Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
Background
The mammary gland hyperplasia is a common breast disease of women, the clinical symptoms of the mammary gland hyperplasia mainly comprise breast lumps and breast pain, the symptoms are heavier in the early period of menstruation generally, and the symptoms are relieved after the menstruation. Although the mild hyperplasia of mammary glands does not affect the normal life and work of women greatly, the probability of hyperplasia of mammary glands to be worsened into breast cancer is 2 to 4 times that of the condition without hyperplasia of mammary glands, so that the active treatment is required in the early stage of the disease of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
The traditional Chinese medicines for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands at present can be divided into two types of oral administration and external application. Wherein, the oral Chinese traditional medicine preparation is a Chinese traditional medicine composition for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands disclosed in the Chinese patent of the invention with the publication number CN103142902B, and the Chinese traditional medicine composition comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of angelica sinensis, 9-27 parts of kudzu root, 7.5-22.5 parts of semen cuscutae, 7.5-22.5 parts of cowherb seed, 6-18 parts of malt, 6-18 parts of kelp, 7.5-22.5 parts of corydalis tuber and 5-15 parts of ricepaperplant pith. Wherein, the angelica is a monarch drug for enriching and nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, coordinating Chong and ren meridians, soothing liver and astringing yin. Radix Puerariae has effects of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, relieving restlessness, quenching thirst, removing blood stasis, and resolving hard mass; the dodder seed has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, benefiting essence, walking thoroughfare and conception vessels and strengthening cell and organ; the kudzu root and the dodder have estrogen-like effects, can promote the absorption of hyperplasia of mammary glands and improve the atrophy state of mammary glands, and are used as ministerial drugs. The cowherb seed can promote blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, promote lactation to reduce swelling, dissipate stagnation and relieve pain, carry medicine to move upwards, evacuate blood in breasts and dredge channels and collaterals in breasts; the malt strengthens the spleen, harmonizes the stomach and promotes lactation; thallus laminariae can soften hardness and dissipate stagnation; yanhu is a good herb for activating qi to alleviate pain, activating blood and dispelling stasis, because it can cure the pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis of the whole body; the four medicines are used together to achieve the effects of dissipating stagnation, reducing swelling and relieving pain, and promoting the softening and dissipation of the hyperplastic breast lumps, and are used as adjuvant medicines together. Medulla Tetrapanacis has the effects of promoting qi circulation, promoting lactation, clearing away heat, dredging channels and collaterals, and dredging channels and collaterals.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of nourishing blood and liver, tonifying kidney and spleen, removing blood stasis and resolving masses, and regulating qi to alleviate pain, but people generally reject and contradict psychology to internal medicines, so that audiences of the internal medicines are narrow, and external medicines are more popular compared with the internal medicines. For example, the Chinese patent with the publication number of CN103550442B discloses a traditional Chinese medicine external preparation for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands, which is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 15 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 12 parts of red paeony root, 10 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 10 parts of radix clematidis, 10 parts of semen brassicae, 15 parts of frankincense, 15 parts of myrrh, 20 parts of glossy privet fruit, 30 parts of spina gleditsiae, 30 parts of herba epimedii, 20 parts of pangolin, 30 parts of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 30 parts of eucommia bark and 15 parts of borneol.
However, the traditional Chinese medicine external preparation has the following defects: (1) TDP irradiation is simultaneously assisted in the using process to increase the microcirculation of the breasts and eliminate inflammation and pain, and the TDP lamp is difficult to be equipped at home, so that a patient needs to continuously carry out treatment to a specific medical institution during the treatment period, the treatment cost is increased, and meanwhile, great inconvenience is caused to the life of the patient; (2) the traditional Chinese medicine external preparation has the following using treatment course: 14 days is a treatment course, each treatment course is followed by 3 days of rest, 3 months of treatment, and the treatment period is long.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands, which are convenient to use, short in treatment period and low in treatment cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of red salvia root, 10-50 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 5-30 parts of tangerine pith, 5-30 parts of radix clematidis, 10-40 parts of spina gleditsiae, 1-10 parts of saffron crocus, 10-50 parts of ginseng, 0.1-0.5 part of borneol, 5-30 parts of semen brassicae and 5-30 parts of rhizoma corydalis preparata.
In the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the salvia miltiorrhiza bunge has the effects of activating blood and removing stasis, nourishing blood and soothing nerves, and is a monarch drug; the saffron has the functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, cooling blood and relieving pain, the ligusticum wallichii has the functions of removing stasis and relieving pain, and the ginseng has the functions of tonifying qi and soothing nerves, and the saffron, the ligusticum wallichii and the ginseng are combined into a ministerial drug; semen Sinapis Albae has effects of eliminating phlegm, promoting qi circulation, resolving hard mass, and relieving swelling, tangerine pith has effects of eliminating phlegm, regulating qi-flowing, and dredging collaterals, spina Gleditsiae has effects of relieving swelling, removing toxic substances, and expelling pus, rhizoma corydalis Preparata has effects of promoting blood circulation, activating qi-flowing, and relieving pain, Borneolum Syntheticum has effects of relieving swelling and relieving pain, and five of them are as adjuvant drugs; clematis chinensis has the functions of pungent and dispersing, promoting the circulation of qi, warming and smoothing the nature, dredging collaterals and relieving pain, and is used as a guiding drug. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dredging collaterals and relieving pain, and reducing swelling and resolving masses, and can improve the microcirculation environment of breast tissues, promote the blood circulation of breasts, dredge the channels and collaterals of breasts, and repair the breast tissues, thereby achieving the purposes of relieving breast distending pain caused by hyperplasia of mammary glands, softening and eliminating breast lumps.
When the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used, auxiliary treatment means such as TDP irradiation and the like are not needed, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has good curative effect, a patient can perform treatment at home, and the time cost of the patient during treatment is greatly reduced; the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the treatment course of 1 month, and greatly shortens the treatment period while ensuring the curative effect.
