Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a first laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The control method of the clothes treatment device is applied to the clothes treatment device. The laundry treatment device may be a laundry treatment device having two or more drums, for example, a drum washing machine having two or more drums, a pulsator washing machine, or other types of laundry treatment devices, which is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present application, the laundry treatment apparatus may include a first laundry treatment module and a second laundry treatment module, and the first laundry treatment module and the second laundry treatment module may be disposed up and down, or may be disposed left and right, or may be disposed front and back, which is not limited thereto.
For example, the first laundry treating module and the second laundry treating module are disposed up and down, and the first laundry treating module is located above the second laundry treating module.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, setting a heating priority of a first laundry treatment module of the laundry treatment apparatus to be higher than a heating priority of a second laundry treatment module of the laundry treatment apparatus.
Wherein the capacity of the first laundry treating module is smaller than the capacity of the second laundry treating module. Capacity, which refers to the maximum mass of the laundry treating module that can treat the standard laundry of dry state at one time.
As a possible case, the first laundry treatment module has a small capacity, and may be used to wash infant clothes, underwear, etc., and in order to ensure that the first laundry treatment module is preferentially heated, the first laundry treatment module of the laundry treatment apparatus may be set to have a higher heating priority than the second laundry treatment module. This ensures that the infant clothes, underwear, and the like in the first clothes treatment module are subjected to the preferential heat treatment.
The heating priority may be set by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, or may be set by a terminal device controlling the laundry treatment apparatus, which is not limited herein.
And 102, performing heating control on the first clothes treatment module and the second clothes treatment module according to the set heating priority.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the heating priority of the first laundry processing module is set to be higher than the heating priority of the second laundry processing module, the first laundry processing module and the second laundry processing module may be controlled to be heated according to the set heating priority.
As a first possible case, since the heating priority of the first laundry processing module of the laundry processing apparatus is set to be higher than the heating priority of the second laundry processing module, when the heating requests of the first laundry processing module and the second laundry processing module are simultaneously acquired, the first laundry processing module is controlled to be heated, and the second laundry processing module is in the waiting phase.
As a second possible case, when the heating request of the first laundry treatment module is acquired, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is in the heating state. In this case, in order to ensure that the first laundry treatment module is preferentially heated, the second laundry treatment module is controlled to stop heating, and the first laundry treatment module is controlled to perform heating.
As a third possible case, when the heating request of the first laundry treatment module is acquired, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is not in the heating state. In this case, the first laundry treatment module may be directly controlled to perform heating.
As a fourth possible case, when the heating request of the second laundry treatment module is acquired, it is determined that the first laundry treatment module is in the heating state. In this case, in order to ensure that the first laundry treatment module is preferentially heated, the first laundry treatment module is controlled to continue heating, and after the first laundry treatment module is heated, the second laundry treatment module is controlled to heat.
As a third possible case, when the heating request of the second laundry treatment module is acquired, it is determined that the first laundry treatment module is not in the heating state. In this case, the second laundry treatment module may be directly controlled to perform heating.
The control method of the clothes treatment device of the embodiment of the application sets the heating priority of a first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device to be higher than that of a second clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device, wherein the capacity of the first clothes treatment module is smaller than that of the second clothes treatment module; and performing heating control on the first laundry treatment module and the second laundry treatment module according to the set heating priority. Therefore, the first clothes processing module is guaranteed to be heated preferentially according to the set heating priority, and the clothes can be sterilized.
As a possible case, when the second laundry processing module is determined to be in the heating state when the first heating request of the first laundry processing module is acquired, the second laundry processing module is controlled to stop heating, and the first laundry processing module is controlled to perform heating. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a second laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
in step 201, a first heating request of a first laundry treatment module is obtained.
The first heating request may be a water heating request sent by the first laundry processing module in a washing process, or may also be a drying and heating request sent by the first laundry processing module in a drying process, which is not limited herein.
As another possible scenario, when the first laundry treatment module needs to heat water in the washing tub during the washing or rinsing process, the main control board of the first laundry treatment module sends a water heating request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the water heating request of the first laundry treatment module.
As another possible scenario, when the first laundry processing module needs drying and heating in the process of drying laundry by the laundry processing apparatus, the main control board of the first laundry processing module sends a drying and heating request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the drying and heating request of the first laundry processing module.
In step 202, in response to the first heating request, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is in a heating state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first heating request is acquired from the first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device, whether the clothes treatment module occupies the heating state at present is inquired in response to the first heating request.
