Abstract
The present invention provides a hair cosmetic composition comprising an amide bond, an amine compound having an amine group at one terminal, a monoacid compound having a hydroxyl group, an alcohol compound of C16, and an alcohol compound of C2 to C6.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition.
Background
Typically, human hair consists of three layers, the cuticle layer (cuticle layer), the cortex (cortix) and the medulla (medulla). The cuticle layer is the outermost layer of the hair shaft, which covers the cortex to protect it, while the undamaged cuticle of healthy hair has a smooth surface, refracts light and reduces friction between hairs.
Hair is susceptible to the external environment. In particular, cold and dry wind, warm air in the room, excessive grooming, mental stress, malnutrition, and insufficient sleep can cause hair damage. In addition, as modern people view hair as a fashion, they often treat the hair such as coloring, perming, and fading or over-use hair cosmetic products or use hair dryers for extended periods of time.
When hair is damaged by various physical, chemical or environmental factors, loss of the cuticle layer of the hair and elution of proteins and lipids inside the hair are caused, resulting in thickening of the hair, reduction of glossiness and increase of friction, thereby causing phenomena of easy tangling, easy breakage of the hair or end breakage. In addition, the loss of elasticity can also lead to hair sagging, loss of fullness or thinning. Furthermore, because damaged hair is difficult to restore, careful care is often required.
Accordingly, there is an increasing consumer demand and preference for conditioning (hair condition improving) products that can maintain hair shine and elasticity.
Existing conditioning products contain cationic surfactants or cationic polymers to improve the appearance and feel of the hair and to achieve long-lasting results. Specifically, it is adsorbed on the surface of hair having anionic property due to damage, improves the hair condition by improving the hair surface, and suppresses the hair damage and static electricity that will occur in the future, thereby making it easier to care for dry and wet hair.
However, current conditioning products using cationic materials only act on the hair surface and thus the cleaning of the hair loses its effectiveness. In particular, for thinned or roughened hair, since the strength inside the hair is greatly reduced, it is difficult to obtain sufficient effects only by improving the hair surface.
Therefore, many attempts have been made to improve the hair condition and enhance the endurance by changing the components of cationic surfactants, higher alcohols, oils, etc. or developing new compounds.
For example, there have been attempts to hydrophobize the surface of hair by including in the conditioner composition a compound having a reactive residue capable of forming a covalent bond with a specific residue of the hair, to provide healthy hair properties while maximizing durability.
In this case, there may be some effects on improving the hair condition, but the effects are insufficient, and the application thereof is limited or the manufacturing process is difficult in consideration of safety (safety) to the human body, stability (stability), and the like.
As another example, there has been an attempt to develop a mousse type hair conditioner, but the sprayed foam is not easily dispersed, resulting in a decrease in spreadability to the hair, and the foam is weak in elasticity, so that a slimy feel may remain after being applied to the hair.
Therefore, there is a further need for the development of a novel hair care composition having excellent conditioning effect and staying power and also excellent spreadability and feeling on the hair.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail so that those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily practice the present invention. However, the present invention can be implemented in various different ways and is not limited to the following embodiments.
In the present specification, "conditioning effect" means repair of damaged hair or prevention of damage to healthy hair. Specifically, the hair is thickened or the tensile strength is improved to strengthen the hair, and the hair is given a soft feeling, a moist feeling, a greasy feeling, an elastic force, and a full feeling to maintain a healthy hair state.
In this specification, when a portion such as a layer, a film, a region, a plate, or the like is described as being located "over" another portion, the case where the other portion is located "directly over" is included, and the case where the other portion is present in the middle is also included. In addition, when a portion is described as being "directly on" another portion, there are no other portions in between.
The hair cosmetic composition according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below.
In order to impart softness and glossiness to damaged hair, hair conditioners, hair oils, hair creams, and the like are generally used. However, hair conditioners are washed off and thus softness and glossiness are not sustained, while hair oils or hair creams, although good in softness and glossiness retention, leave a slimy feel on hands and hair for a long time. In addition, similar products (mousse type hair conditioner, aerosol cosmetic composition) developed at present have difficulty spreading foam, are difficult to apply uniformly to hair, and have a wet, sticky feel in use after being applied to hair.
However, one embodiment of the present invention provides a foam type leave-on hair care composition (hair cosmetic composition) comprising an amine compound having an amide bond and an amine group at a terminal of one side, a monoacid compound having a hydroxyl group, an alcohol compound of C16, and an alcohol compound of C2 to C6 as essential components, which has a fresh feeling of use and an excellent spreadability so that the softness and glossiness of hair are maintained for a long time, compared to existing leave-on products such as hair oil or hair cream and similar types (mousse type hair conditioner, aerosol cosmetic composition) products developed so far.
The amine compound having an amine group at a certain side terminal and the amide bond may be included by 1 wt% or more, for example, may be included by 1 wt% to 3 wt%, with respect to the total amount of the hair cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention.
When the content of the amine compound is less than 1% by weight with respect to the total amount of the hair cosmetic composition according to one embodiment of the present invention, since the amount of the amine compound is relatively too small, the durability of the hair softness is reduced, and it is difficult to feel a fresh feeling in use. In addition, when the content of the amine compound is more than 3% by weight with respect to the total amount of the hair cosmetic composition according to one embodiment of the present invention, a problem of skin irritation may occur, and thus it is not preferable.
For example, the amine compound, the alcohol compound of C16, and the alcohol compound of C2 to C6 may be included in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 3:5 to 10. When the amine compound, the alcohol compound of C16, and the alcohol compound of C2 to C6 have the weight ratio range, the softness can be continuously maintained to the hair, and also excellent spreadability, foam-maintaining power, fresh feeling, and the like can be maintained to the hair.
