Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based edge folding adhesive which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of natural rubber emulsion, 20-40 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts of tackifying resin, 10-20 parts of water, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of thickener. Compared with the traditional powder glue, the product of the invention can save 3/4 glue consumption, and the manpower for spraying glue is less; the environment-friendly requirement of the water-based spray adhesive meets the European Union standard, water is completely used as a solvent, the VOC emission is low, and the heat resistance is good; when the water-based spray adhesive is used, the spray coating is uniform, the drying is fast, the initial adhesion is good, the maintenance time is long, and the explosion is not easy to occur; the water-based spray glue has simple production process and no discharge of intermediate pollutants; the addition of the acrylic emulsion in the invention increases the adhesive force of rubber, improves the aging resistance and reduces the cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly water-based edge folding adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the production of leather shoes, the periphery of the upper (surface) is thinned and then folded, and is firmly bonded by an adhesive, which is called a hemming adhesive. At present, oily spray glue is mainly used on the market as edge folding glue, and the oily spray glue contains organic solvent, so that the discharge amount of VOC is high, and the oily spray glue contains a lot of components harmful to human bodies, is volatile and enters the air to pollute the environment, and simultaneously influences the health of people.
At present, the relatively environment-friendly water-based spray adhesive is also available on the market, the water is used as a solvent to replace an organic solvent, the water-based spray adhesive is characterized by being non-toxic, environment-friendly and environment-friendly, however, the common water-based spray adhesive is used as a hem adhesive, the bonding effect is common, the drying speed is slow, the heat resistance and the aging resistance are poor, and the production quality of leather shoes is influenced.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the environment-friendly water-based edge folding adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of natural rubber emulsion, 20-40 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts of tackifying resin, 10-20 parts of water, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of thickener.
Preferably, the natural rubber emulsion has a solids content of 60%.
Preferably, the acrylic emulsion has a solids content of 60%, a glass transition temperature of-40 ℃ to-10 ℃, and contains crosslinkable groups.
Preferably, the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of more of water-based rosin resin, water-based modified rosin emulsion, water-based terpene tackifying emulsion and water-based terpene phenolic resin emulsion.
Preferably, the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the water, the natural rubber, the acrylic emulsion and the tackifying resin is 1:4:3: 2.
Preferably, the thickener is acrylic acid.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing natural rubber emulsion, acrylic emulsion, tackifying resin, water, zinc oxide, antioxidant and thickener according to formula ratio;
(2) pouring the water with the formula amount into a stirring tank, and starting up to stir;
(3) pouring the natural rubber emulsion and the acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, stirring for 30 minutes, and adding zinc oxide and an antioxidant after the emulsion is uniformly mixed with water;
(4) continuously stirring for 30 minutes, adding tackifying resin, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(5) adding a thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 600-4000 mPa.s to obtain the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) compared with the traditional powder glue, the product of the invention can save the glue amount of 3/4, the manpower needed by glue spraying is less, and the water-based glue spraying can be used by a single person (when the traditional powder glue is used, a plurality of people are needed to glue together).
(2) The environment-friendly requirement of the water-based spray adhesive meets the European Union standard, water is completely used as a solvent, the VOC emission is low, and the heat resistance is good.
(3) The water-based spray adhesive disclosed by the invention is uniform in spraying, quick in drying, good in initial adhesion, long in maintenance time and not easy to burst when used.
(4) The water-based spray glue has simple production process and no discharge of intermediate pollutants.
(5) The addition of the acrylic emulsion in the invention increases the adhesive force of rubber, improves the aging resistance and reduces the cost.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below. It should be understood, however, that the description herein of specific embodiments is only intended to illustrate the invention and not to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
A preparation method of environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 40 parts of natural rubber emulsion (with solid content of 60%), 30 parts of acrylic emulsion (with solid content of 60%, the glass transition temperature of-40 ℃ to-10 ℃, and containing crosslinkable groups), 20 parts of water-based terpene phenolic resin emulsion, 10 parts of water, 1 part of zinc oxide, 10102 parts of antioxidant and 2 parts of acrylic emulsion thickener;
(2) pouring the weighed water into a stirring tank, and starting up to stir;
(3) pouring the weighed natural rubber emulsion and the weighed acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, stirring for 30 minutes, and adding an antioxidant 1010 and zinc oxide after the emulsion is uniformly mixed with water;
(4) continuously stirring for 30 minutes, adding the weighed aqueous terpene phenolic resin emulsion, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(5) adding acrylic emulsion thickener to adjust viscosity to 1000 mPas, and taking out the product.
