Example 1
The method for making the three-dimensional toad skin painting by using the three-dimensional paste toad skin painting of the invention, namely the plum, comprises the following specific operation method:
(1) selecting toads: selecting Chinese toads;
(2) taking toad skin: completely peeling off toad skin, repeatedly rubbing with clear water, and cleaning;
(3) and (3) unfolding and fixing: the cleaned skin is flatly laid on the foam board with the front side facing upwards, different treatment can be carried out on different parts of the whole toad skin according to design requirements, the large-area skin of a trunk needs to be completely unfolded, the edge of the toad skin is fixed on the foam board through pins, the pins penetrate vertically and cling to the edge of the toad skin, the distance between the two pins is about 1.5-2 cm, and the dried skin edge is easily curled due to the excessively large distance between the pins. The pin density can be increased properly for the fine parts such as the toe part. The large skin of the trunk part can be used as a trunk with a larger area, so that the trunk part needs to be unfolded to be flat and has no wrinkles as much as possible, so that the material waste in the later design is avoided. The skin at the edges and the limbs can be used for manufacturing plum blossom twigs, the skin at the edge can be longitudinally curled, and the skin at the limbs can be folded, so that the manufactured toad skin painting has more stereoscopic impression;
(4) ventilating and airing: selecting a dry and cool ventilation place, and naturally drying in the shade to avoid sunshine insolation or high-temperature baking;
(5) and (3) storage: classifying the dried toad skin according to different patterns, colors, thicknesses and fixed forms, placing the toad skin into different packaging boxes, labeling and storing the toad skin in a cool and dry place;
(6) designing: designing a drawing of a toad skin picture plum, covering parchment paper on the designed drawing, easily showing a pattern on the drawing due to the thinness of the parchment paper, and then rubbing the pattern on the parchment paper;
(7) selecting skins: selecting yellow toad skins with patterns on the abdomen and large areas, curled edges and thicker four limbs as manufacturing materials according to the style and style of the design drawing;
(8) dyeing: according to the design requirement, the toad skin can be dyed red by adopting eosin dye to manufacture petals, and the dyed toad skin is cleaned, fixed and aired according to the methods of the 3 rd step and the 4 th step;
(9) cutting: covering the cuticle with the pattern on the cuticle, cutting the cuticle into the required basic shape with the tools such as scissors or graver, cutting the branches, moon and petals with the scissors, and cutting the stamens and characters with the graver, which are small or not beneficial to the operation with the scissors;
(10) molding: the stereoscopic impression is formed by the methods of staggered layer superposition, folding and thickening, adding a liner and the like; the cut basic pattern can be skillfully formed into a stereoscopic impression according to the design requirement in the following modes:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
overlapping and sticking the staggered layers of the toad skin to form a layering sense with different thicknesses, such as a fine branch part;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
the skin being thickened by folding to give a raised impression, e.g.The upper branch.
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
The lining material with proper shape and size is selected to be filled under the skin to form concave-convex stereoscopic impression like branch parts of the trunk. The adjustment can be continued in the pasting process, so that the effect of vividness and beauty is achieved;
(11) pasting: selecting a black hard substrate plate according to the style of the design drawing. Sticking from bottom to top, from the main stem to the branch to the flower, from the bottom layer to the surface layer;
selecting yellow toad skin with patterns and bright belly color from the branch part of the trunk, twisting a small amount of absorbent cotton into strips which are slightly shorter than the length of the branches as a lining object, coating a thin layer of white latex on the longitudinal middle part of the cut toad skin which is used as the trunk with the reverse side upward, adhering the prepared lining object on the toad skin, forming the effect of protruding trunk, naturally drying, coating a small amount of white latex on the edge part of the toad skin with the lining object, and adhering the lining object on a background lining plate. The middle part of the trunk is divided into two parts which are adhered, the upper part is adhered to the bottom layer, and the lower part is adhered to the outer layer, so that the trunk is slightly inclined to the lining paper. The small branches on the left side of the main trunk are also pasted by yellow patterned toad skins in the same method as the main trunk and a lining object;
the bottom small branch on the upper part selects the toad skin with dark color at four limbs, folds along the central line of the longitudinal axis to thicken the toad skin, and then coats a small amount of milk white glue to stick the edge of the toad skin to the lining paper. Firstly, sticking the branches on the bottom layer, and then sticking the branches on the upper layer to form a tree-crossing stereoscopic impression;
