Background
With the development of coking and ferrous metallurgy in China, the quality inspection items and methods of coal and coke are gradually standardized, but because the coal coke belongs to a large amount of raw fuel, the representativeness and the accuracy of the test result are crucial, and therefore, a proper sample amount is obtained after appropriate sampling amount, multiple times of reduction and multiple times of crushing. For example, GB/T GB/T1996 defines index requirements of metallurgical Coke Reactivity (CRI) and post-reaction strength (CSR), the standard of a detection method is GB/T4000-2017, the sample size is 65kg, and a final test sample is 900g of approximately spherical coke with the size of 23-25mm, so that multiple times of division and crushing are required.
Because the problems of heavy common equipment, poor splitting effect, powder scattering, incapability of storing samples and the like exist, the coal and coke can only be placed in a laboratory, meanwhile, the coal and coke are required to be sampled on site and then conveyed to the laboratory for splitting, and the sampling on site is usually bagged. In the process, coal and coke are subjected to secondary loading and transportation, and due to the fact that the sampling amount is large, the coal and coke are crushed in the loading and unloading process, and the quality of the coal and coke is accurately evaluated; meanwhile, when the test is subjected to division, a common divider does not take dustproof measures, and powder generated in the division process can harm the physical health of testers.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems of heavy coal and coke splitting equipment, poor splitting effect, flying powder, incapability of storing samples and the like in the prior art, and provides a simple, quick and efficient portable splitter for coal and coke.

Referring to fig. 4, there are shown some clamping grooves used by the applicant as the base of the splitter, where the number of the clamping grooves may be 2, 3 or 4, so as to ensure the stability and firmness of the connection.
The portable splitter for the coal and the coke can be applied to coal mining and application enterprises, coke production and application enterprises and coal and coke import and export trade coal and coke technical index sample preparation processes.
