Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A heating control method, apparatus and laundry treating apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a heating control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, a first heating request is obtained, and the first heating request is used for starting a drying heater.
An execution main body of an embodiment of the present invention is a laundry treating apparatus including a drying heater for executing a drying process and a washing water heater for performing heating of washing water in a washing process to improve washing efficiency and a cleaning ratio.
Step 102, query to determine that the washing water heater is in a heating state.
Specifically, when a heating request for starting heating of the drying heater is acquired, it is queried to determine whether the washing water heater is in a heating state.
As a possible implementation manner, the heating flag corresponding to the washing water heater may be queried to determine the heating state of the washing water heater, that is, determine whether the washing water heater is in the heating state or in the non-heating state, for example, the heating flag may be preset, the flag position 1 indicates that the washing water heater is heating, and the flag position 0 indicates that the washing water heater is not heating.
It should be noted that, the heating flag bit of the washing water heater is written and updated, specifically, after the heater is controlled to be turned on for heating, the heating flag bit of the washing water heater is set to indicate the heating flag bit currently being heated, for example, 1; after the washing water heater is controlled to be in the off state, the heating flag position of the washing water heater may be set to indicate a heating flag that is not currently heated, for example, 0, that is, if the heating state of the washing water heater changes, the corresponding heating flag is updated. Therefore, the heating state of the washing water heater is determined by inquiring the heating flag bit corresponding to the washing water heater.
As another possible implementation, a phase of the operation of the laundry treating apparatus may be queried, and according to the phase of the operation, a heating state of the washing water heater, that is, whether the washing water heater is in a heating state or in an unheated state, may be determined.
For example, when the laundry processing apparatus performs a washing process, the washing process includes a plurality of rinsing stages, some rinsing stages require heating washing water for washing, which can perform a sterilization function, and simultaneously promote separation of dirt from laundry, thereby improving a cleaning ratio of the washing process, and some rinsing stages require heating washing water, thereby facilitating separation of water from laundry during later stage dehydration, and improving a dehydration rate; when in the dehydration stage of the washing process, the washing water does not need to be heated. When the laundry treating apparatus performs a drying process, the drying process requires a heated airflow to dry the laundry. Therefore, when the clothes processing device executes the clothes washing process, which stages need heating, which stages do not need heating, or when the clothes processing device executes the drying process, the heating air flow needed to be heated is preset, so that the heating state of the washing water heater can be determined according to the operating stages by inquiring the operating stages of the clothes processing device.
And 103, controlling the washing water heater to heat until the set conditions are reached, and stopping heating.
Wherein, the setting conditions include: heating for a set time; and/or, the washing temperature reaches the first set temperature; and/or the washing temperature increase amount reaches the second set temperature.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the heating request of the drying heater is acquired, and the washing water heater is determined to be in the heating state, the washing water heater is continuously controlled to be heated until the set condition is reached, and the heating of the washing water heater is stopped.
And 104, controlling the drying heater to heat.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the washing water heater heats, after the heating request of the drying heater is received, the drying heater is not controlled to heat for the moment, but the drying heater can be controlled to carry out initial load adjustment to prepare for heating, but the washing water heater is controlled to continue heating, and the heating of the washing water is stopped and the drying heater is controlled to heat until the preset heating condition is reached, so that the washing water is heated under the condition of less influence on a drying program, and the washing effect of clothes is improved.
In the heating control method of the embodiment of the invention, when a first heating request of a drying heater requesting to start a drying program is acquired, the washing water heater is inquired and determined to be in a heating state, the washing water heater is controlled to be heated until a set condition is reached, and the heating is stopped, and the heating of the washing water heater is controlled to be stopped preferentially until the set condition is reached when the washing water heater is determined to be in the heating state, so that the working requirements of the washing water heater and the drying heater for heating are met, the washing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the overload operation caused when the drying heater and the washing water heater work simultaneously is avoided, the potential safety hazard is avoided, the technical problems that the heating requirements of the drying heater and the washing water heater cannot be met in the prior art, and the washing efficiency is low are solved.
Based on the previous embodiment, this embodiment provides a possible implementation manner of another heating control method, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another heating control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, a first heating request is obtained, and the first heating request is used for starting a drying heater.
An execution main body of an embodiment of the present invention is a laundry treating apparatus including a drying heater for executing a drying process and a washing water heater for performing heating of washing water in a washing process to improve washing efficiency and a cleaning ratio.
Step 202, querying a heating flag corresponding to the washing water heater to determine whether the washing water heater is in a heating state, if so, executing step 204, and if not, executing step 203.
