Abstract
The invention discloses a method for installing a hausen cell and a cantilever support in a cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery, which comprises the steps of reserving notches at two ends of the hausen cell, welding wing plates at two sides of the hausen cell, filling fillers into the hausen cell, attaching the notch side of the hausen cell to a corresponding position of a template, buckling a groove of a U-shaped block on an exposed part of a bottom plate of a channel, sealing a port of the channel, nailing the exposed part of the bottom plate of the channel and the U-shaped block together on the template by using nails, penetrating the wing plates into the template and tightly pressing the wing plates, fixing the hausen cell on the template, removing the template after concrete pouring is finished and the strength is reached, removing the fillers and the U-shaped block, inserting a T-shaped base of the cantilever support into the hausen cell from the notches, pre-fitting bolts at two sides of the T-shaped base, fitting nuts and gaskets at the part of the bolts penetrating out of the hausen cell notch, and screwing the nuts to tightly press the gaskets, The bolt head compresses tightly T shape base. The Halfen groove has good fixing effect and is beneficial to the subsequent installation of the cantilever support.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
A method for installing a Hafen groove and a cantilever bracket in a cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery is disclosed, as shown in figure 1, notches are reserved at two ends of a Hafen groove 4, only an exposed groove bottom plate is arranged at the notches, wing plates 6 are welded at two sides of the Hafen groove 4, as shown in figures 2 and 4, when the method is installed, a filler 12 is plugged into the Hafen groove 4, the groove mouth side of the Hafen groove 4 is attached to the corresponding position of a template 7, the groove of a U-shaped block 1 is buckled on the exposed part of the groove bottom plate, the end mouth of the groove is sealed by the U-shaped block 1, the exposed part of the groove bottom plate and the U-shaped block 1 are nailed tightly on the template 7 by a nail 3, the U-shaped block 1 is nailed into the template 7 through the wing plates 6 and is pressed tightly, the fixation of the Hafen groove 4 on the template 7 is realized, after concrete 13 is poured and the strength is reached, the template 7 is dismantled, the filler 12 and the U-shaped block 1, and the concrete residue 13 is, the T-shaped base of the cantilever support 8 is inserted into the Hufen groove 4 from the notch, bolts 10 are matched with the two sides of the T-shaped base in advance, the bolts 10 penetrate out of the part of the notch of the Hufen groove 4 and are matched with nuts 9 and gaskets 11, and the nuts 9 are screwed down to enable the gaskets 11 to compress the notch side of the Hufen groove 4 and the heads of the bolts 10 to compress the T-shaped base.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 6, the wing panel 6 is preferably welded at two welding positions — 1) the wing panel 6 is welded at the bottom plate of the channel and is flush with the bottom plate of the channel, and the welding positions can improve the stability and the integral strength of the channel after pouring; 2) the wing plates 6 are welded at the notches of the Hafen grooves 4 and flush with the notches of the Hafen grooves 4, the tightness of the Hafen grooves 4 and the templates 7 and the installation stability can be improved at the positions, and the influence of impact force generated during grouting on the Hafen grooves 4 can be particularly reduced.
As shown in FIG. 1, the exposed part of the channel bottom plate has two preferred widths, namely 1) the exposed part of the channel bottom plate is the same as and flush with the width of the interior of the Hafen slot 4; 2) the exposed part of the bottom plate of the channel is the same as and flush with the external width of the Hufen slot 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the bolt 10 is a T-shaped bolt and has a size corresponding to the haute slot 4, so as to achieve a better fastening effect.
Regarding the choice of materials, in the present embodiment, the filler 12 is preferably a foam strip, which has high filling efficiency and low cost; the U-shaped block 1 is preferably a wood block, so that the processing is convenient and the cost is low; the nail 3, the wing plate 6, and the washer 11 are preferably made of steel.
When the hafen groove 4 is longer, the wing plates 6 can be distributed along the hafen groove 4 at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction, so that the fixing effect is improved.
Regarding the choice of dimensions, in this embodiment the exposed portion of the channel floor is 50mm long, the flaps 6 are spaced 250mm apart, the flaps 6 are 30 × 30mm in size and not less than 3mm thick.
In the invention, a notch is reserved in the Hafen groove 4, the U-shaped block 1 is used for blocking during pouring, slurry leakage is avoided, an operation space is provided for installation, removal and replacement of the cantilever support 8 after pouring, moreover, the T-shaped base of the cantilever support 8 is inserted into the Hafen groove 4 from the notch, and the installation can be carried out by screwing the nut 9, so that the assembly and disassembly efficiency is high; after installation, the wing plates 6 tightly press the hafen grooves 4 at two sides of the middle parts of the hafen grooves 4, two ends of the hafen grooves 4 are tightly pressed together with the U-shaped blocks 1, the hafen grooves 4 are prevented from rotating along the axial direction of the channels, so that the fixation between the hafen grooves 4 and the templates 7 is more stable and tight, and concrete is prevented from easily invading between the templates 7 and the channels; the whole method is simple in construction, convenient to operate and good in construction effect.
