Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of air filtration, in particular to a chemical filter and a preparation method of a chemical filter material thereof, wherein the chemical filter material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 10-15 parts of fine silica aerogel, 5-10 parts of carbon fiber and 5-10 parts of modified chitosan fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, weaving carbon fibers and modified chitosan fibers into a net shape in a staggered manner to obtain a filter screen; s2, ultrasonically dispersing manganese dioxide modified activated carbon in 6 times of deionized water, adding superfine silicon dioxide aerogel, and obtaining a mixed adsorption material for later use after the silicon dioxide aerogel is completely adsorbed; and S3, respectively and uniformly spraying a layer of mixed adsorption material on the front side and the back side of the filter screen, and drying to obtain the filter screen. The filter material obtained by the invention has strong adsorption and degradation capabilities and low cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air filtration, in particular to a chemical filter and a preparation method of a chemical filter material thereof.
Background
With the development of society, the requirements of the public on environmental protection and health are continuously increased, and air pollution (including indoor space, underground space and air pollution in a vehicle) in a closed or semi-closed space is more and more regarded as invisible air pollution. In order to purify indoor air and effectively improve the cleanliness of the indoor air, an air purifier with an air purifying function is produced.
At present, commercially available air purifiers mainly utilize materials such as a filter screen and activated carbon to purify air, and although the air purifiers have a certain filtering function, the purifying effect is limited. And the purifying effect is good, and the conditions of complex filter element structure, high manufacturing cost and the like often exist.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a chemical filter and a preparation method of a chemical filter material thereof, and the obtained filter material has strong adsorption and degradation capacities and low cost.

20-30 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 10-15 parts of fine silica aerogel, 5-10 parts of carbon fiber and 5-10 parts of modified chitosan fiber.

s1, weaving carbon fibers and modified chitosan fibers into a net shape in a staggered manner to obtain a filter screen;
s2, ultrasonically dispersing manganese dioxide modified activated carbon in 6 times of deionized water, adding superfine silicon dioxide aerogel, and obtaining a mixed adsorption material for later use after the silicon dioxide aerogel is completely adsorbed;
and S3, respectively and uniformly spraying a layer of mixed adsorption material on the front side and the back side of the filter screen, and drying to obtain the filter screen.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S1, the filter screen is cylindrical or rectangular.
Preferably, in step S2, it is ensured that each hole of the filter screen can allow air to pass through when spraying.
Preferably, the method further comprises the steps of sleeving the filter screens with different inner diameters in sequence to form a filter screen column, and sleeving a micron mesh dust filter screen outside the filter screen column.
Preferably, the feed additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 10 parts of micro silica aerogel, 5 parts of carbon fiber and 5 parts of modified chitosan fiber.

1) the obtained filter material has strong adsorption and degradation capability, so that the effective and rapid purification of air can be realized.
2) The preparation process is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and the structure is simple.

s3, ultrasonically dispersing manganese dioxide modified activated carbon in 6 times of deionized water, adding superfine silicon dioxide aerogel, and obtaining a mixed adsorption material for later use after the silicon dioxide aerogel is completely adsorbed;
s4, uniformly spraying a layer of mixed adsorption material on the front side and the back side of the filter screen respectively, and drying to obtain the filter screen;
s5, sequentially sleeving four filter screens with different inner diameters to form a filter screen column, and sleeving a micron mesh dust filter screen outside the filter screen column.

Example 4
A chemical filter comprising a filter body and the chemical filter material prepared in example 3 installed in the filter body. The upper end of the filter body is provided with a fan and an air outlet, the three side surfaces are provided with air inlet holes which are arranged in an array mode, and the chemical filter materials are vertically arranged.
Tests show that the adsorption and purification efficiency of the chemical filter screen (single layer) on formaldehyde and TVOC is superior to that of the commercially available activated carbon filter screen, formaldehyde filter screen third generation-composite high-efficiency filter screen and HEPA filter screen.

Claims (9)

s2, ultrasonically dispersing manganese dioxide modified activated carbon in 6 times of deionized water, adding superfine silicon dioxide aerogel, and obtaining a mixed adsorption material for later use after the silicon dioxide aerogel is completely adsorbed;
and S3, respectively and uniformly spraying a layer of mixed adsorption material on the front side and the back side of the filter screen, and drying to obtain the filter screen.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S1, the filter screen is cylindrical or rectangular.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S2, each hole of the filter screen is made to allow gas to pass through.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising the steps of sequentially mounting screens having different inner diameters to form a screen column, and mounting a micron mesh dust screen on the outside of the screen column.
6. The preparation method of the chemical filter material of claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 10 parts of micro silica aerogel, 5 parts of carbon fiber and 5 parts of modified chitosan fiber.
7. The preparation method of the chemical filter material of claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 15 parts of micro silica aerogel, 10 parts of carbon fiber and 10 parts of modified chitosan fiber.
8. The preparation method of the chemical filter material of claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of manganese dioxide modified activated carbon, 15 parts of micro silica aerogel, 10 parts of carbon fiber and 10 parts of modified chitosan fiber.
9. A chemical filter, which comprises a filter body and is characterized by also comprising a chemical filter material prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 8 and arranged in the filter body.
