when the television small video program detects that the user clicks to stop recording operation or the recording duration reaches the preset time, sending a television video recording stopping instruction to the television end, and automatically entering a pre-release interface;
when the television end receives the television video recording stopping instruction, the television end stops transmitting the screen to the television small video program;
the television small video program synchronously acquires television state information corresponding to a target video through the received video stream;

extracting information to be published from the television state information and the hot topic information, and automatically filling the information to be published into the pre-publishing interface;
and issuing and displaying the pre-issuing interface after receiving a television video issuing instruction.
2. The method for issuing a television small video according to claim 1, wherein the receiving a television video recording instruction, and recording a target video played by a television terminal corresponding to the television video instruction specifically includes:
when a television small video program of a user side detects that a user clicks a recording operation, generating a television video recording instruction, and sending the television video recording instruction to a television side corresponding to the television video instruction;
when the television end receives the television video recording instruction, the video stream corresponding to the target video of the television end is sent to the television small video program of the user end in real time;
and the television small video program of the user side receives the video stream and calls a screen recording program of the user side to synchronously record the currently played video picture.

The method for publishing television small video according to claim 1, wherein the television status information comprises a television model, a currently playing source, currently playing channel information, an application name of a playing program, a name of a playing program, information of program actors, and a currently playing schedule.
4. The method for distributing the television small video according to claim 1, further comprising:
if topic information related to the program name and the information of program actors is not searched from the social software topic list, the television small video program automatically creates new topic information; the new topic information comprises one or more of program names and program actor information corresponding to the target video.

The method for publishing the television small video according to claim 1, wherein the pre-publishing interface comprises a video display area and a text display area, the text display area comprises a plurality of areas to be filled, each area to be filled is provided with a tag for indicating publishing information to be filled in the area to be filled, the extracting the information to be published from the television status information and the trending topic information, and automatically filling the publishing information to be published to the pre-publishing interface specifically comprises:
acquiring labels of all areas to be filled in the character display area;
extracting information to be issued corresponding to all the labels from the television state information and the hot topic information;
and automatically filling the information to be issued corresponding to the label into the area to be filled corresponding to the label, and filling the target video into the video display area.
6. The method for publishing television small video according to claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving the television video publishing command and publishing and displaying the pre-publishing interface comprises the steps of:
and the television small video program pushes a preview for indicating playing of the target video and hot topic information related to the target video to the television terminal.

A system comprising a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having a computer readable program stored thereon that is executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps in the method for distributing television small videos of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the distribution method of television small videos according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