In one possible case, in response to the first heating request, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is in the heating state. That is, while the first laundry treatment module transmits the first heating request, the second laundry treatment module is in a water heating state or a drying heating state.
Step 203, controlling the second laundry treatment module to stop heating, and controlling the first laundry treatment module to heat.
In the embodiment of the application, after acquiring the first heating request of the first clothes treatment module, the logic processor inquires that the second clothes treatment module is in the heating state. In this case, in order to enable the first laundry treatment module to preferentially heat, the second laundry treatment module may be controlled to stop heating and the first laundry treatment module may be controlled to heat.
It is understood that the first laundry treating module and the second laundry treating module cannot be heated at the same time in order to avoid that the power of the laundry treating apparatus exceeds a limit value during the heating process. Therefore, in the present application, in order to ensure that the first laundry treatment module is preferentially heated, after the first heating request of the first laundry treatment module is acquired, the second laundry treatment module is determined to be in a heating state, and the second laundry treatment module is controlled to stop heating, and the first laundry treatment module is controlled to perform heating.
As an example, it is assumed that the laundry processing apparatus includes an upper drum and a lower drum, when the upper drum needs to perform drying and heating during the process of drying the laundry, the main control board controlling the upper drum sends a drying and heating request to the logic processor, and the logic processor determines whether the lower drum occupies a heating state after receiving the drying and heating request sent by the upper drum. And when the lower barrel is determined to be in the heating state, the logic processor controls the lower barrel to stop heating and controls the upper barrel to heat.
In the embodiment of the application, the second clothes processing module is controlled to stop heating, and the first clothes processing module is controlled to heat, so that the principle of ensuring the first clothes processing module to heat preferentially is realized.
As a possible implementation manner, when the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat, the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module may be controlled to stop heating according to the temperature value of the first laundry treatment module. Specifically, during the water heating process performed by the first laundry treatment module, the temperature value of the washing water in the first laundry treatment module may be monitored by the temperature sensor, and when it is determined that the temperature value reaches the corresponding temperature threshold, the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module is controlled to stop heating. In the process of drying and heating the first clothes processing module, the temperature of an inner barrel in the first clothes processing module is monitored in real time through a temperature sensor, and when the temperature value is determined to reach a corresponding temperature threshold value, the heating unit of the first clothes processing module is controlled to stop heating.
As another possible implementation manner, when the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat, the heating unit may be controlled to heat according to a heating time period of the first laundry treatment module. Specifically, during the heating of the first laundry treatment module, the heating time period of the first laundry treatment module is timed to determine the heating time period of the first laundry treatment module. And controlling the heating unit of the first clothes treatment module to stop heating when the heating time of the first clothes treatment module reaches the preset time. Therefore, the condition that the first clothes treatment module is too long in heating time and the clothes are damaged due to overhigh temperature of the inner drum or overhigh washing water is avoided. The preset time period may be a heating time period preset according to the weight of the washing water or the laundry in the first laundry treatment module, or a heating time period preset by a built-in program of the first laundry treatment module, which is not limited herein.
According to the heating control method of the clothes treatment device, a first heating request of a first clothes treatment module is obtained; determining that the second laundry treatment module is in a heating state in response to the first heating request; and controlling the second clothes treatment module to stop heating, and controlling the first clothes treatment module to heat. Thereby, preferential heating of the first laundry treatment module is achieved, ensuring that laundry in the first laundry treatment module is subjected to preferential heating treatment.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after acquiring the first heating request of the first laundry treatment module, in response to the first heating request, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is not in the heating state, and in this case, the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a third laundry treating device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
in step 301, a first heating request of a first laundry treatment module is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 301 may refer to the implementation process of step 201 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 302, if it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is not in the heating state, the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first heating request of the first clothes treatment module is acquired, the second clothes treatment module is determined not to be heated in response to the heating request. That is, when the first laundry treating module requests heating, the laundry treating apparatus is not in the heating state. In this case, the first laundry treatment module may be directly controlled to perform heating.
As a possible implementation manner, when the first laundry processing module is controlled to perform drying and heating, the temperature value of the inner drum of the first laundry processing module may be monitored in real time, and when it is determined that the temperature value reaches the temperature threshold, the heating unit of the first laundry processing module is controlled to stop drying and heating.
As another possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the first laundry treatment module to heat water, the temperature value of the washing water in the first laundry treatment module may be monitored in real time, and if the temperature value of the washing water reaches the set temperature threshold, the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module is controlled to stop heating.
