Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ceramics, in particular to a preparation method of a rice paper imitation ceramic plate.
Background
The prior high-temperature porcelain plate blank is difficult to adapt to writing and drawing for people who initially write or practice creation on rice paper for a long time, mainly shows that the writing and drawing are not moved by unsmooth pen dragging, mainly shows that the pen is sucked when the water absorption is large, the pigment is easy to flow when the water absorption is small, and the pigment cannot dry for a long time, so that the problem of the ceramic industry is solved, and the creation bottleneck of the ceramic industry is also realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of rice paper imitation ceramic, which successfully solves the problem of difficult creation from rice paper to porcelain blank writing and painting, and enables more people engaged in paper creation to smoothly enter into ceramic creation.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a rice paper-like ceramic plate comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing glaze and preparing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of potassium feldspar, 20-40 parts of quartz, 1-5 parts of dolomite, 5-15 parts of talc, 1-5 parts of calcined alumina, 1-5 parts of bone meal, 5-15 parts of kaolin and 0.1-6 parts of vanadium-zirconium yellow;
(2) biscuit firing is carried out on the porcelain plate, the biscuit firing temperature is controlled to be 855-1000 ℃, and the biscuit firing time is 8-20 hours, so that a biscuit porcelain plate is obtained;
(3) spraying the prepared glaze on the sintered biscuit porcelain plate for secondary glaze firing at the temperature of 750-850 ℃ for 6-12 hours;
(4) and (3) carrying out primary firing at the temperature of 1360-1430 ℃ for 16-30 hours to obtain the rice paper imitation ceramic plate.
Further, 45-55 parts of potassium feldspar, 25-35 parts of quartz, 2-4 parts of dolomite, 8-12 parts of talc, 2-5 parts of calcined alumina, 3-5 parts of bone meal, 8-12 parts of ridge soil and 0.5-4 parts of vanadium-zirconium yellow.
Furthermore, the biscuit firing temperature is preferably 860-960 ℃.
Further, the temperature of the secondary glaze firing is preferably 760-820 ℃.
Further, the sintering temperature is preferably 1380-1420 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the biscuit firing treatment is carried out at a higher and proper temperature, and other procedures are combined, so that the finally obtained ceramic can be comparable to rice paper in writing: 1) the ink is not feathered; 2) the writing hand feeling is consistent with that of rice paper; 3) the effects of withered writing and whitening on the rice paper can be generated, and the color of the ancient rice paper can be highly imitated; 4) the tile can be preset on the bottom plate, and the line grid pattern can be displayed after being fired.
