Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 6 to 9, the door lock device 2 includes a latch, an unlocking turntable 2-1, a locking pin 2-2, a locking pin lever 2-3, a latch stopper 2-4, an emergency unlocking handle 2-5, an external unlocking push rod 2-6, an external unlocking link 2-7, and a door lock mounting seat 2-8.
Referring to fig. 13, the bolts are fixedly provided on the lower left and right sides of the installation door frame 4 to protrude from the bolt holes 4-1 of the installation door frame 4 toward the inside of the installation door frame 4 (the bolts are not shown). The lock bolt is a cylindrical shaft.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the unlocking turntable 2-1 is rotatably provided on the middle portion of the door lock mounting seat 2-8. The emergency unlocking handle 2-5 is fixedly arranged on the unlocking rotary table 2-1, and the emergency unlocking handle 2-5 is pulled to enable the unlocking rotary table 2-1 to rotate. The two locking pins 2-2 are arranged, the two locking pins 2-2 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a sliding mode, and the two locking pins 2-2 are arranged by sliding along the axis in the left-right direction. The two locking pin pull rods 2-3 are provided, one locking pin pull rod 2-3 is used for being in transmission connection with the locking pin 2-2 positioned on the left side and the unlocking rotary table 2-1, and the other locking pin pull rod 2-3 is used for being in transmission connection with the locking pin 2-2 positioned on the right side and the unlocking rotary table 2-1, so that the unlocking rotary table 2-1 is rotated to enable the two locking pins 2-2 to synchronously move in the opposite direction. A locking pressure extension spring 2-9 is arranged between the locking pin pull rod 2-3 and the door lock mounting seat 2-8, and the locking extension spring 2-9 is used for moving the locking pin pull rod 2-3 outwards so as to enable the locking pin 2-2 to extend outwards. Two lock bolt limiting clamps 2-4 are arranged, and the two lock bolt limiting clamps 2-4 are respectively and rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8. The latch position-limiting card 2-4 includes a U-shaped locking portion and a position-limiting portion 2-41. The front part of the lock bolt limiting card 2-4 is provided with a corresponding positioning pin 2-10. The lock bolt limiting clamps 2-4 keep the U-shaped openings towards the upper rear direction through corresponding torsion springs. When the door is closed, the lock bolt enters between two ends of the U-shaped locking part of the lock bolt limiting card 2-4, then the lock bolt limiting card 2-4 is driven to rotate backwards to enable the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped locking part to face upwards, then the locking pin 2-2 extends outwards to the upper part of the limiting part 2-41 of the lock bolt limiting card 2-4, and the lock bolt limiting card 2-4 cannot rotate forwards to be opened, so that a locking structure is formed with the lock bolt. The external unlocking push rod 2-6 is arranged on the left side of the door lock mounting seat 2-8 in a left-right sliding mode through the axis of the external unlocking push rod 2-6, the external unlocking connecting rod 2-7 is connected between the external unlocking push rod 2-6 and the locking pin pull rod 2-3 located on the left side in a transmission mode, and the external unlocking push rod 2-6 is pushed to drive the locking pin pull rod 2-3 to move, so that the unlocking purpose can be achieved. Corresponding wrenches are arranged outside the subway locomotive, and the wrenches are in transmission connection with corresponding ejector rods to push the external unlocking push rods 2-6 to move inwards, so that the aim of unlocking outside the subway locomotive is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, 6 and 10, the unlocking means 3 includes an unlocking push rod 3-1 and an unlocking shield 3-2. Two ends of an unlocking push rod 3-1 are rotatably arranged on the escape door 1, the axis of the unlocking push rod 3-1 is parallel to the rotation axis of the unlocking push rod 3-1, the unlocking push rod 3-1 is fixedly connected with an unlocking turntable 2-1 of the door lock device 2 through a steel wire rope, so that when the unlocking push rod 3-1 is pushed upwards to rotate, the steel wire rope is driven to pull the unlocking turntable 2-1 to rotate for unlocking, and the escape door 1 is upwards supported by an air spring (not shown in the figure).
