The left side and the right side of the escape door 1 are both provided with gas springs, one ends of the gas springs are hinged on the escape door 1, the other ends of the gas springs are hinged on corresponding parts of the installation door frame 4, and the gas springs are used for enabling the escape door 1 to be kept in a turnover open state. One end of the escape ramp assembly 6 is hinged to the lower end of the mounting door frame 4, the other end of the escape ramp assembly 6 is provided with a guy cable 6a, and the other end of the guy cable 6a is fixedly arranged on a winding shaft 6 b.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 6 to 9, the door lock device 2 includes a latch, an unlocking dial 2-1, a locking pin 2-2, a locking pin pull rod 2-3, a latch limit card 2-4, an emergency unlocking handle 2-5, an external unlocking push rod 2-6, an external unlocking link 2-7, and a door lock mount 2-8.
Referring to fig. 13, bolts are fixedly provided on both left and right sides of a lower portion of the installation door frame 4, and extend from bolt holes 4-1 provided in the installation door frame 4 to the inside of the installation door frame 4 (bolts are not shown in the drawing). The lock bolt is a cylinder shaft.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the unlocking dial 2-1 is rotatably provided on the middle of the door lock mount 2-8. The emergency unlocking handle 2-5 is fixedly arranged on the unlocking turntable 2-1, and the emergency unlocking handle 2-5 is pulled to enable the unlocking turntable 2-1 to rotate. The two locking pins 2-2 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a sliding way, and the two locking pins 2-2 are respectively arranged along the axis of the two locking pins in a sliding way along the left and the right directions. The two locking pin pull rods 2-3 are arranged, one locking pin pull rod 2-3 is used for connecting the locking pin 2-2 positioned on the left side and the unlocking turntable 2-1 in a transmission mode, the other locking pin pull rod 2-3 is used for connecting the locking pin 2-2 positioned on the right side and the unlocking turntable 2-1 in a transmission mode, and accordingly the unlocking turntable 2-1 is rotated, and the two locking pins 2-2 synchronously and reversely move. A locking tension spring 2-9 is arranged between the locking pin pull rod 2-3 and the door lock mounting seat 2-8, and the locking tension spring 2-9 is used for moving the locking pin pull rod 2-3 outwards, so that the locking pin 2-2 extends outwards. The two lock bolt limiting clamps 2-4 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a rotating way, and the two lock bolt limiting clamps 2-4 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a rotating way. The lock plunger limit card 2-4 comprises a U-shaped locking part and a limit part 2-41. The front part of the lock plunger limiting card 2-4 is provided with a corresponding locating pin 2-10. The lock plunger limiting cards 2-4 keep the U-shaped openings towards the rear upper side through corresponding torsion springs. When the door is closed, the lock bolt enters between the two ends of the U-shaped locking part of the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4 is driven to rotate backwards to enable the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped locking part to face upwards, then the locking pin 2-2 extends outwards to the position above the limiting part 2-41 of the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, and the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4 cannot rotate forwards any more to be opened, so that a locking structure is formed with the lock bolt. The external unlocking push rod 2-6 is arranged on the left side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a sliding way along the left and right direction by the axis of the external unlocking push rod, the external unlocking connecting rod 2-7 is in transmission connection between the external unlocking push rod 2-6 and the locking pin pull rod 2-3 positioned on the left side, and the locking pin pull rod 2-3 is driven to move by pushing the external unlocking push rod 2-6, so that the unlocking purpose can be achieved. The outer surface of the subway locomotive is provided with a corresponding spanner, and the spanner is connected with a corresponding ejector rod in a transmission way to push the external unlocking push rod 2-6 to move inwards, so that the aim of unlocking outside the vehicle is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, 6 and 10, the unlocking device 3 includes an unlocking push rod 3-1 and an unlocking shield 3-2. The two ends of the unlocking push rod 3-1 are rotatably arranged on the escape door 1, the axis of the unlocking push rod 3-1 is mutually parallel to the rotation axis of the unlocking push rod, the unlocking push rod 3-1 is fixedly connected with the unlocking rotary table 2-1 of the door lock device 2 through a steel wire rope, so that when the unlocking push rod 3-1 is pushed upwards to rotate, the steel wire rope is driven to pull the unlocking rotary table 2-1 to rotate for unlocking, and the escape door 1 is upwards supported by a gas spring (not shown in the figure).
