The robot 7 in this embodiment employs a conventional robot 7.
Working principle: when the packaging bag is output from the edge sealing device, the directions of the packaging bag are consistent, and the packaging bag is in a standing state; the vertical rod 123 can be adjusted up and down by loosening the arc plate 121 by moving the fastening screw 122, so that the height of the supporting plate 11 can be adjusted. The supporting plate 11 is arranged at a position which is one half of the height of the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is still in a standing state at the position of the edge sealing output conveyor belt 1; the packages are transported along the holding plate 11 to the position of the tipping device 21 on the conveyor branch 2.
The knock-down plate 211 is disposed at a position of two thirds of the height of the packing bag; when the package is conveyed to the position of the knock-down device 21, since the knock-down plate 211 is inclined toward the slope 212 and the end of the holding plate 11 opposite to the knock-down plate 211 is extended to the upper side of the edge of the slope 212, the package is tilted toward the slope 212 after being conveyed to the position of the knock-down plate 211, causing the bar-coded side of the package to be the top surface.
When the package is poured onto the slope 212, the upper portion of the package is poured onto the slope 212, contacting the slope 212; the bottom of the packaging bag is still on the conveyor belt, and moves towards the transportation direction along with the operation of the conveyor belt; thereby drive the upper portion of wrapping bag together to the direction of transportation motion, when the upper portion of wrapping bag comes down from slope 212, with carousel one 213 contact, carousel one 213 is its direction to change sliding friction into rolling friction, make the wrapping bag can more convenient the motion to the conveyer belt when moving, also can ensure that the wrapping bag is transported under vertically state.
The height of the limiting plate 14 is set to be consistent with the height of the packaging bags poured on the conveyor belt (namely the thickness of the packaging bags); the spacing between the limiting plates 14 is slightly larger than the width of the packaging bag, and is optimally 1.2 times of the width of the packaging bag; it is ensured that the package is not in contact with the limiting plate to receive friction force when being transferred between the limiting plates 14. The opening of the initial end of the limiting plate 14 is arranged, so that the packaging bag can run to the middle part of the conveyor belt along the limiting plate 14 after passing through the first turntable 213; the opening 141 extending to the edge and the first 213 direction of the turntable can prevent the packaging bag from being blocked by the initial section of the limiting plate, so that the packaging bag can run more smoothly, and meanwhile, the guiding function is realized, and the packaging bag can run to the middle position of the conveyor belt for conveying.
When the packaging bag is transported to the joint of the conveying belt branch 2 and the total conveying belt 31, the front end of the packaging bag is transported to the total conveying belt 31, so that the rear part of the packaging bag is still transported in the transportation direction of the conveying belt branch 2, the front part of the packaging bag is transported in the transportation direction of the total conveying belt 31 to be towed, and the packaging bag is driven to turn by different stress directions of the packaging bag; when turning, the middle part of the packaging bag is contacted with the second turntable 32, and the packaging bag is guided by the second turntable 32 and the limiting plate 14 according to the principle, so that the packaging bag is gradually guided to the middle position of the total conveying belt 2 for conveying.
When the package is transported to the bump conveyor section 4, the limiting plate 14 limits and guides the package in accordance with the principle as described above; and square transfer roller 41 on the section of jolting transfer 4 conveys the wrapping bag, can impel the wrapping bag to carry out slight vibrations at square transfer roller 41 for seed in the wrapping bag distributes more evenly, lets the wrapping bag receive more level and more after jolting, is convenient for later stage manipulator 7 snatch. The packages are finally transported by the circular transport rollers 51, buffered, and when transported to the position of the baffle 6, the robot arm 7 transfers the packages to the transport device.
The camera 8 is arranged to shoot the bar code on the packaging bag, and the bar code picture is transmitted to the computer 82 for storage, so that the data for making warehouse entry in the later stage is reserved. The infrared scanning device 9 is arranged, when the conveying device has a bag blocking condition, the detected condition is fed back to the upper computer, and the upper computer can control the conveying belt to stop running and alarm; and the operation is not continued until the blocking is solved. Both of these are conventional prior art in the field, and the conventional technology in the field is adopted in the technical scheme, and is not effectively improved, and will not be repeated here.

An output device for bagged seeds comprises a banding device for banding a packaging bag, wherein the tail end of the banding device is provided with a banding output conveyor belt (1); the conveying device is arranged at the rear side of the edge sealing output conveying belt (1) and is used for conveying the packaging bags; the method is characterized in that: the conveying device comprises:

And (3) a pushing device: the device comprises a push-down plate (211) arranged on one side of a conveying belt branch (2) through a fastener (12), wherein the push-down plate (211) is sequentially closed towards the middle from the beginning to the end along the conveying direction; the starting end of the push-down plate (211) is provided with a opening extending towards the edge; a slope (212) for receiving the packaging bags is fixed at the position corresponding to the pushing-down plate (211) and positioned at the other side of the conveying belt branch (2); the rotary table I (213) for guiding the packaging bags is arranged along the conveying direction on the fixed frame (10) beside the slope (212) at the rear side of the slope (212) through a rotary shaft; a limiting plate (14) extending to the tail end of the conveyor belt branch (2) is arranged at the rear side of the first turntable (213) through a fastener (12), and a opening (141) which is opened towards the edge of the conveyor belt branch (2) is arranged at the initial end of the limiting plate (14);
And (3) supporting the plate: the tail ends of the supporting plates (11) extend to the pushing-down device (21) through the fasteners (12) which are arranged on two sides above the edge sealing output conveyor belt (1);
total conveying tie: the total conveying tie (3) is arranged at the tail end of the conveying belt branch (2) and connects the conveying belt branches (2) into a whole; the total conveying tie (3) comprises total conveying belts (31) which are arranged at the tail end of each conveying belt branch (2) and are mutually perpendicular to the conveying belt branches, and all the sections of total conveying belts (31) are fixedly connected end to form the total conveying tie (3); the fixed frame (10) of the conveyor belt is provided with a rotary table II (32) for guiding packaging bags through a rotary shaft at the joint of each conveyor belt branch (2) and the running direction of the total conveyor belt (31); both sides of each section of the total conveying belt (31) are provided with limiting plates (14) through fasteners (12);

and (3) a mechanical arm: is arranged at the rear side of a conventional conveyor belt (5) for transferring the packaging bags from the conveying device to the conveying device;