The left side and the right side of the unlocking protective cover 3-2 are rotatably arranged in corresponding protective cover pin shaft holes 3-4 on the escape door 1 through lockable pin shafts 3-3. The unlocking protective cover 3-2 covers the unlocking push rod 3-1 from the upper part and the front part and is used for preventing the escape door 1 from being opened due to the fact that the unlocking push rod 3-1 is pushed by mistake. The rotary connection part (the part positioned in the pin shaft hole 3-4 of the protective cover) of the lockable pin shaft 3-3 is provided with two planes which are parallel to each other in the front and back, and the two planes are parallel to the axis of the lockable pin shaft 3-3. The protective cover pin shaft hole 3-4 comprises a round hole positioned at the upper part and a waist-shaped hole positioned at the lower part, the upper part of the waist-shaped hole is communicated with the round hole, and the axis of the waist-shaped hole is arranged along the vertical direction. The width of the waist-shaped hole in the front-back direction corresponds to the distance between two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3. Therefore, when the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is opened upwards, the two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3 slide downwards into the waist-shaped hole at the lower part of the pin shaft hole 3-4 of the protective cover, and the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is kept in an opened state and cannot be closed downwards. When the unlocking protective cover 3-2 needs to be closed, the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is lifted upwards, the lockable pin shaft 3-3 moves upwards to a round hole in the upper part of the pin shaft hole 3-4 of the protective cover, then the locking pin shaft rotates downwards to be closed, and the upper part and the front part of the unlocking push rod 3-1 are covered.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, 5, 11 and 12, the top hinge linkage 5 includes a wire reel assembly 5-1, an escape door mounting arm 5-2, a ratchet block linkage pin 5-3, a ratchet block 5-4 and a mounting seat 5-5.
The wire reel assembly 5-1 includes a first driving gear 5-11 and a second driving gear 5-12. The first driving gear 5-11 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the mounting seat 5-5, a transmission connecting square hole is arranged on a rotating shaft of the first driving gear 5-11 and is in transmission connection with the connecting square hole through a corresponding wrench, so that the first driving gear 5-11 can be driven to rotate through the wrench. The second transmission gear 5-12 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the mounting seat 5-5 and is meshed with the first driving gear 5-11.
The escape door mounting arms 5-2 are two, and the two escape door mounting arms 5-2 are respectively called a left escape door mounting arm 5-2a and a right escape door mounting arm 5-2b according to the left and right positions of the two escape door mounting arms. The two escape door mounting arms 5-2 are coaxially and rotatably arranged on the mounting seats 5-5. The escape door 1 is fixedly connected to the two escape door mounting arms 5-2. The spool 6b is rotatably provided on the right portion of the mount 5-5. The second transmission gears 5-12 are in transmission connection with the winding shaft 6b through corresponding transmission shafts.
The upper part of the ratchet block 5-4 is rotatably connected and arranged on the left part of the mounting seat 5-5, and under the action of a corresponding torsion spring, the ratchet at the lower part is meshed with the first driving gear 5-11, so that the first driving gear 5-11 can only rotate in one direction. The right part of the ratchet block 5-4 is provided with a transmission baffle 5-41.
The ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 is arranged on the left escape door mounting arm 5-2a in a left-right sliding mode and driven by a corresponding compression spring to extend leftwards into the position below a transmission baffle 5-41 of the ratchet block 5-4, so that when the escape door 1 is opened upwards, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 drives the ratchet block 5-4 to be upwards separated from the first driving gear 5-11, and the first driving gear 5-11 can rotate reversely.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 14 to 16, escape ramp assembly 6 includes a pedal frame assembly 6-1, a pedal 6-2, and an opening device 6-3. Two groups of opening devices 6-3 are provided, and the two groups of opening devices 6-3 have the same structure and respectively comprise a compression spring 6-31 and a supporting platform 6-32. Two sets of opening devices 6-3 are fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the lower portion of the installation doorframe 4 by respective compression springs 6-31. The supporting platform 6-31 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the compression spring 6-31, and the compression spring 6-31 is vertically arranged along the up-down direction.
