为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料及其制备方法,采用“吸湿”取代“导湿”的策略,在医用防护功能服面料内构建吸湿散热功能层及安全防护外层双层结构模型,吸湿散热功能层可将汗液高效地吸收到防护服吸湿散热功能层内,安全防护外层可有效阻隔和防护外界病毒入侵,解决了现有的医用防护面料导湿透湿性能差,穿着舒适性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,包括无纺布基层以及复合在所述无纺布基层内侧的吸湿散热功能层,所述吸湿散热功能层采用三明治层叠结构,包括依次层叠复合在所述无纺布基层表面的粘合层、超吸保水纤维功能层和亲水层;在所述超吸保水纤维功能层装载有抗菌抗病毒化合物。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述无纺布基层采用纺粘无纺布-聚乙烯防水透湿薄膜-纺粘无纺布、纺粘无纺布-聚乙烯防水透湿薄膜、聚丙烯纺粘-熔喷布-纺粘无纺布和纺粘无纺布中的一种或多种层叠复合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述无纺布基层的克重为10~300g/m2,平均孔径为0.1~5mm,孔隙率为20~90%。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述亲水层为棉、麻、丝、涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、锦纶中的一种纯纺或多种混纺的针刺、水刺、热轧或热风工艺的无纺布层;所述亲水层的克重为5~80g/m2,透气率为500~1500mm/s。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述超吸保水纤维功能层包括超吸保水纤维和增强纤维,所述超吸保水纤维为聚丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺、再生纤维素纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、海藻酸钠纤维中的一种或多种,所述增强纤维为粘胶纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维、竹浆纤维、聚乳酸纤维、涤纶、丙纶、ES纤维中的一种或多种;所述超吸保水纤维与增强纤维的混合质量比为1:10~10:1;所述超吸保水纤维功能层的厚度为1~10mm,克重为10~500g/m2;所述超吸保水纤维功能层的层加固方式为针刺或热粘合或超声粘合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述粘合层采用热熔PU粉、热熔PU无纺布、ES纤维网、热熔TPU膜中的一种或多种;所述粘合层的厚度为0.1~5mm,克重为10~50g/m2
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述抗菌抗病毒化合物为奥塞米韦、N-卤胺、MCD-环糊精、壳聚糖、纳米银颗粒、纳米金颗粒、二氧化钛、纳米锌颗粒、石墨烯、碳纳米管、金属烯、金属-有机框架材料、共价有机骨架材料中的一种或多种混合,所述抗菌抗病毒化合物的粒径为0.01~5μm;在所述超吸保水纤维功能层中,所述抗菌抗病毒化合物的含量0.01~1g/m2
一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,吸湿散热功能层制备;将亲水层、超吸保水纤维功能层和粘合层依次层叠,采用热粘合或超声或针刺或热风粘合方式进行复合;
步骤2,基材与功能层复合;采用热粘合和超声粘合协同作用方式进行复合,在张紧状态下,对无纺布基层和吸湿散热功能层进行层叠复合。
作为上述制备方法的优化,步骤2中,所述热粘合温度为100~150℃,热粘合方式为点粘合或面粘合或轧光,热粘合压力为0.1~5兆帕,热粘合时间为10~300秒;超声粘合的超声频率为20~65kHz,功率300~800W。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的显著有益效果是:
(1)吸湿散热功能层的超吸和保水特性,对人体的汗液具有理想的吸液和保液率,提高了人体穿着舒适性的优良特性。
(2)利用超吸保水纤维功能层含有抗菌抗病毒的化合物,使复合面料具备抗菌、抗病毒和消臭功能特性,提高人体穿着的卫生安全性。
(3)利用吸湿散热功能层及安全防护外层双层结构模型,既将汗液高效地吸收到防护服吸湿散热功能层内,又可有效阻隔和防护外界病毒入侵。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
结合图1,一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,包括无纺布基层以及复合在所述无纺布基层内侧的吸湿散热功能层,所述吸湿散热功能层采用三明治层叠结构,包括依次层叠复合在所述无纺布基层表面的粘合层、超吸保水纤维功能层和亲水层;在所述超吸保水纤维功能层装载有抗菌抗病毒化合物。
无纺布基层为纺粘无纺布-聚乙烯防水透湿薄膜-纺粘无纺布,无纺布基层的克重为10g/m2,平均孔径为0.1mm,孔隙率为20%。
亲水层为棉纤维的针刺无纺布层,克重为5g/m2,透气率为1500mm/s。超吸保水纤维功能层由超吸保水纤维和增强纤维构成,其中超吸保水纤维采用聚丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺纤维,增强纤维采用粘胶纤维,超吸保水纤维与增强纤维的混合质量比为1:10,超吸保水纤维功能层的厚度为1mm,克重为10g/m2,加固方式为针刺工艺。粘合层采用热熔PU粉,厚度为0.1mm,克重为10g/m2。抗菌抗病毒化合物为N-卤胺,粒径为0.1μm,含量为0.01g/m2
本发明还提供了上述的一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
步骤1:吸湿散热功能层制备,将亲水层、超吸保水纤维功能层和粘合层依次层叠,采用热粘合方式进行复合;热粘合温度为100℃,热粘合方式为点粘合,热粘合压力为0.1兆帕,热粘合时间为10秒。
