The robot 7 in this embodiment is a conventional robot 7.
The working principle is as follows: when the packaging bags are output from the edge sealing device, the directions of the packaging bags are consistent, and the packaging bags are in a standing state; the support plate 11 is loosened by loosening the fastening screw 122, so that the longitudinal rod 123 can be adjusted up and down, and thus the height of the support plate 11 can be adjusted. The supporting plate 11 is arranged at the position of one half of the height of the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is still in a standing state at the position of the edge sealing output conveyor belt 1; the packages are transported along the rest plate 11 to the position of the pourer 21 on the conveyor branch 2.
The reverse pushing plate 211 is arranged at the position of two thirds of the height of the packaging bag; when the package is conveyed to the position of the pouring device 21, since the pouring plate 211 is inclined toward the slope 212 and the end of the holding plate 11 opposite to the pouring plate 211 extends to the upper side of the edge of the slope 212, the package is poured toward the slope 212 after being conveyed to the position of the pouring plate 211, so that the side of the package having the barcode is the top surface.
When the bag is poured on the slope 212, the upper part of the bag is poured on the slope 212 and contacts with the slope 212; the bottom of the packaging bag is still on the conveyor belt and moves to the conveying direction along with the operation of the conveyor belt; the upper portion of the packaging bag is driven to move towards the conveying direction, when the upper portion of the packaging bag descends from the slope 212, the upper portion of the packaging bag is in contact with the first rotating disc 213, the first rotating disc 213 guides the packaging bag, sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, the packaging bag can move onto the conveying belt more conveniently during movement, and the packaging bag can be conveyed in a longitudinal state.
The height of the limiting plate 14 is set to be consistent with the height of the packaging bag poured on the conveyor belt (namely the thickness of the packaging bag); the spacing of the limiting plates 14 is slightly larger than the width of the packaging bag, and the optimal spacing is 1.2 times of the width of the packaging bag; it is ensured that the bag will not be subjected to frictional forces due to contact with the retainer plates 14 as it is transported therebetween. The opening of the starting end of the limiting plate 14 is arranged, so that the packaging bag can run to the middle of the conveyor belt along the limiting plate 14 after passing through the first rotating disc 213; here to the edge and to the mouth 141 that opens that 213 directions of carousel extend, can prevent that the wrapping bag from by the initial segment card owner of limiting plate, let the wrapping bag operation more smooth and easy, still play the effect of direction simultaneously, let the wrapping bag move the intermediate position of conveyer belt and convey.
When the packaging bags are conveyed to the joint of the conveying belt branch 2 and the main conveying belt 31, the front ends of the packaging bags are conveyed to the main conveying belt 31 firstly, so that the rear parts of the packaging bags are still conveyed in the conveying direction of the conveying belt branch 2, the front parts of the packaging bags are conveyed in the conveying direction of the main conveying belt 31 to be dragged, and the packaging bags are driven to turn due to different stress directions; when the packaging bag turns, the middle part of the packaging bag is contacted with the second rotary disc 32, the packaging bag is guided by the second rotary disc 32 and the limiting plate 14 according to the principle, and the packaging bag is gradually guided to the middle position of the main conveying belt 2 for conveying.
When the bags are conveyed to the bumpy transfer section 4, the limiting plate 14 limits and guides the bags according to the principle; and when the square conveying roller 41 on the jolting conveying section 4 conveys the packaging bag, the packaging bag can be made to slightly vibrate at the square conveying roller 41, so that the seeds in the packaging bag are more uniformly distributed, the packaging bag is more smooth after being jolted, and the mechanical arm 7 at the later stage is convenient to grab. The bags are finally conveyed by the circular conveying roller 51 to be buffered, and after being conveyed to the position of the baffle 6, the mechanical arm 7 transfers the bags to the conveying equipment.
The camera 8 is arranged to photograph the bar code on the packaging bag, and the picture of the bar code is transmitted to the computer 82 for storage, so that the data for warehouse-in and warehouse-out at the later stage is reserved. The infrared scanning device 9 feeds back the detected situation to the upper computer when the conveyor device has a packet blocking situation, and the upper computer controls the conveyor belt to stop running and give an alarm; operation will not continue until the blockage is resolved. The two points are relatively conventional technologies in the art, and the technical scheme adopts the conventional technologies in the art, and effective improvements are not made, so that repeated descriptions are not made here.

