Abstract
The invention provides a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system and a preparation method thereof, wherein the filter screen comprises a base material and an air refreshing coating coated on the base material, the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the air refreshing coating is prepared by spraying emulsion prepared by adding activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder, high polyiodide powder, a surfactant and a binder into water on the base material. The air refreshing coating of the air conditioner filter screen provided by the invention contains the tea stems with high adsorbability, the tea stems can permanently give out light fragrance, the air refreshing coating has a good air refreshing effect, the raw material sources are rich, the price is low, the air conditioner filter screen is very healthy and environment-friendly, compared with an air freshener and the like, the air conditioner filter screen does not produce secondary pollution, and the filter screen can effectively control the breeding of bacteria by utilizing the high adsorbability of active carbon and the efficient sterilization and disinfection effect of high iodine.

Technical Field

Background
Air conditioning is a process of adjusting and controlling parameters such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness, speed, etc. of ambient air in a building/structure by an artificial means, which is a conditioning apparatus for conditioning indoor air and temperature. The Chinese patent application No. 201610487200.3 discloses a multifunctional attapulgite air conditioner filter screen, which comprises a frame and a filter screen, wherein the frame is of a two-layer grid frame structure, an interlayer is formed between the two grid frames, the filter screen is arranged in the interlayer, and the filter screen is made of a mixture of nano-scale titanium dioxide powder and attapulgite, wherein the titanium dioxide is used for catalyzing the attapulgite to degrade harmful gases such as formaldehyde in the air, and the attapulgite is used for absorbing and degrading the harmful gases such as formaldehyde.
In order to provide the air conditioning filter screen with the functions of dust prevention, sterilization, disinfection and the like and simultaneously provide the filter screen with the air refreshing effect, a novel air conditioning filter screen is needed to be provided, so that the air conditioning filter screen has the air refreshing function.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defect that the existing air conditioner filter screen cannot effectively refresh air, the invention provides the filter screen for purifying the air of the house fresh air system and the preparation method thereof, so that the air conditioner can refresh the indoor air and improve the indoor air quality while adjusting the indoor temperature.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system comprises a base material and an air refreshing coating coated on the base material, wherein the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the air refreshing coating is obtained by spraying emulsion prepared by adding activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder, high-iodine powder, a surfactant and a binder into water on the base material, and the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder and high polymer iodine powder, adding surfactant and binder into water, and mixing to obtain air refreshing emulsion;
(2) uniformly spraying the air freshening emulsion on the surface of a base material in an ultrasonic spraying mode, and drying to form an air freshening coating, namely obtaining a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system; the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers.
Preferably, in the air refreshing emulsion in the step (1), the mass ratio of the water, the activated carbon powder, the tea stalk powder, the high polyiodide powder, the surfactant and the binder is 150:40-50:10-15:10-15:0.5-1:2-5: 8-12.
Preferably, the tea powder is prepared by drying and crushing one or more combined tea leaves of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and black tea; the tea stalk powder is prepared by drying and pulverizing one or more combined tea stalks of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and black tea.
Preferably, the polymerization degree of the high polyiodide is 7, 9, 11 or 13, and the effective iodine amount is 60-70%.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or the combination of more than two of coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan fatty acid and polysorbate.
Preferably, the binder is prepared from water glass and polyvinyl alcohol according to a mass ratio of 3: 1.
Preferably, the temperature of the ultrasonic spraying in the step (2) is 30-40 ℃.
Preferably, the thickness of the air freshening coating in step (2) is 50 to 200 μm.
Preferably, the polymer fiber is one of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber.
The invention also provides the filter screen for purifying the air of the house fresh air system, which is prepared by the preparation method.
The existing filter screen does not have the air refreshing effect, cannot meet the application of higher requirements, and particularly has the high-efficiency sterilization and air refreshing effects on a house fresh air system. In view of the above, the invention provides a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system and a preparation method thereof. The conventional ultrasonic spraying equipment is adopted for spraying, the emulsion is firstly atomized into fine particles through an ultrasonic atomization device, and then the fine particles are uniformly coated on the surface of the base material through the carrier gas, so that the coating liquid is uniformly dispersed and firmly attached to the base material. The air refreshing coating of the air conditioner filter screen provided by the invention contains the tea stems with high adsorbability, the tea stems can permanently give out light fragrance, the air refreshing coating has a good air refreshing effect, the raw material sources are rich, the price is low, the air conditioner filter screen is very healthy and environment-friendly, compared with an air freshener and the like, the air conditioner filter screen does not produce secondary pollution, and the filter screen can effectively control the breeding of bacteria by utilizing the high adsorbability of active carbon and the efficient sterilization and disinfection effect of high iodine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system and a preparation method thereof, and the outstanding characteristics and excellent effects are as follows:
1. the air refreshing coating contains the tea stalks with high adsorbability, the tea stalks can give out light fragrance for a long time, and the air refreshing coating has the effects of improving eyesight and tranquilizing, restoring consciousness and clearing heat and can improve sleep so that people can fall asleep easily.
2. The tea leaves and the tea stalks used in the invention have rich sources and low price, are very healthy and environment-friendly, and do not produce secondary pollution compared with air fresheners and the like.
3. The air freshening filter screen prepared by the method can effectively control the breeding of bacteria by utilizing the high adsorbability of the active carbon and the high-efficiency sterilization and disinfection effect of the high polyiodide.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments, but it should not be construed that the scope of the present invention is limited to the following examples. Various substitutions and alterations can be made by those skilled in the art and by conventional means without departing from the spirit of the method of the invention described above.
Example 1
(1) Mixing activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder and high polymer iodine powder, adding surfactant and binder into water, and mixing to obtain air refreshing emulsion; the tea powder and tea stalk powder are prepared by drying and pulverizing green tea leaves or tea stalks; the polymerization degree of the high polymer iodine is 7, and the effective iodine amount is 65%; the surfactant is coco glucoside; the binder is prepared from water glass and polyvinyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; in the air refreshing emulsion, the mass ratio of water, activated carbon powder, tea stem powder, high polyiodide powder, a surfactant and a binder is 150:45:12:12:0.5:4: 10;
(2) uniformly spraying the air refreshing emulsion on the surface of a base material through an ultrasonic spraying instrument, and drying to form an air refreshing coating, namely obtaining a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system; the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the polymer fibers are polypropylene fibers; the temperature of ultrasonic spraying is 35 ℃; the thickness of the air freshening coating was 120 μm.

