Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a dispensing apparatus includes: a driving part 100 for connecting an external driving device; the dispensing mechanism 200 is connected with the driving part 100 and used for dispensing the camera module; and a sensing device for sensing the relative displacement between the driving part 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200.
By applying the dispensing device, before dispensing, the driving part 100 can be controlled to drive the dispensing mechanism 200 to descend, so that when the dispensing mechanism 200 is touched, the sensing device can sense that relative displacement is generated between the driving part 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200, at the moment, the driving part 100 can be controlled to stop moving, and the descending height of the driving part 100 is recorded as a dispensing height, and then when dispensing is performed on products of the type, only glue is coated according to the measured dispensing height, and a laser range finder is not required to be adopted for measurement during dispensing each time; further, the sensing device only needs to sense the displacement between the driving part 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200, and does not need to directly measure the distance between the dispensing mechanisms, so that the requirement on the field environment is low, and the reliability is high.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lifting in this embodiment refers to movement along the z-axis direction in the drawing.
It is understood that the driving portion 100 and the glue dispensing mechanism 200 can be connected in various ways, such as fixed connection by bolts, adhesion, etc., or sliding connection by providing slide rails and a limiting device, etc.
The sensing device may sense the relative displacement between the driving portion 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200 in various ways, for example, by the contacts respectively disposed on the driving portion 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200 and abutted against each other, when the driving portion 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200 generate the relative displacement, the two contacts are separated to generate a signal; or through the hall sensor arranged on the driving part 100 or the glue dispensing mechanism 200, when the relative displacement is generated between the driving part 100 and the glue dispensing mechanism 200, the hall sensor can generate a signal; it is also possible to detect the relative displacement between the drive unit 100 and the glue dispensing mechanism 200 by providing an eddy current displacement sensor.
As shown in fig. 2, the sensing device includes a first contact 130 disposed on the driving portion 100, and a second contact 213 disposed on the dispensing mechanism 200, wherein when the dispensing mechanism 200 is stationary relative to the driving portion 100, the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 abut; in this case, the dispensing mechanism 200 can stably abut the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 by its own weight when the driving unit 100 and the dispensing mechanism 200 are relatively stationary, thereby reducing the occurrence of glitches.
Further, in order to reduce the influence of the rigidity of the connecting portion on the sensing result during the fixed connection, the dispensing mechanism 200 is slidably connected with the driving portion 100, and the dispensing mechanism 200 can slide up and down relative to the driving portion 100; as shown in fig. 1, the dispensing mechanism 200 is provided with a slider 120, and the driving portion 100 is provided with a slide rail extending up and down; a slide rail may also be provided on the dispensing mechanism 200.
In order to prevent the dead weight of the dispensing mechanism 200 from being too large, which causes the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 to be pressed together, which causes inaccurate measurement, the dispensing mechanism 200 and the driving portion 100 are connected by a first spring 140, and the first spring 140 can provide an upward acting force to the dispensing mechanism 200, wherein the first spring 140 is preferably a tension spring.
In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 and to ensure that the relative displacement between the dispensing mechanism 200 and the driving portion 100 can be detected in time, the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 may be both ball-type contacts, so that the first contact 130 and the second contact 213 are in point contact when abutting, and the detection accuracy is increased.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the dispensing mechanism 200 includes a fixed plate 210, a movable plate 220 and a dispensing module 230, the fixed plate 210 is connected to the driving portion 100, the movable plate 220 is connected to the fixed plate 210 through a spherical bearing 221, and the dispensing module 230 is connected to the movable plate 220; when the driving portion 100 is lowered and the dispensing module 230 is found to be deviated, the relative position between the movable plate 220 and the fixed plate 210 can be adjusted along the periphery of the spherical bearing 221, so as to adjust the dispensing angle of the dispensing module 230.
Further, a second adjusting portion 222 is disposed on the movable plate 220, and the second adjusting portion 222 is used for adjusting the front and rear positions of the movable plate 220 and the fixed plate 210; the front and back positions refer to the positions along the y-axis direction in the figure; wherein the second adjustment portion 222 may adjust the distance between the movable plate 220 and the fixed plate 210 in various ways, for example, by a jack screw threadedly engaged with the movable plate 220 and abutting against the fixed plate 210, or by an adjustment block sandwiched between the movable plate 220 and the fixed plate 210.
Wherein, a second spring 211 may be connected between the fixed plate 210 and the movable plate 220, and the screw thread self-locking property of the jack screw is enhanced by applying a pulling force to the movable plate 220; among them, the second spring 211 is preferably a tension spring.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of second adjustment portions 222 are provided around the spherical bearing 221; the dispensing angle of the dispensing module 230 can be adjusted by adjusting different second adjusting portions 222 to different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixed plate 210 is provided with a first adjusting portion 212, and the first adjusting portion 212 is used for adjusting the left and right positions of the movable plate 220 relative to the fixed plate 210; the left and right positions thereof are positions along the x direction in fig. 4.
It should be understood that the first adjustment portion 212 may adjust the left and right positions of the movable plate 220 with respect to the fixed plate 210 in a similar manner to the first adjustment portion 212, for example, by a jack screw or the like screwed with the fixed plate 210 and abutting against the movable plate 220.
The dispensing module 230 may be configured as shown in fig. 5, and includes a clamping block 231 fixedly connected to the movable plate 220, the clamping block 231 clamps a glue bottle 232, a dispensing needle 233 is connected below the glue bottle 232, the dispensing needle 233 is used for dispensing glue to a designated location, wherein a fastening knob 234 is in threaded connection with the clamping block for adjusting a clamping force of the clamping block, so as to facilitate detachment of the glue bottle 232; wherein the clamping block is also connected with a liquid level sensor 235 for detecting the liquid level in the glue bottle 232.
The embodiment also provides a dispensing method, which comprises the following steps: controlling the driving part 100 to drive the dispensing mechanism 200 to descend towards the camera module to be dispensed; when the sensing device senses that the relative displacement is generated between the glue dispensing mechanism 200 and the driving part 100, controlling the driving part 100 to stop moving and recording the descending height of the driving part 100; the glue application height is obtained at the height at which the driving part 100 descends, and the glue application work is performed.
The gluing height can be directly equal to the descending height of the driving part 100, and the proper distance can be corrected according to the descending height of the driving part 100, so that the situation that the gluing head is too low to interfere normal transportation of parts is avoided.
After the glue spreading height is determined, glue spreading can be performed according to the glue spreading height according to a glue spreading method in the prior art.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
