Abstract
车载净化新风装置。中空纤维膜滤芯过滤粉尘,用反吹机构清理膜丝,用消杀器中的臭氧和紫外线杀灭附着在膜丝上的病原体,实现主滤材的长期免维护。气体处理盒中的活性炭或分子筛净化气体,实现乘员舱的洁净新风供应。特别适用于消除车辆低速行驶时面临的乘员舱空气污染和二氧化碳富集困境。
Description
技术领域
车载净化新风装置,特别一种安装在车辆发动机舱内货舱外,向乘员舱供应净化新风的集成化总成。
背景技术
现有的绝大多数车载新风装置,只有一个滤网,或极少量的活性炭。这种滤网的容尘量很低,很快就会堵塞,需要经常更换。只能实现对于颗粒物的过滤,不能长期有效过滤空气中的气相污染物,特别是在低速行驶中,公路上车辆排出的废气就会进入乘员舱,对成员产生伤害。这种障碍使得大多数情况下司乘人员选择使用内循环,而由于乘员舱空间狭小,人员密集,很容易引起舱内二氧化碳迅速富集,往往只要30分钟,就能达到3000---4000ppm,造成司乘人员缺氧、注意力下降、嗜睡,进而影响驾驶安全和舒适度,甚至影响健康。
从技术层面上分析,造成这些问题的核心是:1、滤网的容尘量不足,2、缺乏对气相污染物有效的过滤措施。
发明内容
上述问题的出路在于选择一种容尘量巨大,可恢复、可免维护的滤材;增加气相污染物处理净化环节。根据这个原理,本发明就是根据这个原理提出的一种解决方案。
车载净化新风装置,由中空纤维膜滤芯、滤芯壳体、风机马达、气罩、反吹阀、通气阀、消杀器、高压气囊、反吹高压气源、气体处理盒、出气口组成;本装置总成安装在车的发动机舱内或舱外,所述出气口与乘员舱相通;
所述中空纤维膜滤芯安装在所述滤芯壳体中,所述滤芯壳体是一个周围布满2---10mm通孔的薄壳体;
所述滤芯壳体内装有消杀器,所述消杀器是臭氧发生器和紫外线发生器,所述消杀器只在发动机关闭时才运行;
所述中空纤维膜滤芯的上端部与气罩相连接,所述气罩上接有反吹阀和通气阀或反吹与通气结合的三通阀;
所述通气阀的另一端通过管路连接到风机马达的进风端,所述风机马达的出风端通过管路连接气体处理盒的进风端,所述气体处理盒是一个填充了活性炭或分子筛气体处理填料的盒体,这些气体处理填料的总量为50克---100000克,所述气体处理盒采用可拆卸安装结构,所述气体处理盒的另一端有有出气口,所述出气口与乘员舱的空气循环系统连接,将新风送入乘员舱;
所述反吹阀的进气端通过管路与高压气囊连接,高压气囊通过管道与高压气源连接,所述高压气源是一个压力为0.3---0.8mpa的高压气泵或车载的压缩空气接头;
所述气罩上连接的反吹阀和通气阀或反吹与通气结合的三通阀,被程序控制,在过滤工况和反吹工况两种状态之间交替工作。
所述中空纤维膜滤芯,是聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜组成的集束,其膜丝直径2---10mm。
本发明车载净化新风装置采用的中空纤维膜滤芯,是聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜,其膜丝直径2---10mm。

具体实施
由于采用了中空纤维膜滤芯,特别是聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜,具备了对于粉尘的微克级过滤精度和极大的容尘量,同时采用了反吹结构,滤芯可以实现免维护、免更换长期运行,直至伴随车辆寿命终生。采用了消杀器,可以有效杀灭滤芯上的病原体,保障了新风的安全性。采用了大容量的活性炭、分子筛等气体处理填料,可以彻底吸收二氧化硫、一氧化碳、氮化物、VOC等有害物质,保障了新风的气体成分洁净度。由于粉尘被彻底过滤,使得活性炭等微孔吸附材料的寿命大幅度延长。实验室试验和车辆现场试验表明,在低速、长时间行驶时,乘员舱的空气质量有了根本性的改善。
Claims (2)
1.车载净化新风总成,由中空纤维膜滤芯、滤芯壳体、风机马达、气罩、反吹阀、通气阀、消杀器、高压气囊、反吹高压气源、气体处理盒、出气口组成;本装置总成安装在车的发动机舱内或舱外,所述出气口与乘员舱相通;
所述中空纤维膜滤芯安装在所述滤芯壳体中,所述滤芯壳体是一个周围布满2---10mm通孔的薄壳体;
所述滤芯壳体内装有消杀器,所述消杀器是臭氧发生器和紫外线发生器,所述消杀器只在发动机关闭时才运行;
所述中空纤维膜滤芯的上端部与气罩相连接,所述气罩上接有反吹阀和通气阀或反吹与通气结合的三通阀;
所述通气阀的另一端通过管路连接到风机马达的进风端,所述风机马达的出风端通过管路连接气体处理盒的进风端,所述气体处理盒是一个填充了活性炭或分子筛气体处理填料的盒体,这些气体处理填料的总量为50克---100000克,所述气体处理盒采用可拆卸安装结构,所述气体处理盒的另一端有出气口,所述出气口与乘员舱的空气循环系统连接,将新风送入乘员舱;