步骤2:基材与功能层复合,采用热粘合和超声粘合协同作用方式进行复合,在张紧状态下,对无纺布基层和吸湿散热功能层进行层叠复合。其中,热粘合温度为100℃,热粘合方式为点粘合,热粘合压力为0.1兆帕,热粘合时间为10秒,而超声粘合的超声频率为20kHz,功率为300W。
在20±3℃、45±5%的环境条件下,所制备高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料的吸液率为10g/g和保液率为80%,酸碱汗液的吸液率为5g/g和保液率为60%,透气率为500mm/s、透湿量为5000g/(m2·d)、热阻为0.056m2·K/W。本实施例利用聚合物本身的优良特性,赋予抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为90%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为95%。
实施例2
结合图1,一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,包括无纺布基层以及复合在所述无纺布基层内侧的吸湿散热功能层,所述吸湿散热功能层采用三明治层叠结构,包括依次层叠复合在所述无纺布基层表面的粘合层、超吸保水纤维功能层和亲水层;在所述超吸保水纤维功能层装载有抗菌抗病毒化合物。
无纺布基层采用聚丙烯纺粘-熔喷-纺粘无纺布,基材克重为300g/m2平均孔径为5mm,孔隙率为90%。亲水层为棉纤维和麻混纺的针刺无纺布层,克重为80g/m2,透气率为1500mm/s。超吸保水纤维功能层由超吸保水纤维和增强纤维构成,其中超吸保水纤维采用聚乙烯醇纤维,增强纤维采用棉纤维:竹浆纤维:ES纤维质量比1:1:1的混合纤维,超吸保水纤维与增强纤维的混合质量比为10:1,超吸保水纤维功能层的厚度为10mm,克重为500g/m2,加固方式为超声粘合。粘合层以热熔PU无纺布:ES纤维网质量比为1:1构成,粘合层的厚度5mm,克重50g/m2
抗菌抗病毒化合物为奥塞米韦:N-卤胺:MCD-环糊精质量比1:1:1的混合物,粒径为5μm,含量1g/m2
本发明还提供了上述的一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
步骤1:吸湿散热功能层制备,将亲水层、超吸保水纤维功能层和粘合层依次层叠,采用超声粘合方式进行复合;超声粘合的超声频率为65kHz,功率为800W。
步骤2:基材与功能层复合,采用热粘合和超声粘合协同作用方式进行复合,在张紧状态下,对无纺布基层和吸湿散热功能层进行层叠复合。其中,热粘合温度为150℃,热粘合方式为点粘合或面粘合或轧光,热粘合压力为5兆帕,热粘合时间为300秒。超声粘合的超声频率为65kHz,功率为800W。
在20±3℃、45±5%的环境条件下,所制备高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料的吸液率为120g/g和保液率为99%,酸碱汗液的吸液率为30g/g和保液率为99%,透气率为800mm/s、透湿量为12000g/(m2·d)、热阻为0.056m2·K/W。本实施例利用聚合物本身的优良特性,赋予纳米纤维材料抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为95%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99%。

1.一种高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,包括无纺布基层以及复合在所述无纺布基层内侧的吸湿散热功能层,所述吸湿散热功能层采用三明治层叠结构,包括依次层叠复合在所述无纺布基层表面的粘合层、超吸保水纤维功能层和亲水层;在所述超吸保水纤维功能层装载有抗菌抗病毒化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,所述无纺布基层采用纺粘无纺布-聚乙烯防水透湿薄膜-纺粘无纺布、纺粘无纺布-聚乙烯防水透湿薄膜、聚丙烯纺粘-熔喷布-纺粘无纺布和纺粘无纺布中的一种或多种层叠复合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,所述无纺布基层的克重为10~300g/m2,平均孔径为0.1~5mm,孔隙率为20~90%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,所述亲水层为棉、麻、丝、涤纶、丙纶、腈纶、锦纶中的一种纯纺或多种混纺的针刺、水刺、热轧或热风工艺的无纺布层;所述亲水层的克重为5~80g/m2,透气率为500~1500mm/s。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,所述超吸保水纤维功能层包括超吸保水纤维和增强纤维,所述超吸保水纤维为聚丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺、再生纤维素纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、海藻酸钠纤维中的一种或多种,所述增强纤维为粘胶纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维、竹浆纤维、聚乳酸纤维、涤纶、丙纶、ES纤维中的一种或多种;所述超吸保水纤维与增强纤维的混合质量比为1:10~10:1;所述超吸保水纤维功能层的厚度为1~10mm,克重为10~500g/m2;所述超吸保水纤维功能层的层加固方式为针刺或热粘合或超声粘合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿智能散热医用防护服复合面料,其特征在于,所述粘合层采用热熔PU粉、热熔PU无纺布、ES纤维网、热熔TPU膜中的一种或多种;所述粘合层的厚度为0.1~5mm,克重为10~50g/m2

步骤1,吸湿散热功能层制备;将亲水层、超吸保水纤维功能层和粘合层依次层叠,采用热粘合或超声或针刺或热风粘合方式进行复合;
步骤2,基材与功能层复合;采用热粘合和超声粘合协同作用方式进行复合,在张紧状态下,对无纺布基层和吸湿散热功能层进行层叠复合。