As still another possible implementation manner, when the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat, the heating unit may be controlled to heat according to a heating time period of the first laundry treatment module. The preset time period may be a heating time period preset according to the weight of the washing water or the weight of the laundry in the first laundry treatment module, or a heating time period preset according to a built-in program of the first laundry treatment module, which is not limited herein.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, the first heating request of the first clothes treatment module is acquired, and the first clothes treatment module is controlled to heat when the second clothes treatment module is determined not to be in the heating state. Therefore, when the clothes treatment device does not heat and the first clothes treatment module requests heating, the first clothes treatment module is controlled to heat, infants, underwear and the like in the first clothes treatment module are heated preferentially, and the efficiency of clothes sterilization and the like is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the present application proposes another control method of a laundry treating apparatus.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a fourth laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may further include the steps of:
in step 401, a second heating request of a second laundry treatment module is obtained.
The second heating request may be a water heating request sent by the second laundry processing module in the washing process, or may be a drying and heating request sent by the second laundry processing module in the drying process, which is not limited herein.
As a possible case, when the second laundry treatment module needs to heat water in the washing tub during the washing or rinsing process, the main control board of the second laundry treatment module sends a water heating request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the water heating request of the second laundry treatment module.
As another possible scenario, when the second laundry processing module needs drying and heating in the process of drying laundry by the laundry processing apparatus, the main control board of the second laundry processing module sends a drying and heating request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the drying and heating request of the second laundry processing module.
In step 402, in response to the second heating request, it is determined that the first laundry treatment module is in a heating state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second heating request is acquired from the second clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device, whether the clothes treatment module occupies the heating state at present is inquired in response to the second heating request.
In one possible case, in response to the second heating request, it is determined that the first laundry treatment module is in the heating state. That is, when the second laundry treatment module transmits the second heating request, the first laundry treatment module is in a water heating state or a drying heating state.
And step 403, controlling the first laundry treatment module to continue heating.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second heating request of the second clothes treatment module is acquired, the first clothes treatment module is determined to be in the heating state. In this case, in order to ensure that the first laundry treatment module is preferentially heated, the first laundry treatment module may be controlled to continue heating. And controlling the second laundry treating module to heat after the first laundry treating module finishes heating.
The control method of the clothes treatment device of the embodiment of the application obtains a second heating request of a second clothes treatment module; in response to the second heating request, determining that the first laundry treatment module is in a heating state; controlling the first laundry treatment module to continue heating. Thereby, preferential heating of the first laundry treatment module is achieved, ensuring that laundry in the first laundry treatment module is subjected to preferential heating treatment.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when the second heating request of the second laundry treatment module is acquired, and it is determined that the first laundry treatment module is not in the heating state, the second laundry treatment module is controlled to heat. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 5, and fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a fifth laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may further include the steps of:
in step 501, a second heating request of a second laundry treatment module is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 501 may refer to the implementation process of step 401 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 502, in response to the second heating request, determining that the first laundry treatment module is not in the heating state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second heating request of the second clothes treatment module is acquired, the first clothes treatment module is determined not to be in the heating state in response to the second heating request. That is, when the second laundry treatment module transmits the second heating request, the first laundry treatment module is not in the heating state.
Step 503, controlling the second laundry treatment module to heat.
In the embodiment of the present application, the heating process of the second laundry processing module may be controlled by the heating process of the first laundry processing module in the above embodiment, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, a second heating request of a second clothes treatment module is obtained; in response to the second heating request, determining that the first laundry treatment module is not in the heating state; controlling the second laundry treating module to heat. Therefore, when the clothes treatment device does not perform heating and the second clothes treatment module requests heating, the second clothes treatment module is controlled to perform heating, and the efficiency of clothes sterilization and the like is improved.
As a possible implementation manner, when the first clothes treatment module is controlled to heat, the heating unit can be controlled to heat according to the temperature value of the first clothes treatment module, so that the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to overhigh temperature, and the technical problem that the clothes cannot be sterilized due to overlow temperature is also avoided. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a sixth laundry treatment device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may further include the steps of:
step 601, obtaining a temperature value of the first laundry treatment module.
When the first clothes processing module is used for drying and heating, the temperature value is the temperature value of the airflow flowing through the heating unit of the first clothes processing module; when the first clothes treatment module heats water, the temperature value is the temperature value of water in the washing drum of the first clothes treatment module.