finally, selecting red toad skin as petals, selecting yellow toad skin to be stuck in the center of the surface layer to form a flower core, sticking the tiny parts by adopting a local glue dispensing method, namely, using a tool with a thin tip such as a tip point of a dissecting needle to take a small amount of milky glue, only dispensing a small glue on the light and fast point at the corner of one side of each petal close to the flower core, not dispensing glue on the outer edge of the petal, sticking 3-5 petals to form a plum blossom, and adjusting the angle of the petal in the process of sticking each petal to achieve the effect of three-dimensional and vivid flowers. After the petals are naturally dried, a little of milk white glue is applied to the center of the flower by dissecting the end point of the needle tip, and the carved pistil is folded and adhered to the center of the flower in a laminating and adhering mode to form the three-dimensional flower. A plurality of plum blossom pieces are manufactured by the same method, the manufactured plum blossom pieces are glued again by a glue dispensing method, a small amount of white latex is glued on the back of each flower and is adhered to different parts of the branches, the central parts of the flowers adhered by the glue dispensing method are adhered to the lining plate, the petals are suspended, and the three-dimensional effect of the flowers can be well reflected. Then the toad skin is pasted on moon, and the toad skin is selected and pasted into the round light yellow color band black stripe, and a small amount of milk white glue is coated and pasted on the lining board. Finally, flatly pasting the carved plum blossom shape on the lower right corner of the whole picture;
in the process of pasting, the glue consumption is reduced as much as possible, if the glue is too much, because the moisture in the glue is not beneficial to drying, the glue is easy to overflow, and the subsequent pasting and the appearance are influenced. After each part is stuck, the handle part of the dissecting needle can be pressed down by one to ensure that the dissecting needle is firm, if a certain part in the middle is suspended due to glue shortage, the tip of the dissecting needle can be dipped with a small amount of glue for supplement, and then the handle part of the dissecting needle is pressed down firmly;
(12) pressing and drying: because the manufactured toad skin picture plum has concave-convex stereoscopic impression, water absorption paper is covered on the part using glue, such as the position of a main trunk, and foam boards with different thicknesses are padded on the periphery of the part using the glue in the pressing process and are pressed by a weight, so that wrinkles caused by the influence of water in white latex can be avoided, and the protruding part of the picture is not damaged. The manufactured finished product is flat and keeps the stereoscopic impression of the painting;
(13) mounting: according to the content and style of the toad skin painting, the lining paperboard and the material, color and appearance of the picture frame are selected, and a three-dimensional mounting method of multi-layer paperboard is adopted.

(7) selecting skins: according to the style and style of the design drawing, yellow toad skins with patterns on the abdomen are selected to be used as birds, and the toad skins with curled edges and thicker toad skins at the four limbs are selected to be used as bird nests;
(8) dyeing: according to the design requirement, the toad skin can be placed into a dye vat with different dyes such as eosin, safranin, fast green and hematoxylin, and the toad skin is dyed into different colors such as red, green and blue purple to be respectively used for manufacturing leaves and bird feathers. Adjusting the dyeing time according to the required color, wherein the dyeing time is about 1 day, and the dyed toad skin is cleaned, fixed and dried according to the methods of the steps 3 and 4;
(9) cutting: covering the toad skin with the parchment paper with the design drawing, and cutting the toad skin into the required basic shape by using tools such as scissors or a nicking tool. The mode that the branches, the leaves and the birds are cut by scissors is not beneficial to the mode that the feeding characters operated by the scissors are carved by a carving knife;
(10) molding: the stereoscopic impression is formed by the modes of staggered layer superposition, folding to form creases and twisting and knitting; the cut basic pattern can be skillfully formed into a stereoscopic impression according to the design requirement in the following modes:
Figure 232159DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
staggered toad skin layers are overlapped and pasted to form a layering sense with different thicknesses, such as branches forming a bird nest and feathers of a bird layer by layer;
Figure 149299DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
the protruding crease is formed by folding and unfolding, for example, branches and leaves can be folded along the longitudinal central axis, and the effect of protruding the middle part is formed after unfolding;
Figure 929036DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
by using the knotting method, the torsional braiding is carried out on the toad skin strips which are curled and fixed in advance, such as bird nests. And can be adjusted in the subsequent pasting;
