本发明公布了一种硬质材料的侧面加工装置及其自动加工装置,属于硬质材料机电加工技术领域,方案一包括机架、龙门板、悬臂、摆臂、磨轮、锯片、燕尾件,所述悬臂和摆臂挂在龙门板上,所述龙门沿着机架上的轨道往复滑动,所述燕尾十字滑台装在摆臂上,摆臂前端装设磨轮和锯片,磨轮、锯片上下左右移动由燕尾件调节;方案二在上述基础上,增设控制器、前后电机组件、左右电机组件,这两种电机组件分别用于驱动龙门板在机架上作往复运动和驱动滑块在龙门板作左右运动,由控制器传递信号指令电机启动,其余部件与方案一相同。方案三为,用遥控器、信号接收器代替方案二中的控制器、伺服器,本发明有益效果,用该装置对硬质材料进行侧面加工,效益高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬质材料的侧面加工装置及其自动加工装置,属于硬质材料机电加工技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的雕刻机只能进行雕刻,雕刻完毕后,如果客户需要切边或磨边等工序,现有的雕刻机无法完成,用手工拿着磨轮磨力则费力费时费人工,效率效益低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硬质材料的侧面加工装置及其自动加工装置,用于雕刻前或后进行侧面加工,提高了侧面加工效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案,第一方案包括机架、龙门板、滑块、悬臂、摆臂、磨轮、锯片、燕尾十字滑台,滑块套住龙门板并能在龙门板上往复滑动,所述悬臂和摆臂与滑块连接,并随所述滑块的滑动而滑动,所述龙门沿着机架上的轨道往复滑动,所述燕尾十字滑台装在摆臂上,摆臂前端装设有磨轮和锯片,摆臂与悬臂用螺丝螺帽连接,磨轮、锯片上下左右移动由燕尾十字滑台调节。
第二种方案为自动加工装置,在上述方案一的基础上,增设控制器、前后电机组件、左右电机组件,前后电机组件、左右电机组件分别用于驱动龙门板在机架上作往复运动和驱动滑块在龙门板作左右运动,由控制器传递信号指令电机启动,其余部件与方案一相同。
第三种方案为,用遥控器、信号接收器代替方案二中的控制器进行远距离控制电机组件从而驱动磨轮、锯片转动。与方案二相比,其它零部件相同。
本发明的有益效果是,用该装置在雕刻前或后对硬质材料进行侧面加工,省力省时,轻松方便,效益高。

具体实施方式
本发明一种硬质材料的侧面加工装置及其自动加工装置,用来加工石头、干木材、硬塑料等硬质材料的侧面,下面以石材为例,结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
为了让客户理解本发明,有必要对本说明书提到的技术名词作出解释,本文中提到的“电机组件”包括电机、伺服器和减速机,垂直电机是指垂直放置的电机,平置电机是指水平放置的电机;控制器就是市场上出售的单片机和电源盒,单片机既能读懂、识别事先编设的程序,又能传达或接收指令;磨轮直径的大小、磨轮和锯片的位置和数量,视石材的大小和客户的需要而定,可以是两边都设置磨轮,也可以是两边都设置锯片,或设置一个锯片和一个磨轮。
实施例一 手工推动龙门板进行侧面加工
在机架上按图1、图2和图2-2、图2-3设置龙门板、滑块、悬臂、摆臂、磨轮、锯片、平置电机和垂直电机,把石材的两个侧面对着磨轮,见图1,启动电机,先用人手推动滑块在龙门板上移动,当两悬臂、摆臂上的磨轮接触石材的侧面时再用手推动龙门板在机架上来滑动,这样就可以对石材的两个侧面进行磨边;当需要对石材的侧面进行挖坑时,先把锯片对准石材,多锯片对石材的侧面割裂后,再用与所挖的坑的宽度一样的磨轮对已崩裂之处进行压磨,石材的侧面就出现客户需要的圆凹坑;客户需要开槽时直接用锯片锯成槽状即可;如果需要切力,则改变锯片的方向,即可切边。以上悬臂与摆臂是重叠的,如果需要调节磨轮的角度,则先调松悬摆臂上端的螺帽,把摆臂的下端向前移,用支撑片支撑使摆臂形成倾斜状,见图2-1。
上述实施例已经能对石材侧面进行切边、磨边、开槽、挖坑等加工工序,但在加工过程中石材会产生灰尘,对操作者身体健康有影响。
实施例二 自动推动龙门板和滑块进行侧面加工。在例一已设置各部件的基础上,增设控制器、前后电机组件、左右电机组件和布置控制线路,前后电机组件的输出动力轴驱动龙门板,左右电机组件的输出动力轴驱动滑块,使龙门板能自动沿着机架前后移动和滑块沿着龙门板左右移动,这样就无需人工推动龙门板和滑块。制作如图1的长机架,上面设置磨面装置、雕刻装置和送料装置,当石材磨面、雕刻完毕后,其控制器把信息指令传到本发明的控制器,控制器即指令前后伺服器启动→前后电机启动→前后减速机启动→龙门板沿着机架前后运动,到石材位置时,控制器指令→左右伺服器启动→左右电机启动→左右减速机启动→沿着龙门相向运动,当转动的磨轮或锯片接触石材侧面时即进行加工,无需人力推动即可完成侧面加工过程。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,如果没有送料装置传送石材,把石材固定在机架下,用遥控器和信号接收器代替控制器、伺服器,按上述操作方法同样可以完成对石材的侧面加工。
本发明的保护范围不局限于本实施例,凡是本领域普通技术人员通过本发明权利要求书、说明书及其附图所体现的内容,能推导出可想而知、显而易见的变化,仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种硬质材料的侧面加工装置,包括机架、龙门板、滑块、悬臂、摆臂、磨轮、锯片、燕尾十字滑台、平置电机、垂直电机,其特征在于,滑块套住龙门板并能在龙门板上往复滑动,所述悬臂和摆臂与滑块相连接,并随所述滑块的滑动而滑动,所述龙门板沿着机架上的轨道作往复滑动,所述燕尾十字滑台装在摆臂上,所述摆臂前端装设有磨轮和锯片,所述摆臂与悬臂上端用螺丝螺帽连接,所述平置电机和垂直电机分别驱动磨轮和锯片转动。
2.一种硬质材料的自动侧面加工装置,包括机架、龙门板、悬臂、摆臂、磨轮、锯片、燕尾十字滑台、平置电机、垂直电机,其特征在于,所述悬臂和摆臂通过滑块挂在龙门板上并能在该龙门板上作横向往复运动,所述龙门板沿着机架上的轨道作往复滑动,所述燕尾十字滑台装在摆臂上,所述摆臂前端装设磨轮和锯片,所述摆臂与悬臂上端用螺丝螺帽连接,所述平置电机和垂直电机分别驱动磨轮和锯片转动;还包括自动控制部件,所述自动控制部件包括控制器、电机组件、控制线路,所述电机组件分为前后电机组件、左右电机组件,每个电机组件包括电机、伺服器、减速机,所述控制器既能读懂、识别事先编设的程序,又能传达或接收指令;所述前后电机组件和左右电机组件分别用于驱动龙门板在机架上作往复运动和驱动滑块在龙门板作左右运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种硬质材料的自动侧面加工装置,其特征在于,所述自动控制部件包括遥控器、信号接收器、电机组件、控制线路,所述电机组件分为前后电机组件、左右电机组件,每个电机组件包括电机、伺服器、减速机,所述信号接收器安装在电机组件上并能接收所述遥控器发出的信号。
