背景技术

目前，肺纤维化主要采用抗炎药和/或免疫抑制剂、抗纤维化药物、抗凝血药物、肺移植等措施进行治疗。常用的治疗肺纤维化的药物，包括糖皮质类固醇、环磷酰胺、硝基咪唑硫嘧啶、环孢霉素、霉酚酸酯，以及可以影响胶原形成的秋水仙碱和青霉胺等。然而，上述治疗肺纤维化的药物存在治疗效果不佳、毒副作用较大等缺点。
因此，研究新型的治疗效果好、毒副作用小的治疗肺纤维化的药物具有重要意义。

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗肺纤维化的中药组合物，克服了现有的治疗肺纤维化的药物存在治疗效果不佳、毒副作用较大等缺陷问题。

利用上述本发明实施例1～3对应制得的中药组合物来对肺纤维化的患者进行治疗，并参照2000年美国胸科协会关于肺纤维化诊断和治疗国际共识推荐的评价标准来对肺纤维化的治疗效果进行判断，发现本发明中药组合物的总有效率高达92.5％以上，同时对患者用药前后的血尿常规、肝肾功能、心电图等一同做了检查并记录，对比前后并无异常，可见本发明中药组合物无毒副作用。本发明中药组合物对于急性、亚急性、慢性、慢性急性发作等各期肺纤维化均有较好的治疗效果，极具推广和应用价值。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗肺纤维化的中药组合物的制作方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)中所述的清水的加入量是生黄芪、党参、莪术、三棱、全蝎、黄精、巴戟天、杏仁、西洋参、麦冬、百合、生地、熟地、五味子、半夏、竹茹、陈皮和茯苓总质量的7～8倍。
