a very short time, the cleanliness of an operation area can be kept for a long time, and meanwhile, the cleanness of a replaced device in the laser can be guaranteed.
3. The device adopts the height-adjustable support, so that the device can be suitable for lasers with different heights.
4. The support of the device is provided with a lockable universal roller, so that the device can be conveniently moved to a required position.
Therefore, the whole process is clean when this technical scheme can realize the laser instrument of side-hang when maintaining on line to be applicable to the laser instrument of different position height, simultaneously, compare in original technical scheme, this scheme labour saving and time saving more, the cost of device is also lower.
In the specific implementation:
1: under the scene of not needing nimble height-adjusting, adjustable support can be replaced by ordinary unadjustable support to reduce cost.
2: the air shower can use devices with different cleanliness grades such as thousand grades and hundred grades according to requirements.
3: the transition compartment may be modified to a window cover or removed from the device as desired.
4: the fixed flange and the soft corrugated pipe can be integrally replaced by a rubber connecting channel with a sealing effect.

an LED lamp is arranged on the upper side in the box body, and a cleanliness sensor is arranged on the lower side in the box body;
the box body is arranged on the bracket.

4. The apparatus for on-line clean maintenance of side hung lasers as claimed in claim 3, wherein said support is a height adjustable support with universal rollers.
5. The device for the online clean maintenance of the side hung laser device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner side of the flange is provided with a rubber sealing gasket, and the flange is connected and sealed with the laser device.
6. The device for the online clean maintenance of the side hung laser device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which is used for realizing the online clean maintenance method of the side hung laser device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
moving the device to an operating position and adjusting to an operating height;
connecting the flange to the laser housing;
opening the cleaning equipment to enable the interior of the device to reach the required cleanliness;
the maintainer puts both hands into the rubber gloves;
disassembling the laser cover plate at the operating position and placing the laser cover plate into a cover plate placing groove below the device;
