As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lantern frame includes a plurality of mounting node bases 41 arranged along the octagonal direction of the temporary support and located at the top edge and the bottom edge of the temporary support, a plurality of lantern frame beams 42 are mounted on the mounting node bases 41, the total number of the lantern frame beams 42 is eight, wherein four lantern frame beams 42 are located at the top edge of the temporary support, and the other four lantern frame beams 42 are located at the bottom edge of the temporary support, the two closed structures of the lantern frame beams 42 at the top edge and the bottom edge of the temporary support are both arranged in a horizontal shape, and lantern frame columns 43 are mounted on the lantern frame beams 42 at positions between the top and the bottom of the temporary support, the total number of the lantern frame columns 43 is four, two ends of the four lantern frame columns 43 are respectively fixed with four corners of the structure formed by the two lantern frame beams 42, furthermore, a lantern diagonal member 44 is provided in a vertical frame of a square shape formed by the two adjacent lantern frame columns 43 and the two adjacent lantern frame beams 42.
Moreover, the penetration welding is adopted between the lantern frame cross beam 42 and the installation node base 41, between the lantern frame upright column 43 and the lantern frame cross beam 42, and between the lantern diagonal member 44 and the lantern frame cross beam 42, and meanwhile, the penetration welding is adopted between the round steel pipe truss 5 and the lantern framework.
The embodiment further provides a construction method of a bird nest structure, which includes the following steps:
step A: welding prefabrication of a plurality of lantern framework components is carried out on the lantern framework with the bird nest structure type in a workshop of a professional processing factory, the distance between the flame center and a molten pool during welding is not less than 2mm, a welding torch cannot swing transversely, and one welding seam cannot be interrupted after one-time welding;
and B: polishing the welding part of the lantern framework by a manual polishing method, removing welding slag and craters, performing repair welding after finding out a sand hole defect, and coating two iron oxide red epoxy primers on the internal structure of the lantern framework to perform rust removal and corrosion prevention treatment;
and C: transporting the components of the lantern frameworks, the circular steel tube truss 5, the stand columns 1, the cross beams 2, the embedded parts and the connecting parts to a construction site, cleaning the construction site, and setting and operating tower crane equipment for installing the lantern frameworks;
step D: installing a drawing pattern in a preset construction site, installing an embedded part in the construction site, locking an explosive bolt for the embedded part, and welding and further fixing the embedded part and the construction ground provided with the embedded part by adopting manual welding;
step E: the method comprises the following steps that (1) stand columns 1 at the bottommost layer of a temporary support are installed on embedded parts, a plurality of stand columns 1 are installed and connected in the vertical direction through connecting pieces, after a stand column 1 group on a single embedded part meets the set building requirement, a cross beam 2 is installed in a clamping mode in the horizontal direction of the stand column 1 group, and reinforcing pieces are installed on the connecting pieces to reinforce the connection of the connecting pieces;
step F: connecting the upright posts 1 in a surrounding manner along the embedded parts, and correspondingly clamping and connecting the cross beams 2 to form a temporary support in a rectangular frame shape, installing node bases 41 at eight angular positions of the temporary support, and hoisting, welding and fixing lantern frame cross beams 42 in a lantern framework on the top edge and the bottom edge of each of the node bases 41, which are positioned on the temporary support;
step G: hoisting and welding lantern frame stand columns 43 at the positions between the lantern frame cross beams 42 at the top and the bottom and at the four corners of the temporary support, and hoisting and welding lantern diagonal members 44 in a frame formed by two adjacent lantern frame stand columns 43 and the lantern frame cross beams 42 at the top and the bottom;
step H: hoisting all the lantern diagonal members 44 from the lower part, positioning by using numbers and space coordinates prefabricated by a factory, welding with a temporary support after accurate positioning, sequentially hoisting until all the lantern diagonal members 44 are installed, adopting penetration welding at all intersection points in the lantern diagonal members 44, and grinding and polishing the welding parts of the lantern framework;
step I: dismantling the part of the temporary support higher than the lantern framework, placing the temporary support in a middle vacant position of the lantern framework, erecting a full red steel tube hand frame inside the lantern framework, wherein the full red steel tube hand frame is arranged at a position 1m lower than the highest point of the lantern, laying a temporary operation fireproof plate, hoisting a round steel tube truss 5, preferentially hoisting a main truss, and hoisting a secondary member and a truss;
step J: and (5) carrying out quality inspection on the temporary support, the lantern framework and the round steel pipe truss 5, cleaning a construction site, and dismantling the hoisting equipment.