The left side and the right side of the unlocking protective cover 3-2 are rotatably arranged in corresponding protective cover pin shaft holes 3-4 on the escape door 1 through lockable pin shafts 3-3. The unlocking protective cover 3-2 covers the unlocking push rod 3-1 from above and in front, and is used for preventing the escape door 1 from being opened by mistakenly pushing the unlocking push rod 3-1. The rotary connection part (the part in the pin hole 3-4 of the protective cover) of the lockable pin 3-3 is provided with two planes which are parallel to each other in front and back, and the two planes are parallel to the axis of the lockable pin 3-3. The protective cover pin shaft hole 3-4 comprises a round hole at the upper part and a waist-shaped hole at the lower part, the upper part of the waist-shaped hole is communicated with the round hole, and the axis of the waist-shaped hole is arranged along the up-down direction. The width of the waist-shaped hole in the front-rear direction corresponds to the distance between the two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3. Thus, when the unlocking shield 3-2 is opened upward, the two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3 slide downward into the waist-shaped holes of the shield pin shaft holes 3-4 positioned at the lower part, and the unlocking shield 3-2 is kept in an opened state and cannot be closed downward. When the unlocking protective cover 3-2 needs to be closed, the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is lifted upwards, so that the lockable pin shaft 3-3 moves upwards into a round hole positioned at the upper part of the protective cover pin shaft hole 3-4, and then rotates downwards to be closed, and the upper part and the front part of the unlocking push rod 3-1 are covered.
Referring to fig. 1to 3, 5, 11 and 12, the top hinge linkage 5 includes a winding reel assembly 5-1, an escape door mounting arm 5-2, a ratchet block linkage pin 5-3, a ratchet block 5-4 and a mounting seat 5-5.
The reel assembly 5-1 includes a first drive gear 5-11 and a second drive gear 5-12. The first driving gear 5-11 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the mounting seat 5-5, a transmission connection square hole is arranged on the rotating shaft of the first driving gear 5-11, and the first driving gear is in transmission connection with the connection square hole through a corresponding wrench, so that the first driving gear 5-11 can be driven to rotate through the wrench. The second transmission gear 5-12 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the mounting seat 5-5 and meshed with the first driving gear 5-11.
The two escape door mounting arms 5-2 are respectively called a left escape door mounting arm 5-2a and a right escape door mounting arm 5-2b according to the difference of the left and right positions of the two escape door mounting arms 5-2. The two escape door mounting arms 5-2 are coaxially and rotatably arranged on the mounting seat 5-5. The escape door 1 is fixedly connected to two escape door mounting arms 5-2. The wire reel 6b is rotatably provided on the right portion of the mount 5-5. The second transmission gear 5-12 is in driving connection with the reel 6b via a corresponding driving shaft.
The upper part of the ratchet block 5-4 is rotatably connected with the left part of the mounting seat 5-5, and the ratchet at the lower part thereof is meshed with the first driving gear 5-11 under the action of the corresponding torsion spring, so that the first driving gear 5-11 can only rotate unidirectionally. The right part of the ratchet block 5-4 is provided with a transmission baffle plate 5-41.
The ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 is slidably arranged on the left escape door mounting arm 5-2a along the left-right direction, and is driven by a corresponding compression spring to extend leftwards below the transmission baffle plate 5-41 of the ratchet block 5-4, so that when the escape door 1 is opened upwards, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 drives the ratchet block 5-4 to be separated from the first driving gear 5-11 upwards, and the first driving gear 5-11 can rotate reversely.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 14-16, escape ramp assembly 6 includes a pedal frame assembly 6-1, a pedal 6-2, and an opening device 6-3. The opening devices 6-3 are provided with two groups, and the two groups of opening devices 6-3 have the same structure and comprise compression springs 6-31 and supporting platforms 6-32. The two sets of opening devices 6-3 are fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the lower portion of the mounting doorframe 4 by their respective compression springs 6-31, respectively. The supporting platform 6-31 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the compression spring 6-31, and the compression spring 6-31 is vertically arranged along the up-down direction.
The pedal frame assemblies 6-1 have two groups, and the two groups of pedal frame assemblies 6-1 are referred to as left pedal frame assemblies 6-11 and right pedal frame assemblies 6-12, respectively, depending on the left and right positions they are located in.
