Claims (10)

1. A fried dough twist processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: putting the dough into a dough feeding mechanism, wherein the dough feeding mechanism conveys the dough to the fried dough twist extrusion assembly (1);
step 2: the dough is extruded in a rotating way by a plurality of extrusion heads (13) of the fried dough twist extrusion assembly (1) to form a plurality of fried dough twist strips, and the fried dough twist strips fall on the lower conveying belt (4) at intervals in parallel along the width direction of the conveying belt (4);
and step 3: on the conveyor belt (4), the cutter cuts off a plurality of twisted strips at the same time to form a plurality of twisted strips with the same length;
and 4, step 4: the conveyor belt (4) conveys the fried dough twist into an oven (3) for baking.

A fried dough twist processing method according to claim 1, wherein in the step 2, the fried dough twist extrusion assembly (1) comprises at least one fried dough twist extrusion unit (12), the fried dough twist extrusion unit (12) comprises a plurality of extrusion heads (13), the extrusion heads (13) are divided into a plurality of groups, each group comprises at least two extrusion heads (13) and are arranged in a row along the width direction of the conveyor belt (4), the extrusion heads (13) in the plurality of groups are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt (4), the extrusion heads (13) corresponding to adjacent groups are sequentially staggered into a row along the width direction of the conveyor belt (4), and all the extrusion heads (13) are staggered along the width direction of the conveyor belt (4).

A fried dough twist processing method according to claim 6, wherein in step 2, the fried dough twist extrusion assembly (1) comprises at least two fried dough twist extrusion units (12), at least two fried dough twist extrusion units (12) are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt (4), and each row of at least two fried dough twist extrusion units (12) are arranged in a staggered manner.
