Abstract

Background
The vinasse is a waste product of various grains such as rice, sorghum and the like which are brewed by a brewery. Research finds that waste vinasse using various grains as raw materials contains part of undecomposed grain products, the part of grain products contains about 25% of crude fibrin, and the grain products are good crude protein sources like bean pulp and rapeseed pulp left after oil extraction.
