Test subjects: 120 blood stasis volunteers are divided into 4 groups, wherein example 1 is used as a test group 1, example 2 is used as an experimental group 2, comparative example 1 is used as a control group 1, and the rest group is taken with drinking water; the peach kernel and hawthorn foods of the examples and the comparative examples are respectively taken by 30 persons in each group. The taking method of the peach kernel and hawthorn extract comprises the following steps: 22g (about one spoon) each time, 3 times daily. The administration method of the peach kernel and hawthorn drinking liquid comprises the following steps: 50ml each time, 3 times daily.
The results of the effect test are shown in table 1;

As can be seen from the results of the test groups 1-2 in the table 1, the peach kernel and hawthorn food prepared by taking the peach kernels, the Chinese yam, the longan aril, the hawthorn fruits and the cinnamon as the effective components in the embodiment of the invention can obviously improve the common symptoms of gloomy complexion, dysphoria and the like of people with blood stasis constitution, and the effective rate is up to 87%. In comparative example 1, when the peach kernel and the hawthorn are lacked, the effect of improving the blood stasis constitution of the prepared paste is greatly weakened. Therefore, the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition have good synergistic effect, and the effect of improving the constitution with blood stasis is achieved together.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1, wherein the effective components are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of peach kernel, 35-55 parts of Chinese yam, 20-40 parts of longan pulp, 20-40 parts of hawthorn and 6-10 parts of cinnamon.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 2, wherein the effective components are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of peach kernel, 40-50 parts of Chinese yam, 28-32 parts of longan pulp, 28-32 parts of hawthorn and 7-9 parts of cinnamon.
4. A food for improving constitution with blood stasis, which is prepared from the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 and food additives acceptable in food.
5. The food product of claim 4, wherein the food product is a paste; the food additive of the paste comprises white granulated sugar, brown sugar, liquid glucose and preservative.
6. The food product according to claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of white granulated sugar, brown sugar and liquid glucose to preservatives is (20-24): (4-7): (50-55): (0.05-0.15).
7. The food according to claim 4, wherein the food is a drink, and food additives of the drink comprise white granulated sugar, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and preservatives.
8. The food product according to claim 7, wherein the weight ratio of white granulated sugar, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and preservative is (1-1.4): (0.05-0.15): (0.025-0.075).
9. A method of preparing a food product according to any one of claims 4 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) extracting semen Persicae, rhizoma Dioscoreae, arillus longan, fructus crataegi, and cortex Cinnamomi with extractive solution, concentrating, and filtering to obtain Chinese medicinal composition extractive solution;
(2) mixing the Chinese medicinal composition extract with food additive to obtain food for improving blood stasis constitution.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the number of times of the extraction in the step (1) is 2 to 3, the extraction is performed by heat extraction, and the extraction liquid is water.