Claims (8)

1. A bird nest structure, comprising: the temporary support is detachably arranged on a preset construction site; a round steel pipe truss (5) arranged on the top surface of the temporary support; and along the frame of interim support, the lantern skeleton of installing through the tower crane, wherein, interim support includes: the embedded part is arranged at the bottom of a preset construction site; a plurality of vertical columns (1) which are vertically and detachably arranged on the embedded parts; a plurality of horizontal detachable cross beams (2) arranged on the plurality of upright posts (1); and the connecting piece is arranged on the temporary support and used for connecting the upright post (1) and the cross beam (2), and the lantern framework comprises: a plurality of mounting node mounts (41) disposed along the temporary support at a top edge and a bottom edge of the temporary support; a plurality of lantern frame cross beams (42) mounted on the mounting node bases (41) and located at the top edge and the bottom edge of the temporary support; a plurality of lantern frame uprights (43) mounted on the lantern frame cross beam (42) and located between the top and the bottom of the temporary support; a plurality of lantern skew members (44) disposed within a framework formed by the lantern frame beams (42) and the lantern frame columns (43), wherein the embedded part comprises: a foundation pit (31) arranged on the top surface of the preset construction site; the mounting block (32) is mounted at the bottom of the foundation pit (31); the mounting piece is arranged on the top surface of the mounting block (32) and is used for being connected with the upright post (1); a supplementary reinforcement support (33) connected between the mounting piece and the mounting block (32); and a first fixing member connecting the auxiliary reinforcing support (33), the mounting block (32), and the foundation pit (31), the connecting member including: the connecting seat (351) is arranged between two adjacent upright columns (1) in the vertical direction; the first through grooves (352) are formed in the positions, connected with the upright post (1), of the top and the bottom of the connecting seat (351); a third internal thread (353) provided at an inner wall position of the first through groove (352); a third external thread (354) which is arranged at the connecting part of the upright post (1) and the connecting seat (351) and is matched with the third internal thread (353); dovetail clamping grooves (355) formed in the positions of the two sides of the connecting seat (351) and connected with the cross beam (2); a dovetail clamping strip (356) fixed at the connecting end position of the cross beam (2) and the connecting seat (351) and matched with the dovetail clamping groove (355); a first locking reinforcement bolt (357) extending through the dovetail slot (355), the dovetail rail (356); and a reinforcing piece which is sleeved and fixed at the position of the outer wall of the connecting seat (351) and used for reinforcing the connection between the upright post (1) and the connecting seat (351).

A bird nest structure according to claim 1, wherein the mounting member comprises: the mounting pipe (341) is fixed on the bearing surface at the top of the mounting block (32) and penetrates through the auxiliary reinforcing support (33); a first internal thread (342) provided on an inner wall of the mounting tube (341); a first external thread (343) which is arranged at the bottom of the upright post (1) and is matched with the first internal thread (342); a second external thread (344) provided on an outer wall of the mounting tube (341); a connecting sleeve (346) annularly sleeved on the upright post (1); a second internal thread (345) which is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting sleeve (346) and is matched with the second external thread (344); the second fixing piece (347) penetrates through the connecting sleeve (346), the mounting pipe (341), the upright post (1) and is used for fixing the upright post (1) on the mounting pipe (341); and the hexahedron is arranged on the column body of the upright column (1), on the sleeve body of the connecting sleeve (346), and is used for installing the upright column (1) on the installation pipe (341) and installing the connecting sleeve (346) on the installation pipe (341).