The pedal frame components 6-1 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of pedal frame components 6-1 are respectively called a left pedal frame component 6-11 and a right pedal frame component 6-12 according to the left and right positions of the pedal frame components.
The left pedal frame assembly 6-11 comprises a left first support rod 6-11-1, a left second support rod 6-11-2, a left first buffer device 6-11-3 and a left pull rod 6-11-4.
One end of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 is hinged and fixedly connected to the left side of the lower part of the installation door frame 4, the other end of the left first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected with the left second supporting rod 6-11-2, the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 are unfolded to form an angle of 180 degrees, and the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 is turned upwards and opened. The left safety guard 6-c1 is provided on the left and left first support bar 6-11-1 and the left second support bar 6-11-2 of the installation doorframe 4.
The other end of the second support bar 6-11-2 on the left side is fixedly connected with a pull rope 6 a. The first left buffer device 6-11-3 adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the left side of the installation door frame 4, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the first left support rod 6-11-1. The rear end of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 is provided with a guide roller 6-11-11, and the rotation axis of the guide roller 6-11-11 is parallel to the hinge axis of the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the hinge axis of the installation door frame 4. When the first left support bar 6-11-1 and the second left support bar 6-11-2 are folded, the guide roller 6-11-11 at the rear end of the first left support bar 6-11-1 presses downward from above against the support platform 6-32 of the opening device 6-3 located on the left side, so that the compression spring 6-31 is in a compressed state. The left side pull rod 6-11-4 is composed of two connecting rods which are hinged together, one end of the left side pull rod 6-11-4 is hinged to the installation door frame 4, and the other end of the left side pull rod 6-11-4 is hinged to the hinged position of the left side first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the left side second supporting rod 6-11-2.
The right pedal frame assembly 6-12 comprises a right first support rod 6-12-1, a right second support rod 6-12-2, a right first buffer device 6-12-3 and a right pull rod 6-12-4.
One end of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 is hinged and fixedly connected to the right side of the lower part of the door frame 4, the other end of the right first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected with the right second supporting rod 6-12-2, the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 are unfolded to form an angle of 180 degrees, and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 is turned upwards and opened. The right safety guard 6-c2 is provided on the right side of the installation doorframe 4 and on the right first support bar 6-12-1 and the right second support bar 6-12-2.
The first right buffer device 6-12-3 adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the right side of the installation door frame 4, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged on the first right support rod 6-12-1. The rear end of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 is provided with a guide roller 6-12-11, and the rotation axis of the guide roller 6-12-11 is parallel to the hinge axis of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the hinge axis of the installation door frame 4. When the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 are folded, the guide roller 6-12-11 at the rear end of the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 is pressed downwards from above onto the supporting platform 6-32 of the opening device 6-3 on the right side, so that the compression spring 6-31 is in a compressed state. The right side pull rod 6-12-4 is composed of two connecting rods which are hinged together, one end of the right side pull rod 6-12-4 is hinged to the installation door frame 4, and the other end is hinged to the hinged position of the right side first supporting rod 6-12-1 and the right side second supporting rod 6-12-2.
The pedal 6-2 has 4 pedals, and the 4 pedals 6-2 are called a first pedal 6-21, a second pedal 6-22, a third pedal 6-23 and a fourth pedal 6-24 from front to back.
The first pedal 6-21 is fixedly arranged between the front part of the left second support bar 6-11-2 and the front part of the right second support bar 6-12-2 of the pedal frame assembly 6-1.