Example 2
A preparation method of environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 40 parts of natural rubber emulsion (with solid content of 60%), 33 parts of acrylic emulsion (with solid content of 60%, the glass transition temperature of-40 ℃ to-10 ℃ and containing crosslinkable groups), 15 parts of water-based terpene phenolic resin emulsion, 7 parts of water, 1 part of zinc oxide, 10102 parts of antioxidant and 2 parts of acrylic emulsion thickener;
(2) pouring the weighed water into a stirring tank, and starting up to stir;
(3) pouring the weighed natural rubber emulsion and the weighed acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, stirring for 30 minutes, and adding an antioxidant 1010 and zinc oxide after the emulsion is uniformly mixed with water;
(4) continuously stirring for 30 minutes, adding the weighed aqueous terpene phenolic resin emulsion, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(5) adding acrylic emulsion thickener to adjust viscosity to 1000 mPas, and taking out the product.
Example 3
A preparation method of environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 43 parts of natural rubber emulsion, 30 parts of acrylic emulsion, 15 parts of waterborne rosin resin, 7 parts of water, 1 part of zinc oxide, 10102 parts of antioxidant and 2 parts of acrylic emulsion thickener;
(2) pouring the weighed water into a stirring tank, and starting up to stir;
(3) pouring the weighed natural rubber emulsion and the weighed acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, continuously stirring for 30 minutes, and adding an antioxidant 1010 and zinc oxide after the emulsion is uniformly mixed with water;
(4) continuously stirring for 30 minutes, adding the weighed water-based rosin resin, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(5) adding acrylic emulsion thickener to adjust viscosity to 1000 mPas, and taking out the product.
The environmental-friendly water-based hemming adhesive prepared in the above examples was subjected to performance tests, and compared with the conventional water-based spray adhesive and the conventional powder adhesive in terms of tack-free time and adhesion, the results are shown in table 1 below.

Analysis table 1 shows that compared with the chloroprene emulsion used in the traditional water-based spray glue, the acrylic emulsion with lower cost is used in the invention, and the cost is greatly reduced. The time for sticking the environment-friendly water-based edge folding glue after gluing is faster than that of the traditional water-based glue spraying and traditional powder glue, the gluing efficiency of workers is improved, the working hours are greatly saved, and the working efficiency is improved. The hemming adhesive provided by the invention has the advantages that the adhesive force is obviously improved, the efficiency is higher, the viscosity is better, and the environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive takes water as a solvent, so that the pollution of the adhesive to the environment is reduced to the minimum.

The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of natural rubber emulsion, 20-40 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts of tackifying resin, 10-20 parts of water, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of thickener.
2. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive according to claim 1 wherein the solid content of the natural rubber emulsion is 60%.
3. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive of claim 1 wherein the acrylic emulsion has a solid content of 60% and a glass transition temperature of-40 ℃ to-10 ℃ and contains a crosslinkable group.
4. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive according to claim 1 wherein the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of water-based rosin resin, water-based modified rosin emulsion, water-based terpene tackifying emulsion, and water-based terpene phenolic resin emulsion.
5. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive according to claim 1 wherein the antioxidant is antioxidant 1010.
6. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive according to claim 1 wherein the mass ratio of the water, the natural rubber, the acrylic emulsion and the tackifying resin is 1:4:3: 2.
7. The environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive according to claim 1 wherein the thickener is acrylic acid.
8. The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based hemming adhesive of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing natural rubber emulsion, acrylic emulsion, tackifying resin, water, zinc oxide, antioxidant and thickener according to formula ratio;
(2) pouring the water with the formula amount into a stirring tank, and starting up to stir;
(3) pouring the natural rubber emulsion and the acrylic emulsion into a stirring tank, stirring for 30 minutes, and adding zinc oxide and an antioxidant after the emulsion is uniformly mixed with water;
(4) continuously stirring for 30 minutes, adding tackifying resin, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(5) adding a thickening agent to adjust the viscosity to 600-4000 mPa.s to obtain the product.
