Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition and food for conditioning specific endowment constitution
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for conditioning specific endowment constitution and food.
Background
With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to physical and psychological health and living quality of people. Focusing on the physical condition of the human body and seeking a proper way for health preservation become important issues closely related to the current people's health maintenance, aging delay and health pursuit. The constitution of a person is closely related to health and diseases. The constitution of traditional Chinese medicine refers to the comprehensive and relatively stable inherent characteristics of morphological structure, physiological function and psychological state formed on the basis of innate endowments and acquired aftermath in the life process of human body. The healthy constitutions are called "mild constitutions", and the other constitutions are "abnormal constitutions", including 8 kinds of yin deficiency constitutions, yang deficiency constitutions, phlegm dampness constitutions, damp-heat constitutions, qi deficiency constitutions, blood stasis constitutions, qi stagnation constitutions, specific constitutions, and the like. By distinguishing the types of the traditional Chinese medical constitutions and pertinently adopting the adaptive traditional Chinese medical health preserving method, namely, the health preserving according to the human condition is carried out by constitution identification, not only can the characteristic of 'body identification, health preservation and health care' in traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology be highlighted, but also the physical and mental health of people can be maintained, the life quality is improved, and the life of the people is prolonged.
The specific constitutions are special constitutions caused by innate deficient constitutions and genetic factors, and the most typical of them is allergic constitutions. People with allergic constitution can have various allergic reactions and allergic diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, eczema, urticaria, allergic asthma and the like, and according to statistics, 22 percent of people all over the world currently have allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema and the like, and the allergic diseases are increased at a rate of 23 times every 10 years. By analogy, at present, more than 2 hundred million people in China suffer from allergic diseases. The number of common allergen substances causing anaphylactic reaction is 2000-3000, the medical literature describes that the allergen substances are nearly 2 thousands, and the allergen substances cause anaphylactic phenomena in the organism by means of inhalation, ingestion, injection or contact and the like, so that the allergy can be prevented and improved only by changing the state of physique.
The currently used treatment is called immunotherapy, also called desensitization, which starts with a small dose of the substance causing the allergy, enters the body through various routes, and then increases the dose slowly in order to increase the resistance of the patient to this allergic substance, but this method can only be used for a single allergen at a time, and cannot solve the allergy caused by other allergens.

Figure BDA0001967030190000101
As can be seen from the test results in table 1, the drinking liquid of traditional Chinese medicine of example 1 (group a) and the ointment of traditional Chinese medicine of example 4 (group B) of the present invention can effectively improve the allergic symptoms common to people with specific constitutions, and both of them have the highest total effective rate and the shortest effective time. The specific endowment constitution serves as the original qi tonifying, and the traditional Chinese medicine drinking liquid of the comparative example 2 (group D) does not contain the ginseng in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, so that the key effect of the ginseng in the original qi tonifying can not be exerted, and the traditional Chinese medicine drinking liquid of the group D is difficult to achieve the effects of tonifying qi, strengthening exterior, nourishing blood and dispelling wind. The traditional Chinese medicine drinking liquid of the comparative example 3 (group E) does not contain dark plum fruit in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the comparative example 4 (group F) does not contain longan pulp in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the comparative example 5 (group G) does not contain ginger in the traditional Chinese medicine composition; dark plum can strengthen the exterior, dried longan pulp can nourish blood and regulate nutrient, and fresh ginger can regulate nutrient and defensive qi, strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors; the lack of the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid makes the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid of the group E-G obviously inferior to the group A and the group B in the aspects of improving the adverse symptoms of people with specific constitutions and the onset time. The oral liquid of comparative example 1 (group C) is a beverage without the Chinese medicinal composition, and the effective rate is the lowest. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has the effects of mutual promotion and synergistic interaction of all components, has a remarkable effect of improving the specific constitution, and can obviously improve the symptoms of frequent rhinocnesmus, nasal soreness and discomfort, sneezing, frequent nasal obstruction and watery nasal discharge of people with the specific constitution.