A bird nest structure according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing member comprises: a through hole (361) penetrating through the upright post (1) and the connecting seat (351); a first sheathing cover (362) provided on a connection portion of the pillar (1) and the connection seat (351); a second sleeve cover (363) which is arranged on the connecting part of the upright post (1) and the connecting seat (351) and is matched with the first sleeve cover (362); a first connection pipe (364) fixed to the first fitting cover (362) and penetrating the through hole (361); a second connection pipe (365) fixed to the second fitting cover (363), penetrating the through hole (361), and inserted into the first connection pipe (364); and a second locking reinforcing bolt penetrating through the first sheathing cover (362) and the second sheathing cover (363).
4. A bird nest structure according to claim 3, characterised in that the connection of the first connecting pipe (364) and the second connecting pipe (365) is provided with a rubber patch (37).
5. A bird nest structure according to claim 1 wherein fusion welding is used between the lantern cross-member (42) and the mounting node base (41), between the lantern column (43) and the lantern cross-member (42), and between the lantern cross-member (44) and the lantern cross-member (42).
6. The bird nest structure of claim 1, wherein the round steel tube trusses (5) and the lantern skeleton are welded by fusion penetration.
7. A bird nest structure according to claim 1, characterised in that the temporary support is provided with an auxiliary support (6).
8. A construction method of a bird nest structure based on the bird nest structure of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step A: welding and prefabricating a plurality of lantern framework members on the lantern framework with the bird nest structure type;
and B: polishing the welding part of the lantern framework, and performing rust removal and corrosion prevention treatment on the internal structure of the lantern framework;
and C: transporting the components of the plurality of lantern frameworks, the round steel pipe truss (5), the plurality of stand columns (1), the cross beams (2), the embedded parts and the connecting pieces to preset positions, and cleaning a construction site;
step D: installing an embedded part at a preset position, locking the embedded part by using an explosive bolt, and welding the embedded part and the construction ground provided with the embedded part by adopting manual welding;
step E: the method comprises the following steps that (1) stand columns at the bottommost layer of a temporary support are installed on embedded parts, a plurality of stand columns (1) are installed and connected in the vertical direction through connecting pieces, so that stand column groups on a single embedded part reach a preset building height, cross beams (2) are installed in the horizontal direction of the stand column groups, and reinforcing pieces are installed on the connecting pieces to reinforce the connection of the connecting pieces;
step F: connecting the upright posts (1) in a surrounding manner along the embedded parts, correspondingly clamping and connecting the cross beams (2), installing node bases (41) at eight angular positions of the temporary support, and hoisting, welding and fixing lantern frame cross beams (42) in the lantern framework on the top edge and the bottom edge of each node base (41) on the temporary support;
step G: hoisting and welding lantern frame stand columns (43) at the positions between the lantern frame cross beams (42) at the top and the bottom and at the four corners of the temporary support, and hoisting and welding lantern diagonal members (44) in a frame formed by two adjacent lantern frame stand columns (43) and the lantern frame cross beams (42) at the top and the bottom;
step H: hoisting all the lantern diagonal members (44) from the lower part, sequentially hoisting until all the lantern diagonal members (44) are installed, and performing fusion welding on all intersection points in the lantern diagonal members (44) to polish and polish the welding parts of the lantern framework;
step I: dismantling the part of the temporary support higher than the lantern framework, placing the temporary support in a middle vacant position of the lantern framework, building a full red steel tube scaffold inside the lantern framework, laying a temporary operation fireproof plate, and hoisting a circular steel tube truss (5);
step J: and (5) carrying out quality inspection on the temporary support, the lantern framework and the round steel pipe truss (5), cleaning a construction site, and dismantling the hoisting equipment.