For example, the amine compound may be represented by the following chemical formula 1.
[ chemical formula 1]
In the chemical formula 1, the first and second organic solvents,
R1to R3Each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group,
L1is a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group of C1 to C20,
n is an integer of 1 to 20.
For example, in the chemical formula 1, R1May be a substituted or unsubstituted C11 to C20 alkyl group, R2And R3Each independently may be a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C10 alkyl group, L1May be a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group of C1 to C10, and n may be an integer of 1 to 10.
When the compound represented by chemical formula 1 is used as the amine compound, the softness and durability of the hair, the spreadability of the composition on the hair, the foam elasticity made of the composition, and the refreshing feeling (sensory) are excellent, compared to when amine compounds of other structures are used.
For example, the monoacid compound having a hydroxyl group may be represented by the following chemical formula 2.
[ chemical formula 2]
In the chemical formula 2,
R4is unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl.
For example, in the chemical formula 2, R4Is an unsubstituted C1 to C10 alkyl group, such as an unsubstituted C1 to C5 alkyl group.
In the chemical formula 2, the carbon atom directly bonded to the hydroxyl group (excluding the hydroxyl group constituting the carboxyl group) may have an R arrangement (configuration) or an S arrangement (configuration). That is, the chemical compound of chemical formula 2 may be a racemic mixture (racemic mixture) or may have any arrangement (configuration) as an optical isomer.
When the compound represented by chemical formula 2 is used as the monoacid, the softness and durability of the hair and the elasticity of the foam made of the composition can be excellent compared to when monoacid compounds of other structures are used.
The amine compound and the monoacid compound may be included in a molar ratio of 1: 1. When the amine compound and the monoacid compound are contained in the above molar ratio, the amine compound is neutralized by the monoacid compound, and can be more easily dissolved in a solvent such as deionized water, thereby functioning as a surfactant and a hair conditioner.
The alcohol compound of C16 may be included in an amount of 100 parts by weight to 300 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound. When the content of the C16 alcohol compound is less than 100 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound, the softness and durability of the hair and the composition spreadability to the hair may be reduced, and thus it is not preferable. When the content of the alcohol compound of C16 is more than 300 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound, foam elasticity and refreshing feeling (sensory) made from the composition may be reduced, and thus it is not preferable.
For example, the alcohol compound of C16 may be represented by the following chemical formula 3.
[ chemical formula 3]
In the chemical formula 3, the first and second organic solvents,
R5is unsubstituted C16 alkyl.
When the compound represented by chemical formula 3 is used as the alcohol compound of C16, the softness and durability of hair and the composition spreadability to hair may be excellent compared to when the alcohol compound of C16 of other structure is used.
The alcohol compound of C2 to C6 may include 500 parts by weight to 1000 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound. When the content of the alcohol compound of C2 to C6 is less than 500 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound, the composition spreadability and fresh feeling (sensory) to hair may be reduced, and thus it is not preferable. When the content of the alcohol compound of C2 to C6 is more than 1000 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the amine compound, the softness and durability of the hair and the elasticity of the foam made of the composition may be reduced, and thus it is not preferable.
For example, the alcohol compound of C2 to C6 may be represented by the following chemical formula 4.
[ chemical formula 4]
In the chemical formula 4, the first and second organic solvents,
R6is unsubstituted C2 to C6 alkyl.

Evaluation 1: softness of hair
The force intensity (hair friction force) applied when the hair was rubbed was measured by a multi-function hair measuring instrument MTT175 (manufactured by DiaStron corporation), and the results are shown in fig. 1 and 5.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 5, comparative examples 1, 2, 5, 8 to 11, 12, 13 and 15 showed poor compliance of hair due to high friction of hair.
Evaluation 2: application to hair
0.2g of each of the hair cosmetic compositions of examples and comparative examples was applied to a hair strand of the same size using 6 researchers of the arabian pacific institute, and the number of applications was measured until the foam disappeared, and the results are shown in fig. 2 and 6.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 6, comparative examples 10, 11, 13, and 16 did not absorb rapidly into hair, and thus had poor spreadability on hair.
Evaluation 3: foam maintenance force (elasticity)
The same amount of foam generated from each hair cosmetic composition was taken and put in a beaker of the same size, and then the initial height was measured, and after 24 hours, the height was measured again after the foam was reduced to some extent, and compared with the initial height, and the results thereof are shown in fig. 3 and 7.
From fig. 3 and 7, it was confirmed that the foams of comparative examples 1, 2, 4 to 9, 14 and 15 were not hard but poor in retention force.
Evaluation 4: sense of freshness
The results of sensory evaluation (10 points) of freshness (less slimy and no wet feeling) of hair strands of the same size (10 points) (higher freshness score) were performed by applying 0.2g of each of the hair cosmetic compositions of examples and comparative examples to 6 researchers at the arabian pacific institute, and then applying the hair cosmetic compositions to the hair strands with the same size with the thumb and the index finger (fig. 4 and 8).
As can be seen from fig. 4 and 8, the refreshing feeling was poor in comparative examples 1,3, 4, 12, 14 and 16.
The results of the evaluations 1 to 4 are shown in the following Table 4, and the respective evaluation indexes and ○/X are explained below.
Evaluation 1: softness of hair
Evaluation 2: application to hair
Evaluation 3: foam retention
Evaluation 4: refreshing feeling (sense organ)
○ Excellent
X: failure of the product
