Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly multifunctional dust suppressant, belonging to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of plants and environmental protection.
Background
The total suspended particulate matters are one of the important conventional analysis indexes of air pollution, and the raised dust is an important factor for increasing the particulate matters in the air. In recent years, the dust pollution prevention and control work is receiving social attention, and becomes a hard and hard project for environmental governments at all levels. At present, dust pollution sources mainly comprise construction dust, road dust, yard dust and other categories, and the dust pollution has great harm and seriously affects various problems of people such as health, urban appearance, traffic safety and the like. The scheme of managing raise dust at present has: 1. the dust suppression by sprinkling is also the most common method for controlling the raised dust at present, and the raised dust is subjected to wetting action by water and then is condensed into large particles to accelerate sedimentation, so that the dust suppression effect is achieved. The method has the advantages of large water consumption, short dust suppression time and unsatisfactory effect in large-scale dust suppression application in industrial and municipal engineering. 2. Chemical dust suppression, which is a novel and high-efficiency dust suppression method. Depending on the dust suppressing performance, there are chemical dust suppressing agents of a wetting type, a moisture absorption and retention type, a binding type, an agglomeration type and the like. The composite chemical inhibitor is the combination of chemical dust depressors with different functions, and has more efficient dust suppression effect compared with a single chemical dust suppressant.
With the rapid development of industrial economy, the compound chemical dust suppressant is widely applied. However, how to control the dust emission better controls the pollutants such as the dust emitted by germs, the allergic catkin and the like becomes a technical problem to be solved at present. Therefore, multifunctional dust suppressant with antibacterial property is beginning to become a research hotspot of many researchers. The patent CN201610362105.0 prepares the dust suppressant with the sterilization function by adding sodium diacetate and sodium sorbate as the bactericide, the dust suppression and the sterilization are both relatively efficient, but the higher production cost limits the better popularization and application of the dust suppressant. Therefore, the development of the dust suppressant with low cost and an antibacterial function has certain practical significance.
The sow thistle is a wild plant with strong adaptability, can grow in the field and beside the road, and is widely distributed in northwest regions. The bitter herbs have a great utilization value, but have little real industrial value.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of an environment-friendly multifunctional dust suppressant.
Preparation of dust suppressant
The invention relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly multifunctional dust suppressant, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the sow thistle powder into water with the temperature of 70-100 ℃, leaching at constant temperature for 2-8 h, cooling and filtering to obtain the sow thistle aqueous dispersion.
The herba Sonchi Oleracei water dispersion contains herba Sonchi Oleracei polysaccharide, taraxasterol, and choline. The sow thistle polysaccharide solution has good coagulation effect, has affinity and adsorption force with dust particles, and can coagulate fine dust particles into larger particles. The taraxasterol and choline have strong bactericidal effect on hemolytic streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and other bacteria.
(2) And (2) sequentially adding the chitosan modified high polymer, the rosin polyethylene glycol citrate and the hydroxypropyl starch into the sow thistle aqueous dispersion obtained in the step (1), and fully stirring for 30-60 min at the temperature of 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution A.
The mixed solution A is a dust suppression active component, wherein the chitosan modified high polymer has a large molecular weight, is a high polymer with a molecular chain containing positive and negative charge groups, and has excellent moisture absorption and moisture retention and film forming properties. The rosin polyethylene glycol citrate is a surfactant with excellent wettability, can be biologically degraded and has no any irritation to human skin. The hydroxypropyl starch has thickening and binding effects, can effectively bind fine dust particles, promotes the agglomeration of dust, and achieves the effect of dust suppression.
(3) And (2) sequentially adding calcium chloride, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium tungstate into the sow thistle aqueous dispersion obtained in the step (1), and fully stirring for 20-40 min at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution B.
The mixed solution B is a corrosion-inhibition anti-freezing component, wherein calcium chloride has double functions of freezing resistance and moisture absorption, but the dosage of the mixed solution B is reduced as much as possible in the formula due to the side effect of the chloride on the environment. The sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the sodium tungstate form a system with excellent corrosion inhibition performance, and the risk of corrosion to public facilities in the construction process of the product can be effectively reduced.
(4) And fully mixing the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B, and fully stirring for 30-60 min at the environment temperature under the negative pressure of 0.06-0.08 MPa to obtain the dust suppressant.
The bitter herb powder in the step (1) has 80-160 meshes; the mass ratio of the sow thistle powder to the water is 1: 6-1: 12.
The mass ratio of the sow thistle aqueous dispersion, the chitosan modified high polymer, the rosin polyethylene glycol citrate and the hydroxypropyl starch in the step (2) is 1: (2.0% -10.0%): (0.2% -1.0%): (6.0% -12.0%).
The chitosan modified high polymer in the step (2) has a viscosity average molecular weight of more than 50 ten thousand, and has a structural formula as follows:
in the step (2), the stirring speed is 150-200 r/min.
The mass ratio of the sow thistle aqueous dispersion, the calcium chloride, the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the sodium tungstate in the step (3) is 1: (6.0% -12.0%): (0.04% -0.2%): (0.04% -0.2%).
In the step (3), the stirring speed is 150-200 r/min.
The mass ratio of the mixed solution A to the mixed solution B in the step (4) is 1: 1-2: 1.
In the step (4), the stirring speed is 500-700 r/min.
Performance of dust suppressant
The dust suppression efficiency of the product is measured according to a standard T/CAEPI 7-2017 water-soluble road dust suppressant (a road dust environmental chamber method); the freezing point is determined according to the method specified in standard GB/T2430-; pH determination with an acidimeter (Hana HI 9025); the dust suppression performance and the physical and chemical test results of the product of the invention are shown in Table 1.
The antibacterial property of the product of the invention is evaluated by referring to a method in a quantitative bacteria killing test in disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition), and the antibacterial property test result of the product of the invention is shown in Table 2.
As can be seen from Table 1, the dust suppression period of the product of the invention reaches 6 days, and the dust suppression period is 6 days after the work for PM10Has a dust suppression rate of 83.2-86.7% and PM2.5The dust suppression rate of the dust suppressant is 85.4-87.2%, and the dust suppressant is higher than that of similar products. The freezing point is-17.0 to-13.0 ℃, and the freezing risk in the winter construction process is effectively avoided. The pH value of the paint is 6.4-7.6, the pH value is mild, and the damage to the environment and constructors is avoided. As can be seen from Table 2, the product of the invention has a strong bactericidal effect on common bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and the like, and effectively controls some bacteria in the ambient air, flying dust and floating catkin while controlling the flying dust, thereby ensuring the healthy living environment of people.
In conclusion, the wild plant sow thistle which is widely distributed in northwest regions and has strong adaptability is fully utilized to prepare the dust suppressant, the raw materials are wide in source, the preparation process is simple, the production cost is low, the prepared product combines wetting, moisturizing, coagulation and bonding properties, has high-efficiency dust suppression effect and antibacterial function, and is suitable for popularization and use in dust-prone areas and catkin high-emergence areas of roads, construction sites and the like. The sow thistle is utilized to develop the low-cost dust suppressant with the antibacterial function, so that the industrialized value of the sow thistle in the northwest region is realized, and certain economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
