The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, and discloses a device for preventing the pH value of the surface of grey cloth in refining processing from rising, which comprises a medicament tank, a cloth guide roller assembly, a first dewatering vacuum pump device, a rinsing tank and a drying roller assembly which are sequentially arranged; the cloth guide roller assembly is arranged between the outlet of the medicament tank and the inlet of the rinsing tank; the first dewatering vacuum pump device is arranged above the cloth guide roller assembly and close to the position of an inlet of the rinsing bath and used for absorbing residual liquid on the surface of the grey cloth; first dehydration vacuum pump device includes cavity nonrust steel pipe, hollow steel pipe and motor, and cavity nonrust steel pipe one end is connected with hollow steel pipe, and hollow steel pipe is connected with the motor, and cavity nonrust steel pipe is seted up transversal personally submitting down trapezoidal concave groove along length direction, and a plurality of evenly distributed's round hole is seted up to concave groove internal surface, and has placed the non-woven fabrics that agrees with mutually with it in it. The device can greatly reduce the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the rinsing bath, thereby preventing the surface pH of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, in particular to a device for preventing the pH value of the surface of grey cloth from rising in refining processing.
Background
The raw fabric from the top of the loom is often subjected to a refining heat-setting process, and the main purpose of the method is to reduce the contamination of the surface of the raw fabric with oil and the like. For the gummed fabric, the gumming process is carried out after the refining and heat setting process. However, when the grey cloth is treated by the refining device, a large amount of residual liquid enters the washing tank together after the grey cloth is cleaned by the mixed liquid of the refining agent, caustic soda and water at a high temperature, and the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the washing tank is gradually increased in the long-term use process, so that the pH value of the surface of the grey cloth is easily increased, the gluing effect is further influenced in the subsequent gluing process, the poor binding force between silica gel and the grey cloth is caused, and the silica gel is easily separated from the grey cloth. In order to improve the bonding effect of the silica gel and the grey cloth and the physical property of the product, the existing refining device needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for preventing the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process, thereby greatly reducing the concentration of sodium hydroxide in a rinsing tank and further preventing the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a device for preventing the pH value of the surface of grey cloth in refining processing from rising, which comprises a medicament tank, a cloth guide roller assembly, a first dewatering vacuum pump device, a rinsing tank and a drying roller assembly which are sequentially arranged;

the first dehydration vacuum pump device is arranged above the cloth guide roller assembly and close to the position of an inlet of the rinsing bath and is used for eluting residual liquid on the surface of the grey cloth by generating negative pressure;

Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a second dehydration vacuum pump device, which is arranged above the drying roller assembly and close to the outlet of the rinsing bath, and is used for eluting residual liquid or moisture on the surface of the grey fabric by generating negative pressure.
Compared with the prior art, the device for preventing the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process has the advantages that the residual medicament on the surface of the grey cloth can be removed by arranging the dehydration vacuum pump device between the outlet of the medicament tank and the inlet of the rinsing tank, the amount of residual sodium hydroxide in the rinsing tank is reduced, and the phenomenon of the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth is prevented from rising. The invention also arranges non-woven fabrics for filtration in the dehydration vacuum pump, which can prevent impurities on the surface of the grey cloth from blocking the inner round hole of the concave groove.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the present invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims which follow.
As shown in figure 1, the device for preventing the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process comprises a medicament tank 2, a cloth guide roller assembly 3, a first dewatering vacuum pump device 4, a washing tank 5 and a drying roller assembly 7 which are arranged in sequence; the cloth guide roller assembly 3 is arranged between the outlet of the medicament tank 2 and the inlet of the rinsing bath 5 and is used for guiding the grey cloth 1 from the medicament tank 2 to the rinsing bath 5; a first dehydrating vacuum pump means 4 is provided above the cloth guide roller assembly 3 at a position close to an inlet of the washing bath 5 for dehydrating the residual liquid on the surface of the raw fabric 1 by generating a negative pressure. The apparatus of the present invention is preferably further provided with a second dehydrating vacuum pump means 6 disposed above the drying roller assembly 7 at a position close to the outlet of the rinsing bath 5 for dehydrating the residual liquid or moisture on the surface 1 of the raw fabric by generating a negative pressure.
As shown in fig. 2, the first dehydration vacuum pump device 4 includes a hollow stainless steel tube 21, a hollow steel tube 24 and a motor 25, one end of the hollow stainless steel tube 21 is connected with one end of the hollow steel tube 24, the other end of the hollow steel tube 24 is connected with the motor 25, a concave groove 22 is formed in the hollow stainless steel tube 21 along the length direction relative to the blank cloth 1, a plurality of uniformly distributed round holes 23 are formed in the inner surface of the concave groove 22, and the cross section of the concave groove 22 is in an inverted trapezoid shape. As shown in fig. 3, a non-woven fabric 31 is placed in the concave groove 22.
Specifically, the gray fabric 1 firstly enters a medicament tank 2, is treated by a refining agent, sodium hydroxide and other medicaments, is drafted out from an outlet of the medicament tank 2 through a cloth guide roller assembly 3, and is sucked by a first dewatering vacuum pump device 4 to remove the residual medicaments and moisture on the surface of the gray fabric 1, in the sucking process, a motor 25 operates and generates negative pressure in a hollow stainless steel tube 21 and a hollow steel tube 24, so that the residual medicaments and moisture on the surface of the gray fabric 1 can be sucked out, the residual medicaments are remained on the surface of a non-woven fabric 31 after being filtered by the non-woven fabric 31, and the moisture is discharged through the hollow steel tube 24; the raw fabric 1 is then drawn into a washing tank 5 for further washing, drawn out from the outlet of the washing tank, and subjected to a second dehydration vacuum pump device 6 to remove a large amount of water and a small amount of residual chemicals, and finally dried by a drying roller 7. After the first and second dehydration vacuum pump devices are used for many times, the non-woven fabric 31 can be replaced.
In conclusion, the device provided by the invention utilizes the motor to generate negative pressure in the hollow stainless steel tube, so that residual medicament on the surface of the grey cloth is absorbed, the content of sodium hydroxide in the rinsing bath is reduced, the aim of preventing the pH value on the surface of the grey cloth from rising in the refining process is fulfilled, and the quality of the grey cloth is improved.
While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

1. A device for preventing the surface pH value of grey cloth from rising in refining processing is characterized by comprising a medicament tank, a cloth guide roller assembly, a first dewatering vacuum pump device, a water washing tank and a drying roller assembly which are sequentially arranged;
the cloth guide roller assembly is arranged between the outlet of the medicament tank and the inlet of the rinsing bath and is used for guiding the grey cloth from the medicament tank to the rinsing bath;
the first dehydration vacuum pump device is arranged above the cloth guide roller assembly and close to the position of an inlet of the rinsing bath and is used for eluting residual liquid on the surface of the grey cloth by generating negative pressure;

The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second dehydration vacuum pump means disposed above the drying roller assembly at a position close to an outlet of the rinsing bath for dehydrating the residual liquid or moisture on the surface of the raw fabric by generating a negative pressure.