(1) Mixing activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder and high polymer iodine powder, adding surfactant and binder into water, and mixing to obtain air refreshing emulsion; the tea leaf powder and tea stalk powder are obtained by drying and crushing tea leaves or tea stalks of black tea; the polymerization degree of the high polymer iodine is 9, and the effective iodine amount is 60 percent; the surfactant is lauryl glucoside; the binder is prepared from water glass and polyvinyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; in the air refreshing emulsion, the mass ratio of water, activated carbon powder, tea stem powder, high polyiodide powder, a surfactant and a binder is 150:40:10:10:0.5:2: 8;
(2) uniformly spraying the air freshening emulsion on the surface of a base material in an ultrasonic spraying mode, and drying to form an air freshening coating, namely obtaining a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system; the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the polymer fibers are terylene; the temperature of ultrasonic spraying is 30 ℃; the thickness of the air freshening coating was 50 μm.
Example 3
(1) Mixing activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder and high polymer iodine powder, adding surfactant and binder into water, and mixing to obtain air refreshing emulsion; the tea leaf powder and tea stalk powder are prepared by drying and pulverizing oolong tea leaves or tea stalks; the polymerization degree of the high polymer iodine is 11, and the effective iodine amount is 70%; the surfactant is cetearyl glucoside; the binder is prepared from water glass and polyvinyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; in the air refreshing emulsion, the mass ratio of water, activated carbon powder, tea stem powder, high polyiodide powder, a surfactant and a binder is 150: 50: 15: 15: 0.5: 5: 12;
(2) uniformly spraying the air freshening emulsion on the surface of a base material in an ultrasonic spraying mode, and drying to form an air freshening coating, namely obtaining a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system; the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the polymer fibers are polypropylene fibers; the temperature of ultrasonic spraying is 40 ℃; the thickness of the air freshening coating was 200 μm.
Example 4
(1) Mixing activated carbon powder, tea stalk powder and high polymer iodine powder, adding surfactant and binder into water, and mixing to obtain air refreshing emulsion; the tea powder and tea stalk powder are prepared by drying and pulverizing tea leaves or tea stalks of white tea; the polymerization degree of the high polymer iodine is 13, and the effective iodine amount is 66%; the surfactant is polysorbate; the binder is prepared from water glass and polyvinyl alcohol according to the mass ratio of 3: 1; in the air refreshing emulsion, the mass ratio of water, activated carbon powder, tea stem powder, high polyiodide powder, a surfactant and a binder is 150:44:13:13:0.8:3: 11;
(2) uniformly spraying the air freshening emulsion on the surface of a base material in an ultrasonic spraying mode, and drying to form an air freshening coating, namely obtaining a filter screen for purifying air of a house fresh air system; the base material is a filter screen with a plain weave structure woven by polymer fibers, and the polymer fibers are terylene; the temperature of ultrasonic spraying is 36 ℃; the thickness of the air freshening coating was 100 μm.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 compared with example 1, the filter net prepared without adding tea stem powder and high polyiodide is the same as example 1.
The filter screens obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were used in a fresh air system in a toilet to perform a purification performance test.
And (3) testing the sterilization effect of the fresh air system:
after the filter screens obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were cut, 4 layers were stacked, and the test was performed with reference to the microbial purification efficiency test method of GB/T34012-2017 "air purification apparatus for ventilation system". Selecting staphylococcus albus as a target, and temporarily not considering naturally dead bacteria; and (3) putting the filter screen into an air exchange fresh air system, starting a ventilator to operate, starting an aerosol sprayer to keep the concentration of experimental bacteria at an inlet after natural ventilation is carried out for 5min, and then testing the concentration of the bacteria at the inlet and the concentration of the bacteria passing through the fresh air system, thereby calculating the microbial purification efficiency. As shown in table 1.

The preparation method of the filter screen for purifying air of the house fresh air system according to claim 1, wherein in the air refreshing emulsion in the step (1), the mass ratio of water, activated carbon powder, tea stem powder, high polyiodide powder, surfactant and binder is 150:40-50:10-15:10-15:0.5-1:2-5: 8-12.

The method of claim 1, wherein the tea powder is prepared by drying and pulverizing one or more selected from green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea, and black tea; the tea stalk powder is prepared by drying and pulverizing one or more combined tea stalks of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and black tea.
4. The method for preparing the air-purifying filter screen of the house fresh air system according to claim 1, wherein the polymerization degree of the high-polymer iodine is 7, 9, 11 or 13, and the effective iodine amount is 60-70%.
5. The method for preparing the filter screen for purifying the air of the house fresh air system according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is one or a combination of more than two of coco glucoside, lauryl glucoside, cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan fatty acid and polysorbate.
