Background
The existing production process of the aluminum plate required by the aluminum shell product suitable for punching cosmetic bottle caps, lipstick tube sleeves, eyebrow pencil sleeves and the electronic industry is a calendering process, namely, a raw material aluminum blank is melted and refined into an aluminum blank and then passes through two rollers of a rolling mill, the aluminum blank is pressed into an aluminum plate (or an aluminum strip) with certain thickness by the pressure of the rollers, and then the aluminum plate passes through the rolling mill provided with the rollers with smaller gaps to be calendered into a thinner aluminum plate, so that the aluminum plate with required thickness is obtained by rolling through the rolling mill for many times.
The disadvantages of the prior art are as follows: in the process of keeping the aluminum blank in the rolling process, the surface of the aluminum blank can not be contacted with air to generate an oxide layer, and in the rolling process, the oxide layer can be mixed with the aluminum material in the aluminum blank and is crushed, twisted and extended due to rolling, so that the phenomena of bark lines, mountain peaks lines, annual ring lines and the like are generated on the surface of a finished aluminum plate, and the surface smoothness is low and the color is uneven.
And the surface of the aluminum plate produced in the prior art is easy to scratch and has lower glossiness.

step five: carrying out finish paint spraying on the aluminum plate blank sprayed with the primer in the step four to form a finish paint layer, and then sending the finish paint layer into UV equipment for curing irradiation;
step six: and D, adhering a layer of transparent protective film on the surface of the aluminum plate blank subjected to finish paint spraying in the step five to finish the production of the aluminum plate.

step three: performing sheet metal processing on the aluminum plate blank, then performing descaling polishing on the surface of the aluminum plate blank, and cleaning and removing oil after polishing is completed;
step four: spraying primer on the aluminum plate blank cleaned in the third step to form a primer layer, and after spraying is finished, preheating and drying at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 10 minutes;
