Description

Repair method for root damage of membrane filaments of hollow fiber curtain type membrane assembly
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of repair of hollow fiber membrane components, and particularly relates to a repair method for root damage of membrane filaments of a hollow fiber curtain type membrane component.
Background
A Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) process is a novel water treatment technology organically combining a membrane separation technology and a traditional biological treatment technology of sewage and wastewater, a curtain type microfiltration or ultrafiltration membrane component is directly added into an activated sludge tank to replace a secondary sedimentation tank for sludge-water separation, and the MBR process has the advantages of large regulation and control space of technical conditions such as sludge age and sludge concentration, high effluent water quality standard, good stability, small floor area, small residual sludge amount, compact structure and the like. Under the global trend of sewage resource utilization, the MBR process has received much attention from all countries in the world. However, various problems generated in the operation, cleaning and disassembly processes of the MBR are key factors for restricting the application of the MBR process.
In the process of engineering operation, the conventional MBR curtain type membrane module usually adopts an aeration mode to relieve the deposition of pollutants on the surface of the membrane and improve the treatment efficiency. However, at the same time, the floating of the mud causes serious winding and aggregation of hair fibers at the upper end of the curtain film, and further, abrasion between the film filaments and the accumulated objects is increased, thereby causing a problem of film layer damage. On the other hand, root glue-climbing problems of different degrees exist in the manufacturing process of the membrane component, and membrane filaments are easy to frequently bend at the junction in the aeration swing process to cause membrane layer damage. In addition, the possibility of scratching the surface of the film layer is increased due to excessive sundries in the film pool caused by poor management, and even the film layer falls off due to the action of external force. These problems will directly lead to two aspects of impact: 1) The medicament is seriously lost during on-line medicament washing, the medicament washing effect is poor, the pollution speed of the membrane component is increased, and the operation and washing cost is increased; 2) The quality of the effluent water is deteriorated, and the turbidity is improved.
In order to solve the problem of membrane silk rete breakage, the prior art scheme mainly uses "the source to administer" as the main, when the membrane module preparation promptly, alleviates the swing range of root zone membrane silk to the mode that increases the root backplate, or uses the silicon rubber hose to make the beam forming and then protect root membrane silk as the unit, reduces the emergence of the damaged condition. However, in the actual operation process, the protection in the forms still inevitably causes the damage problem of the root membrane filaments, and the protection effect is not obvious. The inventor adopts direct injecting glue mode to restore the damaged membrane silk in root in the exploration process of earlier stage, includes: manufacturing a cavity; injecting glue; curing the glue; and removing the cavity, namely manufacturing a cavity with better peripheral sealing property at the upper end of the diaphragm capsule, then directly injecting glue into the cavity, and encapsulating the damaged area after the glue is cured. The method can solve the problem of film damage, but has a plurality of defects: a. large membrane area loss: after the damaged area is filled with glue in a glue injection mode, hairs, fibers, sludge and the like can be deposited again at the position above the glue injection position in the operation process of the membrane assembly, and the covered area has no water production function any more. b. Shake amount reduction of the curtain-type membrane module having a rod: the membrane assembly needs to be vertically placed in the treatment process and then operates, membrane filaments are vertically gathered at the lower end under the action of gravity and are fixed by potting and glue injection, so that the effective length of the membrane filaments is reduced, and the shaking amount is reduced; c. new breakage points are generated: a new swing point is generated at the interface position of glue injection, and the root membrane silk film layer is still damaged again after long-term operation. d. Low treatment efficiency (long cycle), high cost, easy hole blockage and large area loss. Therefore, a repair method for the damaged root of the membrane filament of the hollow fiber curtain type membrane component, which has the advantages of small influence on the membrane flux, no change of the shaking amount, no formation of a new swing point, low cost, high treatment efficiency and obvious treatment effect, is urgently needed at present.
