The invention discloses a method for preparing a network transformer and a filter component, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a network transformer and a filter; manufacturing a packaging shell of the network transformer and the filter, wherein the packaging shell comprises a packaging main body, a component mounting cavity is formed in the packaging main body, a plurality of internal lead connection PDAs are formed on the upper side face of the packaging shell, a plurality of external lead connection PADs are formed on the lower side face of the packaging shell, the internal lead connection PDAs and the external lead connection PADs are interconnected through metallized through holes in the packaging shell, and the external lead connection PADs are used for welding the components to a circuit board through automatic welding equipment; and welding the pins of the network transformer and the filter to the corresponding internal lead wire connection PDA by an automatic welding device in a direct electric (spot) welding mode to finish the preparation of the assembly. The method has the advantages of high automation degree, low cost and the like.

and welding the pins of the network transformer and the filter to the corresponding internal lead wire connection PDA by an automatic welding device in a direct electric (spot) welding mode to finish the preparation of the assembly.

and welding the pins of the network transformer and the filter to the corresponding internal lead wire connected PDA in a direct electric welding mode through automatic welding equipment to finish the preparation of the assembly.
According to the method, the external lead connection PAD and the internal lead connection PDA are connected with the network transformer and the filter, the automation degree is high, the defects that the flatness of a traditional PIN PIN shell structure is poor, a large amount of time is used for maintenance and adjustment and the like are avoided, the cost is reduced, the production flow is simplified, the yield is improved, large-scale automatic production can be realized, and the cost is greatly reduced.

and welding the pins of the network transformer and the filter to the corresponding internal lead wire connected PDA in a direct electric welding mode through automatic welding equipment to finish the preparation of the assembly.