Claims (8)

1. An output device for bagged seeds comprises a sealing edge device for sealing edges of a packaging bag, wherein a sealing edge output conveyor belt (1) is arranged at the tail end of the sealing edge device; the conveying device is arranged at the rear side of the edge sealing output conveying belt (1) and is used for conveying the packaging bags; the method is characterized in that: the conveying device comprises:
conveying belt branching: the conveying belt branches (2) are provided with a plurality of strips and are arranged corresponding to the edge sealing devices; the conveying belt branches (2) are arranged at the rear sides of the edge sealing devices and are connected with the edge sealing output conveying belts (1), and the conveying belt branches (2) are arranged in parallel; a pushing device (21) for pushing the packaging bag is arranged at the starting end of the conveying belt branch (2);
a pushing device: the conveying belt comprises a push-down plate (211) arranged on one side of a conveying belt branch (2) through a fastener (12), wherein the push-down plate (211) sequentially approaches to the middle from the beginning end to the tail end along the conveying direction; the starting end of the push-down plate (211) is provided with an opening extending to the edge; a slope (212) for receiving the packaging bag is fixed at the other side of the conveying belt branch (2) and the position of the slope corresponds to the pushing and falling plate (211); a first rotating disc (213) which is arranged along the conveying direction and is used for guiding the packaging bag is arranged on the fixed frame (10) which is arranged at the rear side of the slope (212) and is positioned beside the slope (212) through a rotating shaft; a limiting plate (14) extending to the tail end of the conveying belt branch (2) is arranged on the rear side of the first rotating disc (213) through a fastening piece (12), and an opening (141) opened to the edge of the conveying belt branch (2) is formed in the starting end of the limiting plate (14);
a support plate: the tail ends of the supporting plates (11) extend to the pushing device (21) through fasteners (12) arranged at two sides above the edge sealing output conveyor belt (1);
total conveying links: the total conveying link (3) is arranged at the tail end of the conveying belt branch (2) and connects the conveying belt branches (2) into a whole; the main conveying link (3) comprises a main conveying belt (31) which is arranged at the tail end of each conveying belt branch (2) and is vertical to the conveying belt branches, and all sections of the main conveying belts (31) are fixedly connected end to form the main conveying link (3); a second rotating disc (32) for guiding the packaging bags is arranged on the fixed frame (10) at the joint of each conveying belt branch (2) and the running direction of the main conveying belt (31) through a rotating shaft; limiting plates (14) are arranged on two sides of each section of the total conveying belt (31) through fasteners (12);
bumpy conveyor belt: the starting end of the main conveying link (3) is fixedly connected with the tail end of the main conveying link (3); the bumping conveyor belt (4) comprises a plurality of square conveyor rollers (41) which are arranged in parallel and arranged in the middle of the bumping conveyor belt (4); the space between the square conveying rollers (41) is smaller than the thickness of the packaging bag, and the square conveying rollers (41) are in transmission connection with a driving shaft of a motor through a transmission device; a limiting plate (14) is arranged on the upper side of the square conveying roller (41) through a fastener (12), and an opening (141) extending towards the edge is formed in the starting end of the limiting plate (14);
conventional conveying belt: the starting end of the bumping conveyor belt (4) is fixedly connected with the tail end of the bumping conveyor belt (4); the tail end of the conventional conveying belt (5) is provided with a baffle (6) for preventing the packaging bags from falling off from the tail end of the conveying device; the conventional conveying belt (5) comprises a plurality of round conveying rollers (51) which are arranged in parallel and are arranged in the middle of the conventional conveying belt (5); the distance between the round conveying rollers (51) is smaller than the thickness of the packaging bag, and the round conveying rollers (51) are in transmission connection with a driving shaft of a motor through a transmission device; a limiting plate (14) is arranged on the upper side of the circular conveying roller (51) through a fastener (12), and an opening (141) extending towards the edge is formed in the starting end of the limiting plate (14);
a mechanical arm: arranged at the rear side of the conventional conveyor belt (6) and used for transferring the packaging bags from the conveying device to the conveying device;
a camera: the device is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main conveying belt (31) at the tail end through a support, and the shooting direction of the camera (8) is the middle of the main conveying belt (31), so that the bar codes on the packaging bags can be shot conveniently; the camera (8) is connected with a computer (82) through a signal wire (81); transmitting the shot bar code picture to a computer;
an infrared scanning device: fixedly installing the joint of each conveyor belt branch (2) and the total conveyor belt (31), the joint of each section of the total conveyor belt (31), the joint of the total conveyor belt (31) and the bumpy conveying section (4), and the joint of the bumpy conveying section (4) and the conventional conveyor belt (5) through fixing parts; the infrared scanning device (9) is connected with an upper computer through a signal line or a wireless network and is used for detecting whether the transmission device is blocked or not.

