The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic water meters, in particular to an internal pressure taking method and an internal pressure taking device of an electromagnetic water meter, wherein the internal pressure taking device of the electromagnetic water meter comprises a water meter body, a fixing frame, a battery box, a signal conversion controller and a pressure sensor; an internal pressure tapping method of an electromagnetic water meter, the method comprising: s1, arranging the pressure sensor in the water meter body and connecting the pressure sensor with the signal conversion controller; s2, coating a rubber lining in the pipeline of the water meter body; s3, connecting the upper end of the pressure taking connecting pipe with a pressure sensor; s4, inserting the pressure taking electrode into the rubber lining and connecting the pressure taking and connecting pipe; by adopting the invention, the external battery box is convenient for replacing and overhauling the power supply, the pressure sensor built in the upper end of the inside of the water meter body is not easy to damage, the pressure taking connecting pipe and the pressure taking electrode are matched to form a split pressure taking assembly, and when the pressure sensor needs to be replaced and overhauled, the whole machine is not required to be disassembled; certain protection is ensured, and the repair cannot be carried out.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic water meters, in particular to an internal pressure measuring method and an internal pressure measuring device of an electromagnetic water meter.
Background
With the gradual improvement of the reliability performance of electronic products, the defects of operation and convenience of mechanical products are gradually reflected. In recent years, the electromagnetic water meter gradually replaces a mechanical water meter, and the functions of the electromagnetic water meter are more and more. Pipeline pressure sensing is one of the main items.
The pressure measurement mode of pipeline pressure detection is basically divided into internal pressure measurement and external pressure measurement.
The internal pressure measurement is mainly that a pressure sensor is arranged in a sensor and is transmitted to a terminal after being processed by an electronic component. The advantages are that: the appearance is not influenced, the protection level is high, the volume is small, and the whole structure is not influenced; the disadvantages are as follows: the pressure sensor cannot be repaired or replaced after being damaged.
The external pressure measurement is to add a pressure measurement hole or a related device from the outside of the sensor, and transmit signals to the converter/controller through an external conduit for processing. The advantages are that: convenient replacement and quick repair. The disadvantages are as follows: large appearance transformation, poor product interchangeability and poor protection grade.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure measuring device which does not affect the appearance, has higher protection grade, is convenient to replace and has strong protection performance, and a method for realizing internal pressure measurement.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an internal pressure taking device of an electromagnetic water meter comprises a water meter body, a fixing frame, a battery box, a signal conversion controller, a pressure taking electrode and a pressure sensor;
the inner wall of the pipeline of the water meter body is coated with a rubber lining; the fixing frame is fixed on the shell of the water meter body, and the battery box and the signal conversion controller are both fixed on the fixing frame; the pressure sensor is arranged in the water meter body, the upper end of the pressure sensor is connected with the signal conversion controller, and the lower end of the pressure sensor is connected with the pressure taking and connecting pipe; the pressure measuring electrode penetrates through the rubber lining and is connected with the pressure measuring connecting pipe;
the pressure sensor and the signal conversion controller are electrically connected with the battery box.
Furthermore, the rubber lining, the pressure measuring electrode and the pressure measuring connecting pipe are all filled and bonded by epoxy resin.
Furthermore, potting silicone gel is used for filling and bonding between the pressure sensor and the signal conversion controller.
Further, the pressure sensor is connected with a signal conversion controller, and a signal antenna is arranged in the signal conversion controller.
An internal pressure tapping method of an electromagnetic water meter, the method comprising:
s1, arranging the pressure sensor in the water meter body and connecting the pressure sensor with the signal conversion controller;
s2, coating a rubber lining in the pipeline of the water meter body;
s3, connecting the upper end of the pressure taking connecting pipe with a pressure sensor;
and S4, inserting the pressure taking electrode into the rubber lining and connecting the pressure taking pipe.
Further, the rubber lining, the pressure taking electrode and the pressure taking connecting pipe in the S2, the S3 and the S4 are all filled and bonded by epoxy resin.
Further, in S1, a potting silicone gel is used to fill and bond the pressure sensor and the signal conversion controller.
Furthermore, when the pressure sensor needs to be overhauled and maintained, the encapsulation silicone gel is removed, and after treatment and maintenance, encapsulation is carried out again.

in the embodiment of the invention, the fixing frame is fixed on the water meter body, the battery box and the signal converter are externally fixed on the fixing frame, the inner wall of the pipeline of the water meter body adopts the rubber lining, so that the water meter body has good waterproof performance, and the pressure sensor in the water meter body can work efficiently;
by adopting the invention, the external battery box is convenient for replacing and overhauling the power supply, the specification can be selected according to the requirement, the pressure sensor arranged at the upper end inside the water meter body is not easy to damage, the pressure taking connecting pipe and the pressure taking electrode are matched to form the split pressure taking assembly, and when the pressure sensor needs to be replaced and overhauled, the whole machine is not needed to be disassembled; certain protection is ensured, and the repair cannot be carried out.

