Abstract

背景技术
以浮置变速箱主轴联接诸如双中间轴变速箱为特征的变速箱是非常公知的,其示例可见于专利号为3327472;3238613;3425290及3885446的美国专利,其中所披露的内容结合在此作为参考。

然而,使用这样的止推垫圈存在一问题,在用于润滑主轴及主轴齿轮和中间轴齿轮润滑油开始在止推垫圈与主轴齿轮推力表面之间聚集,从而形成产生阻力的流体润滑油层,导致止推垫圈和主轴齿轮锁定在一起。
这里公开了通过至少在止推垫圈一侧上至少包括一个凹坑,来减少止推垫圈与主轴齿轮推力表面之间润滑油的淤积,从而有效地使润滑油从其间径向向外飞溅。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一车辆变速箱,其上有减少润滑油在主轴变速齿轮与构成变速箱零件的止推垫圈之间淤积的装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一用于车辆变速箱的改进的止推垫圈,其上至少有一个凹坑,它能有效地减少润滑油在止推垫圈与构成变速箱零件的主轴齿轮之间的润滑油淤积。

具体实施方式
在图1中,变速箱100是一双中间轴的车辆变速箱,其一对中间轴4和6分别相互平行地布置在主轴2的相对侧,主轴2和中间轴4和6在变速箱100的空腔7内被旋转止推着。
空腔7设有一标号为9的润滑油箱,其特征在于通过各主和中间轴齿轮的转动将润滑油分布在整个该空腔中。
一由车辆发动机驱动的输入轴24转动齿轮3,齿轮3在转动中依次驱动中间轴4和6,中间轴4和6驱使中间轴齿轮8和10来转动主轴齿轮12绕主轴2转动,及驱使中间轴齿轮14和16来转动主轴齿轮18绕主轴2转动。
主轴齿轮12和18沿主轴2滑动,直至通过各自的接合器20和22与主轴2选择地接合,然后使主轴2转动并驱动一通过诸如一差速总成与车辆驱动轮转动相连的输出轴26。
主轴2转动的速度由单个主轴和与主轴选择接合的组合中间轴齿轮之间的传动比来决定。
接合器总成20和22与沿主轴2外圆周轴向延伸的花键相连,其在图2中的标号为44,然后接合器总成20和22且与主轴2一起转动。
接合器20和22通过拨叉23和25可选择地在相反轴向上运动,且其齿接合地与齿轮12和18上的内齿相啮合(未标出)。
在图2中,相邻的主轴齿轮12和18分别有法兰盘40和42,其径向向内朝主轴2延伸。法兰盘40和42有相邻的环形止推面47和49,环形止推面47和49沿主轴2轴向相互面对着,法兰盘40和42在其相对侧还分别有环形止推面54和56,其沿主轴2轴向相互远离,在图3中标出。
在主轴2的外表面上且在分别朝向主轴齿轮12和18的法兰盘40和42的环形表面47和49之间,一推力垫圈32置于径向的槽38中。
如图2和3所示,固定环28和30分别置于在主轴2的外表面上的径向的环形槽34和36中,这样固定环30与齿轮12的推力表面54相邻接,而固定环28与齿轮18的推力表面56相邻接。
固定环28和30和止推垫圈32在槽34,36和38中的布置,其分别使由拨叉23和25在相对轴向运动而由接合器总成20和22传给的轴向推力由主轴2来吸收。
如图3和4所示,止推垫圈32在其至少一侧上至少包括一凹坑,使润滑油9在箭头方向上沿径向向外飞溅,从而减少位止推垫圈32和朝向推力表面的主轴齿轮之间的润滑油的淤积,从而减少流体阻力。
尤其如图4和5所示,止推垫圈32在其一侧上设置至少一个而最好许多个沿周向大致相等间隔的凹坑48,且最好在其另一侧面上设置至少一个而最好许多个沿周向大致相等间隔的凹坑58,在止推垫圈32的一侧上凹坑58沿圆周方向布置在或对准着另一侧面上的相邻凹坑48的中间间隔,以便防止在某些凹坑位置过度减薄止推垫圈32的厚度。
如果就固定环28和30而言,止推垫圈32是一有内和外圆周的环形件。该内圆周适合于与绕主轴2外表面的轴向花键44相键接。实际上,在止推垫圈32沿花键44轴向滑动后,当止推垫圈32置于环形槽38中时,止推垫圈32的周向间隔的齿39与花键44之间的轴向槽相对中然后转动,当齿39之间的槽之一与花键44之间的槽之一相对中,一键,诸如键52,穿插其中来保证止推垫圈32与主轴2一起转动。

2、如权利要求1的变速箱(100),其特征在于,所述的止推垫圈被紧固成与主轴一起转动。
3、如权利要求1的变速箱(100),其特征在于,所述的在止推垫圈两侧上的许多凹坑(48,58)至少在其一侧上周向相等地彼此间隔布置。