The left pedal frame assembly 6-11 includes a left first support bar 6-11-1, a left second support bar 6-11-2, a left first cushioning device 6-11-3, and a left pull bar 6-11-4.
One end of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 is fixedly connected to the left side of the lower portion of the mounting door frame 4 in a hinged mode, the other end of the left first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 in a hinged mode, the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 are unfolded to form 180 degrees, and the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 is turned upwards to be unfolded. The left safety protection belt 6-c1 is provided on the left and left first support bars 6-11-1 and the left second support bars 6-11-2 of the installation door frame 4.
The other end of the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 is fixedly connected with a guy rope 6 a. The left first buffer device 6-11-3 adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the left side of the mounting door frame 4, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the left first support rod 6-11-1. The rear end of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 is provided with a guide roller 6-11-11, and the rotation axis of the guide roller 6-11-11 is parallel to the hinging axis of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the mounting door frame 4. When the left first support rod 6-11-1 and the left second support rod 6-11-2 are folded and retracted, the guide roller 6-11-11 at the rear end of the left first support rod 6-11-1 is pressed down on the support platform 6-32 of the opening device 6-3 located on the left from above, so that the compression spring 6-31 is in a compressed state. The left pull rod 6-11-4 is composed of two connecting rods which are connected together in a hinged mode, one end of the left pull rod 6-11-4 is connected to the mounting door frame 4 in a hinged mode, and the other end of the left pull rod is connected to the hinged position of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 in a hinged mode.
The right pedal frame assembly 6-12 includes a right first support bar 6-12-1, a right second support bar 6-12-2, a right first cushioning device 6-12-3, and a right pull bar 6-12-4.
One end of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 is fixedly connected to the right side of the lower portion of the installation door frame 4 in a hinged mode, the other end of the right first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 in a hinged mode, the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 are unfolded to form 180 degrees, and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 is turned upwards to be unfolded. The right safety protection belt 6-c2 is disposed on the right and right first support bars 6-12-1 and the right second support bar 6-12-2 of the installation door frame 4.
The right first buffer device 6-12-3 adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the right side of the mounting door frame 4, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the right first support rod 6-12-1. The rear end of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 is provided with a guide roller 6-12-11, and the rotation axis of the guide roller 6-12-11 is parallel to the hinging axis of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the mounting door frame 4. When the right first support rod 6-12-1 and the right second support rod 6-12-2 are folded and retracted, the guide roller 6-12-11 at the rear end of the right first support rod 6-12-1 is pressed down on the support platform 6-32 of the opening device 6-3 located on the right from above, so that the compression spring 6-31 is in a compressed state. The right pull rod 6-12-4 is composed of two connecting rods which are connected together in a hinged mode, one end of the right pull rod 6-12-4 is connected to the mounting door frame 4 in a hinged mode, and the other end of the right pull rod is connected to the hinged position of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 in a hinged mode.
The pedals 6-2 have 4, and the 4 pedals 6-2 are called a first pedal 6-21, a second pedal 6-22, a third pedal 6-23 and a fourth pedal 6-24 from front to back.
The first pedal 6-21 is fixedly disposed between the front portion of the left side second support bar 6-11-2 and the front portion of the right side second support bar 6-12-2 of the pedal frame assembly 6-1.
The front portion of the second pedal 6-22 is rotatably disposed between the left side second support bar 6-11-2 and the right side second support bar 6-12-2, behind the first pedal 6-21. The rear part of the second pedal 6-22 is hinged with the third pedal 6-23, and the rear part of the third pedal 6-23 is rotatably arranged between the left side first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the right side first supporting rod 6-12-1 and positioned in front of the fourth pedal 6-24. A stretching cylinder is respectively arranged between the left and right sides of the lower rear part of the second pedal 6-22 and the left and right sides of the lower front part of the third pedal 6-23, and the stretching cylinder plays a role in buffering and stretching when the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are unfolded.
The fourth pedal 6-24 is fixedly disposed between the rear portion of the left side first support rod 6-11-1 and the rear portion of the right side first support rod 6-12-1 of the pedal frame assembly 6-1.