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the supporting plates (11) on two sides of the edge sealing output conveyor belt (1), wherein the supporting plate (11) on one side extends to the lower side of the opening at the starting end of the push-down plate (211); the supporting plate (11) on the other side extends to the front end of the slope (212), and the supporting plate (11) at the front end of the slope (212) is provided with an opening extending towards the edge and the slope (212).

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 1, wherein: each conveying belt branch (2) and each section of the total conveying belt (31) comprise a conveying belt (101) arranged in the middle of the conveying belt and fixing frames (10) arranged on two sides of the conveying belt (101); the jolting conveying section (4) and the conventional conveying belt (5) comprise a conveying roller arranged in the middle and fixing frames (10) arranged on two sides of the conveying roller.

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the fastening piece (12) comprises a longitudinal rod (123) detachably mounted on the outer side wall of the fixed frame (10) through an arc-shaped plate (121) and a fastening screw (122), a connecting piece (124) used for fixing and adjusting the position of the transverse rod (125) is arranged at the top of the longitudinal rod (123), the transverse rod (125) is connected to the middle of the connecting piece (124) in a penetrating mode, and a threaded hole used for being connected with a claw nut (126) is formed in the top of the connecting piece (124); one side of the transverse rod (125) facing the reverse pushing plate (211) or the limiting plate (14) is provided with a joint (127) rotatably connected with the transverse rod (125), and the joint (127) is fixedly connected with the reverse pushing plate (211) or the limiting plate (14) through a fastening screw.

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the middle part of the supporting plate (11), the pushing plate (211) or the limiting plate (14) is fixedly connected with the reinforcing beam (2111) through a fastening screw, and the reinforcing beam (2111) is fixedly connected with the joint through the fastening screw.

An output device for bagged seed according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein: the limiting plates (14) on the two sides of each section of the main conveying belt (31) are arranged along the conveying direction at one side close to the conveying belt branch (2), the limiting plates (14) are arranged on the rear side of the second rotating disc (32), the limiting plates (14) are arranged at one side far away from the conveying belt branch (2), and the limiting plates (14) are arranged from the starting end to the tail end of the main conveying belt (31); the starting ends of the limiting plates (14) are provided with openings extending towards the edge of the main conveying belt (31).

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tail end of each conveying belt branch (2) is fixedly connected with the main conveying belt through a second connecting and fixing device; the output conveyor belt (1) and the conveyor belt branches (2) and the total conveyor belts (31) of all the sections are fixedly connected end to end through a first connecting and fixing device (13).

An output device for bagged seed as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the first connecting and fixing device (13) comprises a first connecting block (131) fixed on the side wall of the tail end of the front section of the conveying belt and a second connecting block (132) fixed on the side wall of the starting end of the rear section of the conveying belt, and the first connecting block (131) and the second connecting block (132) are fixedly connected through a fastening nut (133) penetrating through the middle parts of the first connecting block and the second connecting block; the second connecting and fixing device is an angle plate, one side of the angle plate is fixed on the side wall of the branch of the conveying belt through a fastening screw, and the other side of the angle plate is fixed on the side wall of the total conveying belt through a fastening screw.
