一种混砂设备
技术领域
本发明涉及油气田开采用混砂设备技术领域,具体涉及一种混砂设备。
背景技术
当前油气田压裂增产领域,混砂设备是压裂成套设备中的核心设备,其主要用于将上游供给的压裂基液、支撑剂、化学添加剂进行混合,最后将混合好的压裂液供给给下游泵送设备。
当前混砂设备在实际应用中主要有如下实现形式:
(1)、以柴油发动机驱动的形式为主,柴油机驱动的的设备存在诸多缺点:(a)、体积大、结构复杂:柴油机系统包含进气系统、排气系统、加热系统、燃油系统、冷却系统等,结构复杂,占用空间大;(b)、不环保: 柴油发动机驱动的混砂设备在井场运行过程中,会产生发动机废气污染和噪音污染,严重影响周围居民的正常生活,同时燃油、机油、防冻液等均有泄漏风险,会对环境造成一定程度的污染。(c)、不经济: 柴油发动机驱动的混砂设备,设备初期的采购成本比较高,设备运行时单位功率燃料消耗费用高,动力系统的日常维护保养费用也很高。
(2)、纯电驱动混砂设备,即混砂设备中的所有执行元件都由电动机驱动,电动机与各执行元件一对一驱动,整个混砂设备上的电动机个数多,且部分执行元件需求功率大,相应的电动机驱动功率要求也就大,电动机功率大,自然体积就大。由此带来的问题:无论是电动机个数多,还是某些单个大功率电动机,都会对混砂设备整体布置带来极大困难,为了实现全电驱动,往往需要牺牲很大的结构空间,最终导致混砂设备整体尺寸变大、重量加大,不利于运输及井场布置,且因空间限制,混砂设备整体维护保养便利性也差。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种混砂设备,本专利通过变传统的柴油发动机驱动为电动机驱动,保留液压系统,全部动力采用电驱液的形式,实现电动机作为动力源的环保节能等优势的同时,兼顾液压系统驱动部件体积小、布置灵活的优势。以此来解决传统混砂设备在应用中存在的不环保、尺寸大、运输及井场布置不便及维护便利性差等问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种混砂设备,所述混砂设备包括电动机和液压系统,所述电动机作为液压系统的动力源,所述液压系统驱动混砂设备中所有的执行元件。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案通过变传统的柴油发动机驱动为电动机驱动,保留液压系统,全部动力采用电驱液的形式,实现电动机作为动力源的环保节能等优势的同时,兼顾液压系统驱动马达体积小、布置灵活的优势。以此来解决传统混砂设备在应用中存在的不环保、尺寸大、运输及井场布置不便及维护便利性差等问题。采用电动机驱动液压系统取代传统柴油机驱动或纯电动驱动,电动机相比于柴油机环保节能,电驱液相对于纯电动,减少了电动机的个数,大大节省了多个电动机的所占空间,使得整个混砂设备尺寸浓缩,重量减轻,更加利于运输及井场布置,整个混砂设备结构简单,整体维护保养便利性好。电动机采用变频一体机,变频单元直接集成在电动机上,无需额外配置变频单元,节约了变频单元所占空间,有效利用电动机的空间,保证整个混砂设备尺寸最优,同时避免了因独立变频单元散热系统故障带来的风险隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1 至2 所示,一种混砂设备,所述混砂设备包括电动机12和液压系统2,所述电动机12为一台,所述电动机12作为液压系统2的动力源,所述液压系统2驱动混砂设备中所有的执行元件。混砂设备中的执行元件:吸入离心泵13,排出离心泵8,液添系统中的液添泵,混合罐的搅拌器,输砂装置6,干添系统和冷却系统。相对于现有技术中以柴油发动机做动力源,本技术方案电动机12作动力源,能避免柴油机驱动诸多缺点,体积小,运输方便,无废气污染和噪音污染,经济,维护保养费用低。相对于现有技术的纯电动驱动,本技术方案通过变传统的柴油发动机驱动为电动机12驱动,保留液压系统2,全部动力采用电驱液的形式,实现电动机12作为动力源的环保节能等优势的同时,兼顾液压系统2驱动马达体积小、布置灵活的优势。使混砂设备可以向小型化、轻量化的方向更近一步。
所述电动机12为变频一体机。变频单元直接集成在电动机12上,无需额外配置变频单元,有效利用电动机12动力单元空间,保证混砂设备整体尺寸最优,同时避免了因独立变频单元散热系统故障带来的风险隐患。
所述混砂设备包括排出离心泵8,吸入离心泵13,混合系统7,输砂装置6和承载装置11,所述排出离心泵8,吸入离心泵13,混合系统7和输砂装置6集成在承载装置11上,所述电动机12和液压系统2也集成在承载装置11上。
所述承载装置11为半挂车或车载或橇座。多承载形式,灵活选取,更大程度满足客户实际的使用要求。
所述承载装置11上集成有气源系统。混砂设备中各管路连接,都会采用阀门控制通断。混砂设备上较多使用的阀门类型为气动阀门,故气源系统,如空压机,能为气动阀门提供动力。
所述混砂设备为本地控制和/或远程控制。当需要本地控制时,可以在承载装置11长度方向的中间位置设控制室3,也可以在承载装置11上设控制箱,通过控制箱与远程的某个控制系统连接,实现远程控制。
所述混砂设备包括液添系统4,干添系统5,冷却系统1和管汇系统,所述管汇系统设在承载装置11长度方向的两侧,输砂装置6设在承载装置11长度方向的一端,混合系统7与输砂装置6相邻设置,干添系统5设在混合系统7的上方,所述液添系统4与干添系统5相邻设置,液添系统4包括多个液添泵,多个液添泵分布在承载装置11上方,并靠近承载装置11的两侧。
排出离心泵8和吸入离心泵13设在管汇系统中,电动机12和冷却系统1设在承载装置11长度方向的另一端,所述冷却系统1设在电动机12的上方,所述液压系统2与电动机12相邻设置。电动机12通过分动箱10与液压系统2连接。一个电动机12对应一个分动箱10。
混合系统7为混合罐,输砂装置6的出砂口位于混合罐的上方,干添系统5的下料口直接对准混合罐进口,管汇系统包括吸入集管14和排出集管9,所述吸入集管14和排出集管9分设在承载装置11长度方向的两侧,在吸入集管14上连接吸入离心泵13,在排出集管9上连接排出离心泵8,液添系统4的排出端直接接入混合罐或吸入集管14。混合罐包含罐体和搅拌器两部分组成,其可以将注入其中的压裂基液、支撑剂、化学添加剂进行充分混合搅拌,形成压裂液。
工作原理:吸入离心泵13通过吸入集管14从上游供液设备吸入压裂基液并将其注入到混合系统7中,支撑剂通过输砂装置6加入到混合系统7中,干粉添加剂通过干添系统5注入到混合系统7中,或其他液体添加剂通过液添系统4注入到混合系统7中,压裂基液、支撑剂、化学添加剂在混合系统7中通过混合系统7中的搅拌器进行混合搅拌形成压裂液,压裂液通过排出离心泵8吸入加压后通过排出集管9注入到下游设备中。