Specifically, for the method for inquiring whether the washing water heater is in the heating state, reference may be made to step 102 in the previous embodiment, which has the same principle and is not described herein again.
And step 203, controlling the drying heater to heat.
Specifically, if the query determines that the washing water heater is not in the heating state, the drying heater is directly controlled to be started to perform the heating and drying program.
And step 204, controlling the washing water heater to continue heating, and controlling the drying heater to wait for heating starting.
Specifically, if the washing water heater is in the heating state, the washing water heater is controlled to continue heating, and the drying heater is controlled to wait for heating starting until the washing water heater is heated to reach the set condition.
Step 205, determining whether the heating of the washing water heater is controlled to reach the set condition, if yes, executing step 206, otherwise, continuing to execute step 204.
Wherein, the setting conditions include: heating for a set time; and/or, the washing temperature reaches the first set temperature; and/or the washing temperature increase amount reaches the second set temperature.
As a possible implementation manner, the heating time period is set to a value ranging from 1 to 10 minutes, preferably, the set time period is 5 minutes, for example, when the heating time period of the washing water heater is controlled to reach 5 minutes, the washing water heater is considered to be heated to reach the set condition.
As another possible implementation manner, the first set temperature corresponding to the washing temperature is in a range from 25 degrees celsius to 40 degrees celsius, preferably, the first set temperature is 32 degrees celsius, for example, when the washing temperature for controlling the washing water heater to heat reaches the first set temperature value of 32 degrees celsius, the washing water heater is considered to heat to reach the set condition.
As still another possible implementation manner, the second set temperature corresponding to the washing temperature increase is in a range of 1 to 10 degrees celsius, preferably, the second set temperature is 5 degrees celsius, for example, when the washing temperature increase for controlling the washing water heater to heat reaches the second set temperature value of 5 degrees celsius, the washing water heater is considered to heat to the set condition.
It should be noted that, the set condition is that the heating reaches the set time length; and/or, the washing temperature reaches the first set temperature; and/or the washing temperature increase amount reaches the second set temperature, which is not listed in the present embodiment for various combinations of the set conditions.
And step 206, updating the heating flag bit according to the heating state.
Specifically, when the washing water heater is heated to reach the set condition, the washing water heater is controlled to stop heating, and the heating state of the washing water heater is updated from the flag bit indicating heating to the flag bit indicating heating stop according to the heating state, for example, the heating flag bit of the washing water heater is updated from the flag bit 1 indicating heating to the flag bit 0 indicating heating stop.
And step 207, controlling the washing water heater to stop heating, and controlling the drying heater to start heating.
Step 207 may be executed before step 206, or may be executed after step 206, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the heating control method of the embodiment of the invention, when a first heating request of a drying heater requesting to start a drying program is acquired, the washing water heater is inquired and determined to be in a heating state, the washing water heater is controlled to be heated until a set condition is reached, the heating flag bit is updated, the drying heater is controlled to be heated, and when the washing water heater is determined to be in the heating state, the heating of the washing water heater is preferentially stopped until the set condition is reached, so that the working requirements of heating the washing water heater and the drying heater are met, the washing efficiency is improved, overload operation caused when the drying heater and the washing water heater work simultaneously is avoided, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
In the foregoing embodiment, a heating processing method when a heating request for starting a drying heater is obtained and a washing water heater is already in a heating state is described, but in practical applications, the heating request of the drying heater and the heating request of the washing water heater may belong to a preset time range of simultaneous requests, for which, a possible implementation manner of another heating control method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of another heating control method provided in an embodiment of the present invention.

As still another possible implementation manner, the second set temperature corresponding to the washing temperature increase is in a range of 1 to 10 degrees celsius, preferably, the second set temperature is 5 degrees celsius, for example, when the washing temperature increase for controlling the heating of the washing water heater reaches the second set temperature value of 5 degrees celsius, the heating of the washing water heater is considered to reach the set condition.
It should be noted that, the set condition is that the heating reaches the set time length; and/or, the washing temperature reaches the first set temperature; and/or the washing temperature increase amount reaches the second set temperature, which is not listed in the present embodiment for various combinations of the set conditions.
And step 304, controlling the drying heater to heat.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the time interval between the first heating request and the second heating request is determined to be not greater than the threshold, the drying heater is not controlled to heat, but the drying heater can be controlled to perform initial load adjustment to prepare for heating, and the washing water heater is controlled to heat until a preset condition is reached, the heating of the washing water is stopped and the drying heater is controlled to heat, so that the washing water is heated under the condition of less influence on a drying program, and the washing effect of clothes is improved.