the inner wall of the pipeline of the water meter body 1 is coated with a rubber lining 9; the fixing frame 2 is fixed on the shell of the water meter body 1, and the battery box 3 and the signal conversion controller 4 are both fixed on the fixing frame 2; the pressure sensor 5 is arranged in the water meter body 1, the upper end of the pressure sensor 5 is connected with the signal conversion controller 4, and the lower end of the pressure sensor 5 is connected with the pressure-taking connection pipe 6; the pressure measuring electrode 7 penetrates through the rubber lining 9 and is connected with the pressure measuring connecting pipe 6;
the pressure sensor 5 and the signal conversion controller 4 are both electrically connected with the battery box 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, a fixing frame 2 is fixed on a water meter body 1, a battery box 3 and a signal converter 4 are externally fixed on the fixing frame 2, the inner wall of a pipeline of the water meter body 1 adopts a rubber lining 9, so that the water meter has good waterproof performance, the pressure sensor 5 in the water meter body 1 can work efficiently, the upper end of the pressure sensor 5 is connected with a signal conversion controller, the lower end of the pressure sensor 5 is connected with a pressure taking connecting pipe 6, a pressure taking electrode 7 penetrates through the rubber lining 9 and is connected with the pressure taking connecting pipe 6, the pressure taking electrode 7 arranged in the pipeline of the water meter body 1 is not easy to damage, the pressure taking connecting pipe 6 is arranged separately, when the pressure sensor 5 has a fault, the whole device is not required to be disassembled, and only the pressure;
by adopting the invention, the external battery box 3 is convenient for replacing and overhauling a power supply, specification selection can be carried out according to requirements, the pressure sensor 5 which is arranged at the upper end inside the water meter body 1 is not easy to damage, and a pressure taking connecting pipe 6 and a pressure taking electrode 7 are matched to form a split type pressure taking assembly, when the pressure sensor 5 needs to be replaced and overhauled, the whole machine is not needed to be disassembled; certain protection is ensured, and the repair cannot be carried out.
Furthermore, the rubber lining 9, the pressure taking electrode 7 and the pressure taking connecting pipe 6 are filled and bonded by epoxy resin 8;

Further, in S1, the potting silicone gel 10 is used to fill and bond the pressure sensor 5 and the signal conversion controller 4.
Further, the potting silicone gel 10 is removed when the pressure sensor 5 needs to be overhauled and maintained, and the potting is carried out again after the treatment and maintenance.

the inner wall of the pipeline of the water meter body (1) is coated with a rubber lining (9); the fixing frame (2) is fixed on the shell of the water meter body (1), and the battery box (3) and the signal conversion controller (4) are fixed on the fixing frame (2); the pressure sensor (5) is arranged in the water meter body (1), the upper end of the pressure sensor (5) is connected with the signal conversion controller (4), and the lower end of the pressure sensor is connected with the pressure connection pipe (6); the pressure measuring electrode (7) penetrates through the rubber lining (9) to be connected with the pressure measuring connecting pipe (6);
the pressure sensor (5) and the signal conversion controller (4) are electrically connected with the battery box (3).
2. An internal pressure tapping device of an electromagnetic water meter as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rubber lining (9), said pressure tapping electrode (7) and said pressure tapping pipe (6) are filled and bonded by epoxy resin (8).
3. An internal pressure tapping device for an electromagnetic water meter as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressure sensor (5) is attached to said signal conversion controller (4) by filling with potting silicone gel (10).
4. An internal pressure tapping device of an electromagnetic water meter as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressure sensor (5) is connected to a signal conversion controller (4), and said signal conversion controller (4) has a signal antenna built therein.
5. An internal pressure tapping method for an electromagnetic water meter, the method comprising:
s1, arranging the pressure sensor in the water meter body and connecting the pressure sensor with the signal conversion controller;
s2, coating a rubber lining in the pipeline of the water meter body;
s3, connecting the upper end of the pressure taking connecting pipe with a pressure sensor;
and S4, inserting the pressure taking electrode into the rubber lining and connecting the pressure taking pipe.
6. An internal pressure tapping method of an electromagnetic water meter as claimed in claim 5, wherein said rubber linings, pressure tapping electrodes and pressure tapping pipes of said S2, S3 and S4 are all bonded together by filling epoxy resin.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the pressure sensor is bonded to the signal conversion controller by potting silicone gel filling in the S1.
8. An internal pressure tapping method as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein said potting silicone gel is removed when said pressure sensor is to be repaired or maintained, and is re-potted after being disposed of for maintenance.