The front part of the second pedal 6-22 is rotatably arranged between the left second support rod 6-11-2 and the right second support rod 6-12-2 and is positioned behind the first pedal 6-21. The rear part of the second pedal 6-22 is hinged with the third pedal 6-23, and the rear part of the third pedal 6-23 is rotatably arranged between the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 and is positioned in front of the fourth pedal 6-24. And a stretching cylinder is respectively arranged between the left side and the right side of the rear part of the lower side of the second pedal 6-22 and the left side and the right side of the front part of the lower side of the third pedal 6-23, and plays a role in buffering and stretching when the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are unfolded.
The fourth pedal 6-24 is fixedly disposed between the rear portion of the left first support bar 6-11-1 and the rear portion of the right first support bar 6-12-1 of the pedal frame assembly 6-1.
Referring to fig. 3, 16 and 17, the pedal locking device 7 includes a pedal locking pin 7-1, a U-shaped limit clip 7-2, a U-shaped limit clip torsion spring 7-3, an unlocking wrench 7-4 and a wrench torsion spring 7-5. The pedal locking pin 7-1 is fixedly arranged on the inner rear part of the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 of the pedal frame 6-1, extends towards the inside of the frame to be below the second pedal 6-22, and the axis of the pedal locking pin is parallel to the rotation axis of the pedal when the pedal is unfolded. The U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 is rotatably arranged on the second pedal 6-22 from one end of the U-shaped connecting part thereof, and the U-shaped limit clamp torsion spring 7-3 is used for keeping the opening of the U-shaped limit clamp 7-2 in a state of being parallel to the right second supporting rod 6-12-2. The lower side of the U-shaped connecting part of the U-shaped limiting card 7-2 is provided with a bayonet 7-21. The unlocking wrench 7-4 is rotatably arranged on the second pedal 6-22, and the lower part of the unlocking wrench 7-4 extends downwards out of the second pedal 6-22. The upper part of the unlocking wrench 7-4 is provided with a limiting lug 7-41, the limiting lug 7-41 extends into the bayonet 7-21 of the U-shaped limiting card 7-2 and is used for preventing the opening of the U-shaped limiting card 7-2 from being opened downwards, and the wrench torsion spring 7-5 is used for keeping the limiting lug 7-41 of the unlocking wrench 7-4 in the bayonet 7-21. When the pedal locking device is used, when the second pedal 6-22 is unfolded, the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 contacts the pedal locking pin 7-1 on the second pedal 6-22 downwards, the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 moves upwards, when the pedal locking pin 7-1 moves upwards to the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2, the opening part of the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 is reset downwards under the action of the U-shaped limiting clamp torsion spring 7-3, and the pedal locking pin 7-1 is fixed in the U-shaped limiting clamp 7-2 in a limiting way. When unlocking is needed, the unlocking wrench 7-4 is pulled, the limiting lug 7-41 of the unlocking wrench 7-4 is separated from the bayonet 7-21 of the U-shaped limiting card 7-2, the second pedal 6-22 is folded upwards, the pedal locking pin 7-1 drives the opening of the U-shaped limiting card 7-2 to be opened downwards, after the pedal locking pin 7-1 is separated from the U-shaped limiting card 7-2, the U-shaped limiting card 7-2 is reset upwards under the action of the U-shaped limiting card torsion spring 7-3, and then the unlocking wrench 7-4 is loosened.