(11) pasting: selecting the substrate according to the style of the design drawing. The pasting is carried out according to the sequence from the main stem to the details (branch stem-bird nest-bird-adult bird-leaf-word and fruit, etc.). Firstly, sticking branch parts, sticking thick main stems and then sticking thin branches in sequence from right to left, folding and unfolding along the central line of longitudinal axis of toad skin for making branch parts to form creases, and then coating a small amount of milk white glue on the edges to stick the edges on lining paper. After being dried, the parts of the bird nests are pasted, the bird nests are complex to manufacture, the toad skins with dark colors are thickened in a twisting mode, and the toad skins are woven into the protruding bird nests in a staggered mode by means of rope knots. In order to highlight the three-dimensional effect, a staggered-layer pasting mode is adopted, and the bird nest is pasted upwards from the bottom of the bird nest. The surface layer is adhered after the bottom layer is dried. Then pasting the chick, selecting light-colored toad skin as the body, making the light-colored toad skin into the beak in a darker color, and making the black spot of the toad skin into the eye to be flatly pasted on the surface layer of the head. The positions of the three chicks are pasted by a staggered-layer pasting method, the chicks on two sides are pasted firstly, then the middle chicks are pasted and partially covered on the left and right chicks, and a spatial relation of front and rear is formed. Two adult birds are selected from yellow toad skins with spots, cut into bird feathers with sawtooth-shaped edges, pasted layer by layer from bottom to top by adopting a glue dispensing method, the outer edges of the bird feathers are suspended and tilted, and the red toad skins are used as crowns to be pasted on the surface layers. Light-colored toad skin is used as the insect and is stuck in the middle of the beak of the bird. And finally, selecting the toad skin dyed in green as leaves, unfolding the leaves folded along the center line of the longitudinal axis to form a crease with a convex middle, applying a local dispensing method to one corner of each leaf, and applying the milky glue to the tip of the dissecting needle at the base of the leaf close to the branch to enable the base of the dissecting needle to be stuck on the lining plate, wherein the tip of each leaf is suspended and tilted in the air, so that the real three-dimensional flexibility of the painting is more displayed. Finally, flatly pasting the carved 'feeding' character;
in the process of pasting, the glue consumption is reduced as much as possible, if the glue is too much, because the moisture in the glue is not beneficial to drying, the glue is easy to overflow, and the subsequent pasting and the appearance are influenced. After each part is stuck, the handle part of the dissecting needle can be pressed down to be firm, if a certain part in the middle is suspended due to glue shortage, the tip of the dissecting needle can be dipped with a small amount of glue for supplement and then pressed firmly by the handle part of the dissecting needle;
(12) pressing and drying: because the manufactured toad skin painting has concave-convex stereoscopic impression, in the pressing process, the position of a part using glue, such as a bird nest, is covered with absorbent paper, foam boards with different thicknesses are padded on the periphery of the part, and the foam boards are pressed by weights, so that wrinkles caused by the influence of water in white latex can be avoided, the protruded part of the white latex is not damaged, and the stereoscopic impression of the painting can be kept;
(13) mounting: according to the content and style of the toad skin painting, the lining paperboard and the material, color and appearance of the picture frame are selected, and the stereoscopic impression of the painting is completely reflected by adopting a stereoscopic mounting method of multi-layer paperboard;
the problems to be noted in the tools and the respective processing steps involved in the above examples 1-2 are as follows:
1. the coating of the milk-white glue is not too much in the pasting process. If the pectin is too much, the moisture in the glue is not beneficial to drying, and the pectin is easy to overflow, so that the subsequent sticking and the attractiveness are influenced, and the lining plate is easy to be uneven. After each part is stuck, the handle part of the dissecting needle can be pressed down to be firm, if a certain part in the middle is suspended due to glue shortage, the tip of the dissecting needle can be dipped with a small amount of glue for supplement, and then the handle part of the dissecting needle is pressed firmly. When pasting, attention is paid to the layers, preferably, the paste is sequentially carried out from bottom to top, from left to right and from the bottom layer to the surface layer, and the surface layer is pasted after the bottom layer is dried;
2. the mode capable of increasing the stereoscopic impression is selected according to the designed content. The staggered layers of the toad skins are overlapped and pasted to form the layering feeling with different thicknesses; folding to thicken and bulge the toad skin; after folding, unfolding to form a protruding crease; the method for knotting is used for reference to perform knotting in different modes on the toad skin strips which are curled and fixed in advance; selecting a liner with proper shape and size to fill under the skin to form the concave-convex effect and the like;
3. the light and shade effect can be manufactured according to the texture and the color depth of the material, so that the works are more vivid.
Following the procedure of the example, the following will be described with specific pasting steps and means for adding stereoscopic impression:
as shown in fig. 1: the stereoscopic impression is increased mainly by the modes of staggered-layer overlapping and pasting, folding and thickening and adding a liner.