In a possible scenario, when the first laundry processing module is controlled to perform drying and heating, the temperature value of the inner drum of the first laundry processing module may be obtained in real time, for example, the temperature value of the airflow flowing through the heating unit in the first laundry processing module may be obtained, so as to control the heating unit of the first laundry processing module to perform a heating process according to the obtained temperature value.
As a possible implementation manner, the temperature value of the air flow passing through the heating unit may be monitored in real time according to a temperature sensor disposed at the first laundry treatment module, so as to control the heating process of the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module according to the monitored temperature value.
It should be noted that, when the temperature value of the inner drum of the first laundry processing module is obtained, in the embodiment of the present application, the obtaining position of the specific inner drum temperature value is not limited, and it can be understood that the inner drum temperature values at any position in the washing drum of the first laundry processing module are the same.
In another possible scenario, when the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat water, the temperature value of water in the washing drum can be monitored in real time through a temperature sensor arranged on the first laundry treatment device, so that the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module is controlled to heat according to the monitored temperature value.
Step 602, determining that the temperature value reaches a temperature threshold, controlling the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module to stop heating.
In a possible scenario, when the first laundry processing module executes the drying and heating program, the obtained temperature value of the inner drum of the first laundry processing module reaches the temperature threshold, and the heating unit of the first laundry processing module is controlled to stop heating.
In another possible scenario, when the first laundry treatment module executes the water heating program, and the obtained temperature value of the washing water of the first laundry treatment module reaches the temperature threshold, the heating unit of the first laundry treatment module is controlled to stop heating.
It should be noted that, when the first laundry processing module executes the water heating and drying heating program, the temperature value of the washing water and the temperature value of the air flow in the drum respectively correspond to the corresponding temperature thresholds.
In the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned implementation manner of controlling the first laundry processing module to perform heating is also applicable to the heating process of the second laundry processing module, and will not be described again.
According to the heating control method of the clothes treatment device, the temperature value of the first clothes treatment module is obtained, the temperature value is determined to reach the temperature threshold value, and the heating unit of the first clothes treatment module is controlled to stop heating. The method realizes that the first clothes processing module controls the heating unit to heat according to the temperature value in the heating process, avoids the damage to clothes caused by overhigh temperature, and achieves the effects of sterilization and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. It is assumed that the laundry treating apparatus includes an upper drum and a lower drum, and the heating priority of the upper drum is set higher than the heating priority of the lower drum. When the upper drum needs washing or rinsing heating and the lower drum needs drying heating, the main control boards of the upper drum and the lower drum send heating requests to the logic processor, and after the logic processor receives the heating requests, the current heating state is determined first to control the heating states of the upper drum and the lower drum.
As a first possible situation, after receiving a washing or rinsing heating request sent by a main control board of an upper drum, a logic processor determines that the lower drum is in a heating state, that is, an unoccupied heating state, and controls a heating unit of the upper drum to heat until the temperature of washing water in the upper drum reaches a set temperature threshold or the heating time reaches a set time, and controls the heating unit of the upper drum to stop heating.
As a second possible scenario, after receiving the washing or rinsing heating request sent by the main control board of the upper drum, the logic processor determines that the lower drum is in a heating state, i.e., occupies the heating state, and turns off the heating function of the lower drum and releases the heating state occupied by the lower drum. Furthermore, the heating unit of the upper barrel is controlled to heat so as to ensure the principle that the upper barrel is preferentially heated.
As a third possible situation, after receiving the drying and heating request sent by the main control board of the lower drum, the logic processor determines that the upper drum is not in the heating state, and controls the heating unit of the lower drum to heat until the temperature in the lower drum reaches the set temperature threshold or the drying and heating duration reaches the set duration, and controls the heating unit of the lower drum to stop heating.
As a fourth possible situation, after receiving the drying and heating request sent by the main control board of the lower drum, the logic processor determines that the upper drum is in the heating state, monitors the heating state of the upper drum until the upper drum is in the heating state of releasing the occupation, and controls the heating unit of the lower drum to heat so as to ensure the principle that the upper drum is preferentially heated.
It should be noted that the above example is only an example in which the upper drum performs a washing or rinsing heating process and the lower drum performs a drying heating process. The upper drum may be heated for drying and the lower drum may be heated for washing or rinsing, or both the upper drum and the lower drum may be heated for drying, or both the upper drum and the lower drum may be heated for washing or rinsing, etc. During the heating process of the clothes treatment device, the upper drum is preferentially heated to ensure that the clothes in the upper drum are preferentially heated.