When the escape device of the subway locomotive is used, the following steps are carried out: the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is opened upwards firstly, two planes of the lockable pin shaft 3-3 slide downwards into a waist-shaped hole at the lower part of the pin shaft hole 3-4 of the protective cover, and the unlocking protective cover 3-2 is kept in an opened state and cannot be closed downwards. Then, when the unlocking push rod 3-1 is pushed upwards to rotate, the steel wire rope is driven to pull the unlocking rotary disc 2-1 to rotate, the locking pin 2-2 is pulled to move inwards through the locking pin pull rod 2-3 to be separated from the upper side of the limiting part 2-41 of the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, meanwhile, the escape door 1 is pushed outwards, the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4 rotates backwards under the action of the torsion spring and the lock bolt, so that the lock bolt can be separated from the lock bolt limiting clamp 2-4, and then the escape door 1 is upwards supported by the gas spring. When the escape door 1 is supported, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 drives the ratchet block 5-4 to be upwards separated from the first driving gear 5-11, the first driving gear 5-11 can rotate freely, so that the pedal frame assembly 6-1 is jacked up by the opening device 6-3, the left first supporting rod 6-11-1 and the right first supporting rod 6-12-1 fall forwards, the left second supporting rod 6-11-2 and the right second supporting rod 6-12-2 are overturned and opened forwards from the upper part, and the second pedal 6-22 is locked in the unfolded state by the pedal locking device 7 after the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are unfolded, so that the escape ramp is formed. After the escape door is used, when the escape door needs to be folded, the ratchet block linkage pin 5-3 is pulled rightwards to be separated from the transmission baffle plate 5-41 of the ratchet block 5-4, the ratchet block 5-4 and the first driving gear 5-11 form a ratchet mechanism, then the first driving gear 5-11 is rotated through a corresponding tool to further drive the second transmission gear 5-12 and the winding reel 6b to rotate, the winding reel 6b winds the inhaul cable 6a on the winding reel 6b, so that the pedal frame assembly 6-1 is pulled back through the inhaul cable 6a, and meanwhile, the pedal locking pin 7-1 needs to be unlocked, and the second pedal 6-22 and the third pedal 6-23 are folded backwards together. And finally, the escape door 1 is pulled back.

8. The escape device for a subway locomotive according to claim 1, wherein: the two groups of pedal frame components are respectively called as a left pedal frame component and a right pedal frame component according to the left and right positions of the pedal frame components;
the left pedal frame component comprises a left first support rod, a left second support rod, a left first buffer device and a left pull rod; one end of the left first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected to the left side of the lower part of the installation door frame, the other end of the left first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected with the left second supporting rod, the left first supporting rod and the left second supporting rod are unfolded to form an angle of 180 degrees, and the left second supporting rod is turned upwards and opened; the first left buffer device adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged to the left side of the installation door frame, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged to a first left support rod; the left pull rod consists of two connecting rods which are hinged together, one end of the left pull rod is hinged to the installation door frame, and the other end of the left pull rod is hinged to the hinged position of the left first supporting rod and the left second supporting rod;
the right pedal frame component comprises a right first support rod, a right second support rod, a right first buffer device and a right pull rod;
one end of the right first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected to the right side of the lower part of the installation door frame, the other end of the right first supporting rod is hinged and fixedly connected with the right second supporting rod, the right first supporting rod and the right second supporting rod are unfolded to form an angle of 180 degrees, and the right second supporting rod is turned upwards and opened; the first right buffer device adopts a stretching cylinder, one end of the stretching cylinder is hinged to the right side of the installation door frame, and the other end of the stretching cylinder is hinged to the first right support rod; the right pull rod consists of two connecting rods which are hinged together, one end of the right pull rod is hinged to the installation door frame, and the other end of the right pull rod is hinged to the hinged position of the right first supporting rod and the right second supporting rod;
the number of the pedals is 4, and the 4 pedals are called as a first pedal, a second pedal, a third pedal and a fourth pedal from front to back;
the first pedal is fixedly arranged between the front part of the left second supporting rod and the front part of the right second supporting rod of the pedal frame assembly;
the front part of the second pedal is rotatably arranged between the left second supporting rod and the right second supporting rod and is positioned behind the first pedal; the rear part of the second pedal is hinged with a third pedal, and the rear part of the third pedal is rotatably arranged between the left first support rod and the right first support rod and is positioned in front of the fourth pedal; a stretching cylinder is respectively arranged between the left side and the right side of the rear part of the lower side of the second pedal and the left side and the right side of the front part of the lower side of the third pedal, and the stretching cylinders play a role in buffering and stretching when the second pedal and the third pedal are unfolded;
the fourth pedal is fixedly arranged between the rear part of the left first supporting rod and the rear part of the right first supporting rod of the pedal frame assembly.
