本发明涉及一种轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组,包括高压绕组和低压绕组,高压绕组设置于低压绕组内,空心铜管外表面缠包一层以上H级绝缘材料层,高压绕组和低压绕组之间经H级绝缘胶浇注;所述高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端均焊接连接接线座,且高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端的管口焊接连接外接冷却水管的直通卡套接头。其结构简单,空心铜管水内冷式结构,可有效降低绕组温度,延长使用寿命,兼具绝缘性能好,磁场分布均匀,磁感应强度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种变压器设备,具体说是一种轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组。
背景技术
目前轨道信号控制系统使用的变压器采用的是扁线绕组形式,这类绕组电流高度集中于导体表面,易产生集肤效应,导致绕组效率降低,产生铜损,进而使变压器温度异常升高。此外扁线绕组制作困难,且使用寿命偏短,经济效益不高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单,空心铜管水内冷式结构,可有效降低绕组温度,延长使用寿命,兼具绝缘性能好,磁场分布均匀,磁感应强度高的轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组,包括高压绕组和低压绕组,高压绕组设置于低压绕组内,其特征在于:所述空心铜管外表面缠包一层以上H级绝缘材料层,高压绕组和低压绕组之间经H级绝缘胶浇注;所述高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端均焊接连接接线座,且高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端的管口焊接连接外接冷却水管的直通卡套接头。
进一步地,高压绕组和低压绕组均由空心铜管绕制成矩形结构。
进一步地,所述矩形结构的拐角处圆滑过渡。
进一步地,所述接线座、直通卡套接头与空心铜管均为钎焊。
本发明采用铜管绕制成矩形状制作高压、低压绕组,高压绕组镶嵌在低压绕组内档,中间使用H级绝缘胶进行浇注;铜管表面缠绕H级绝缘材料层,进行防护;接线座和接头通过钎焊焊接在铜管上,接头采用直通卡套式,方便与水管连接。冷却液通过接头水管进入铜管内,循环流动,对设备进行有效降温。绕组使用较小直径的铜管,可获得较大的占空系数,又可以增加绕组匝数,使电压增高,电流减小,提高效率,避免设备过热,极大的提高了设备的安全性、稳定性,延长了设备的使用寿命,可获得较高的经济效益。

图1、2所示:一种轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组包括高压绕组1、低压绕组2、高压接线座3、高压绕组直通卡套式接头4、低压套组直通卡套式接头5、低压接线座6。高压绕组1和低压绕组2均由空心铜管绕制成矩形结构,矩形结构的拐角处圆滑过渡,高压绕组1设置于低压绕组2内,空心铜管外表面缠包一层以上H级绝缘材料层,高压绕组和低压绕组之间经H级绝缘胶浇注;高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端分别钎焊焊接连接高压、低压接线座3、6,且高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端的管口分别钎焊焊接连接外接冷却水管的高压绕组直通卡套接头4和低压绕组直通卡套式接头5。

1.一种轨道变压器用双层铜管绕组,包括高压绕组和低压绕组,高压绕组设置于低压绕组内,其特征在于:所述空心铜管外表面缠包一层以上H级绝缘材料层,高压绕组和低压绕组之间经H级绝缘胶浇注;所述高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端均焊接连接接线座,且高压绕组和低压绕组的空心铜管两接线端的管口焊接连接外接冷却水管的直通卡套接头。