Referring to fig. 3, 16 and 17, the pedal locking device 7 includes a pedal locking pin 7-1, a U-shaped stopper 7-2, a U-shaped stopper torsion spring 7-3, an unlocking spanner 7-4 and a spanner torsion spring 7-5. The pedal locking pin 7-1 is fixedly provided on the inside rear portion of the right second support bar 6-12-2 of the pedal frame 6-1, protruding to the inside of the frame below the second pedal 6-22, with its axis being disposed parallel to the rotational axis when the pedal is deployed. The U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 is rotatably arranged on the second pedal 6-22 by one end of the U-shaped connecting part, and the U-shaped limit clamp torsion spring 7-3 is used for keeping the opening of the U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 in a state parallel to the right second support rod 6-12-2. The lower side of the U-shaped connecting part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 is provided with a bayonet 7-21. The unlocking spanner 7-4 is rotatably arranged on the second pedal 6-22, and the lower part of the unlocking spanner 7-4 extends downwards out of the second pedal 6-22. The upper part of the unlocking spanner 7-4 is provided with a limit lug 7-41, the limit lug 7-41 stretches into a bayonet 7-21 of the U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 and is used for preventing an opening of the U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 from being opened downwards, and the spanner torsion spring 7-5 is used for enabling the limit lug 7-41 of the unlocking spanner 7-4 to be kept in the bayonet 7-21. When the pedal locking device is used, when the second pedal 6-22 is unfolded, after the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 downwards touches the pedal locking pin 7-1 on the second pedal 6-22, the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 moves upwards, and when the pedal locking pin 7-1 moves upwards to the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2, the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 is reset downwards under the action of the U-shaped limiting clamp torsion spring 7-3, so that the pedal locking pin 7-1 is limited and fixed in the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2. When unlocking is needed, the unlocking spanner 7-4 is pulled, the limiting protruding blocks 7-41 of the unlocking spanner 7-4 are separated from the bayonets 7-21 of the U-shaped limiting clamps 7-2, so that when the second pedal 6-22 is upwards retracted, the pedal locking pin 7-1 drives the opening of the U-shaped limiting clamps 7-2 to downwards open, and when the pedal locking pin 7-1 is separated from the U-shaped limiting clamps 7-2, the U-shaped limiting clamps 7-2 are upwards reset under the action of the U-shaped limiting clamp torsion springs 7-3, and then the unlocking spanner 7-4 is released.
The escape device of the subway locomotive is used as follows: the unlocking protection cover 3-2 is opened upwards, two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3 slide downwards into the waist-shaped holes of the protection cover pin shaft holes 3-4 positioned at the lower part, and the unlocking protection cover 3-2 is kept in an opened state and cannot be closed downwards. Then when the unlocking push rod 3-1 is pushed upwards to rotate, the steel wire rope is driven to pull the unlocking turntable 2-1 to rotate, the locking pin 2-2 is pulled to move inwards through the locking pin pull rod 2-3, the escape door 1 is pushed outwards after being separated from the upper part of the limiting part 2-41 of the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4 rotates backwards under the action of the torsion spring and the action of the lock bolt, so that the lock bolt can be separated from the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, and then the escape door 1 is upwards supported by the air spring. While the escape door 1 is supported, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 drives the ratchet block 5-4 to be separated from the first driving gear 5-11 upwards, and the first driving gear 5-11 can rotate freely, so that the pedal frame assembly 6-1 is jacked up by the opening device 6-3, the left first support rod 6-11-1 and the right first support rod 6-12-1 fall forwards, the left second support rod 6-11-2 and the right second support rod 6-12-2 are turned over forwards from the upper direction and opened, and the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are locked in the unfolded state by the pedal locking device 7 after being unfolded, so that an escape ramp is formed. After the escape door is used up, when the escape door is required to be retracted, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 is pulled rightward to separate from the transmission baffle plate 5-41 of the ratchet block 5-4, the ratchet block 5-4 and the first driving gear 5-11 form a ratchet mechanism, then the first driving gear 5-11 is rotated by corresponding tools, the second transmission gear 5-12 and the winding shaft 6b are driven to rotate, the winding shaft 6b winds the stay cable 6a on the winding shaft 6b, so that the pedal frame assembly 6-1 is pulled back by the stay cable 6a, and meanwhile, the pedal locking pin 7-1 is required to be unlocked, so that the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are folded backwards. Finally, the escape door 1 is pulled back.
