acquiring labels of all areas to be filled in the character display area;
extracting information to be issued corresponding to all the labels from the television state information and the hot topic information;
and automatically filling the information to be issued corresponding to the label into the area to be filled corresponding to the label, and filling the target video into the video display area.

A system comprising a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, the memory having a computer readable program stored thereon that is executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps in the method for distributing television small videos of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the distribution method of television small videos according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