The sticking is carried out from the bottom to the top, from the main stem to the branch, then to the flower, from the bottom layer to the surface layer. Selecting yellow toad skin with patterns and bright belly color from the branch part of the trunk, twisting a small amount of absorbent cotton into strips which are slightly shorter than the length of the branches as a lining object, coating a thin layer of white latex on the longitudinal middle part of the cut toad skin which is used as the trunk with the reverse side upward, adhering the prepared lining object on the toad skin, forming the effect of protruding trunk, naturally drying, coating a small amount of white latex on the edge part of the toad skin with the lining object, and adhering the lining object on a background lining plate. The middle part of the trunk is divided into two parts which are adhered, the upper part is adhered to the bottom layer, and the lower part is adhered to the outer layer, so that the trunk is slightly inclined to the lining paper. The small branches on the left side of the main trunk are also pasted by yellow patterned toad skins in the same method with the main trunk and a lining object.
The bottom small branch on the upper part selects the toad skin with dark color at four limbs, folds along the central line of the longitudinal axis to thicken the toad skin, and then coats a small amount of milk white glue to stick the edge of the toad skin to the lining paper. Firstly, the branches on the bottom layer are adhered, and then the branches on the upper layer are adhered, so that the three-dimensional effect of the staggered branches is formed.
Finally, selecting red toad skin as petals, selecting yellow toad skin to be stuck in the center of the surface layer to form a flower core, sticking the tiny parts by adopting a local glue dispensing method, namely, using a tool with a thin tip such as a tip point of a dissecting needle to take a small amount of milky glue, only dispensing a small glue on the light and fast point at the corner of one side of each petal close to the flower core, not dispensing glue on the outer edge of the petal, sticking 3-5 petals to form a plum blossom, and adjusting the angle of the petal in the process of sticking each petal to achieve the effect of three-dimensional and vivid flowers. After the petals are naturally dried, a little of milk white glue is applied to the center of the flower by dissecting the end point of the needle tip, and the carved pistil is folded and adhered to the center of the flower in a laminating and adhering mode to form the three-dimensional flower. A plurality of plum blossom pieces are manufactured by the same method, the manufactured plum blossom pieces are glued again by a glue dispensing method, a small amount of white latex is glued on the back of each flower and is adhered to different parts of the branches, the central parts of the flowers adhered by the glue dispensing method are adhered to the lining plate, the petals are suspended, and the three-dimensional effect of the flowers can be well reflected. Then the toad skin is pasted on moon, and the toad skin is selected and pasted into the round light yellow color band black stripe, and a small amount of milk white glue is coated and pasted on the lining board. Finally, the carved plum blossom shape is flatly pasted on the lower right corner of the whole picture.
As shown in fig. 2: the three-dimensional sense is increased mainly by adopting staggered-layer superposition, folding to form creases and twisting and knitting.
The pasting is carried out according to the sequence from the main stem to the details (branch stem-bird nest-bird-adult bird-leaf-word and fruit, etc.). Firstly, sticking branch parts, sticking thick main stems and then sticking thin branches in sequence from right to left, folding and unfolding along the central line of longitudinal axis of toad skin for making branch parts to form creases, and then coating a small amount of milk white glue on the edges to stick the edges on lining paper. After being dried, the parts of the bird nests are pasted, the bird nests are complex to manufacture, the toad skins with dark colors are thickened in a twisting mode, and the toad skins are woven into the protruding bird nests in a staggered mode by means of rope knots. In order to highlight the three-dimensional effect, a staggered-layer pasting mode is adopted, and the bird nest is pasted upwards from the bottom of the bird nest. The surface layer is adhered after the bottom layer is dried. Then pasting the chick, selecting light-colored toad skin as the body, making the light-colored toad skin into the beak in a darker color, and making the black spot of the toad skin into the eye to be flatly pasted on the surface layer of the head. The positions of the three chicks are pasted by a staggered-layer pasting method, the chicks on two sides are pasted firstly, then the middle chicks are pasted and partially covered on the left and right chicks, and a spatial relation of front and rear is formed. Two adult birds are selected from yellow toad skins with spots, cut into bird feathers with sawtooth-shaped edges, pasted layer by layer from bottom to top by adopting a glue dispensing method, the outer edges of the bird feathers are suspended and tilted, and the red toad skins are used as crowns to be pasted on the surface layers. Light-colored toad skin is used as the insect and is stuck in the middle of the beak of the bird. And finally, selecting the toad skin dyed in green as leaves, unfolding the leaves folded along the center line of the longitudinal axis to form a crease with a convex middle, applying a local dispensing method to one corner of each leaf, and applying the milky glue to the tip of the dissecting needle at the base of the leaf close to the branch to enable the base of the dissecting needle to be stuck on the lining plate, wherein the tip of each leaf is suspended and tilted in the air, so that the real three-dimensional flexibility of the painting is more displayed. Finally, the carved 'feeding' character is pasted flatly.
