Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given in conjunction with the embodiments.
Example 1
A traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 15g of poria cocos, 15g of cassia twig, 10g of schisandra chinensis, 45g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 75g of dried ginger, 20g of monkshood and 75g of honey-fried licorice root.
During preparation, 15g of poria cocos, 15g of cassia twig, 10g of schisandra chinensis, 45g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 75g of dried ginger, 20g of monkshood and 75g of honey-fried licorice root are respectively weighed and added into a traditional Chinese medicine decocting tank together. 1530ml of water is added into the decocting pot to soak the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials for 20 min. Then heating the decocting pot with strong fire until boiling in the decocting pot, adjusting to small fire, and keeping the heating temperature at 100-. Turning off the fire, filtering the solid-liquid mixture in the decocting tank, and removing the residue to obtain 459ml of decoction.
In the traditional Chinese medicine prescription, the tuckahoe has the effects of promoting diuresis and excreting dampness, strengthening spleen and calming heart, and is used for treating symptoms such as edema, oliguria, phlegm and fluid retention, dizziness and palpitation, spleen deficiency and poor appetite, loose stool and diarrhea, uneasiness, palpitation, insomnia and the like. Ramulus Cinnamomi has effects of inducing sweat, expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, warming and dredging channels and collaterals, supporting yang, regulating qi-flowing, and lowering qi, and can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, abdominal psychroalgia, blood cold type amenorrhea, arthralgia, phlegm and fluid retention, edema, cardiopalmus, and galloping dolphin. Fructus Schisandrae has astringent, qi invigorating, salivation promoting, kidney invigorating, and heart calming effects, and can be used for treating cough, asthma, nocturnal emission, enuresis, frequent micturition, chronic diarrhea, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, thirst due to body fluid consumption, short breath, weak pulse, internal heat, diabetes, palpitation, and insomnia. Atractylodis rhizoma has effects in invigorating spleen, invigorating qi, eliminating dampness, promoting diuresis, arresting sweating, and preventing miscarriage, and can be used for treating spleen deficiency, anorexia, abdominal distention, diarrhea, phlegm and fluid retention, dizziness, edema, spontaneous perspiration, and threatened abortion. Zingiberis rhizoma has effects of warming middle-jiao to dispel cold, restoring yang and dredging collaterals, eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm, and can be used for treating abdominal psychroalgia, emesis and diarrhea, cold limbs, slight pulse, phlegm retention, cough and asthma, etc. Radix Aconiti lateralis has effects in restoring yang, tonifying fire, supporting yang, and dispelling pathogenic wind, cold and dampness, and can be used for treating yang exhaustion, collapse, cold limbs, slight pulse, sexual impotence, cold womb, psychroalgia of heart and abdomen, vomiting and diarrhea due to deficiency cold, edema due to yin cold, affection of exogenous yang, and arthralgia due to cold-dampness. Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata has effects of invigorating qi, nourishing blood, nourishing yin, and restoring pulse, and can be used for treating deficiency of qi and blood, asthenia, shortness of breath, palpitation, vexation, insomnia, constipation, reddish tongue with little tongue fur, and intermittent pulse; and consumptive lung disease, chronic cough, excessive saliva, dry throat, thirst, blood in phlegm, palpitation, vexation, deficiency of qi, insomnia, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, and deficient and rapid pulse. The components are prepared by decocting in a specific ratio, and the drug effects of the components are matched with each other, so that the synergistic effect is achieved.
In addition, the composition of the invention is mainly used for treating cold stagnation syndrome in middle and later stages, for example, the peony belongs to cold and cool products, and the cold is increased to increase the disease condition of patients, so the composition removes the peony and adds the cassia twig with the functions of warming channels and dredging collaterals, and simultaneously the cassia twig also has the functions of warming yang and transforming retention, lowering adverse qi and stopping vomiting, and can warm and transform retention of water caused by cold evil invasion; meanwhile, ginseng is cool in nature and can aggravate the dampness of water drinking of patients, so the warm-natured schisandra chinensis can warm yang and resolve retention and relieve the symptom of body fluid deficiency caused by water fluid distribution obstacle.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is applied to preparation of medicines for warming yang and resolving fluid, and lowering adverse qi and tonifying body fluid.
On the basis of the scheme, 15g of pinellia ternate serving as a traditional Chinese medicine raw material can be added for patients with vomiting and hard lumps under the chest.
