技术领域

背景技术

然而,使用这样的止推垫圈存在一问题,在用于润滑主轴及主轴齿轮和中间轴齿轮润滑油开始在止推垫圈与主轴齿轮推力表面之间聚集,从而形成产生阻力的流体润滑油层,导致止推垫圈和主轴齿轮锁定在一起。

发明内容

具体实施方式
在图1中,变速箱100是一双中间轴的车辆变速箱,其一对中间轴4和6分别相互平行地布置在主轴2的相对侧,主轴2和中间轴4和6在变速箱100的空腔7内被旋转止推着。
空腔7设有一标号为9的润滑油箱,其特征在于通过各主和中间轴齿轮的转动将润滑油分布在整个该空腔中。
一由车辆发动机驱动的输入轴24转动齿轮3,齿轮3在转动中依次驱动中间轴4和6,中间轴4和6驱使中间轴齿轮8和10来转动主轴齿轮12绕主轴2转动,及驱使中间轴齿轮14和16来转动主轴齿轮18绕主轴2转动。
主轴齿轮12和18沿主轴2滑动,直至通过各自的接合器20和22与主轴2选择地接合,然后使主轴2转动并驱动一通过诸如一差速总成与车辆驱动轮转动相连的输出轴26。
主轴2转动的速度由单个主轴和与主轴选择接合的组合中间轴齿轮之间的传动比来决定。
接合器总成20和22与沿主轴2外圆周轴向延伸的花键相连,其在图2中的标号为44,然后接合器总成20和22且与主轴2一起转动。
接合器20和22通过拨叉23和25可选择地在相反轴向上运动,且其齿接合地与齿轮12和18上的内齿相啮合(未标出)。
在图2中,相邻的主轴齿轮12和18分别有法兰盘40和42,其径向向内朝主轴2延伸。法兰盘40和42有相邻的环形止推面47和49,环形止推面47和49沿主轴2轴向相互面对着,法兰盘40和42在其相对侧还分别有环形止推面54和56,其沿主轴2轴向相互远离,在图3中标出。
在主轴2的外表面上且在分别朝向主轴齿轮12和18的法兰盘40和42的环形表面47和49之间,一推力垫圈32置于径向的槽38中。
