Claims (10)
1. A jaw crusher is characterized by comprising a rack, a movable jaw, a fixed jaw, a rotary driving device, a first toothed plate, a second toothed plate and a pushing device, wherein the movable jaw and the fixed jaw are oppositely arranged on the rack, a crushing area is formed between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw, and the first toothed plate and the second toothed plate are respectively arranged on one side, opposite to the fixed jaw and the movable jaw, of the fixed jaw and used for extruding and crushing materials; the rotary driving device is in transmission connection with the upper part of the movable jaw to drive the movable jaw to move close to, away from and move up and down relative to the fixed jaw; one end of the pushing device is fixed on the rack, and the other end of the pushing device is rotatably abutted against the lower part of the movable jaw; the first toothed plate is arranged on the movable jaw, and the distance reducing component is arranged between the fixed jaw and the first toothed plate and used for reducing the width of a crushing area between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw.
2. The jaw crusher of claim 1, wherein the distance reducing assembly comprises a plurality of thickened steel plates of different thicknesses and a support wedge, the thickened steel plates are mounted between the jaw and the first toothed plate in an alternative or combined overlapping manner, and the support wedge is disposed at the bottom of the thickened steel plates.

The jaw crusher of claim 2 wherein said support wedge top has a plurality of stop ramps, said stop ramps are located at different positions on the top of each said support wedge, and the distance from the lowest point of said stop ramp to the edge of said support wedge is equal to the thickness of said thickened steel plate or plates.
4. The jaw crusher of claim 1, wherein the pushing device comprises an upper toggle plate holder, an upper toggle plate seat, a thrust toggle plate and a lower toggle plate seat, the upper toggle plate seat is mounted on the frame through the upper toggle plate holder, the lower toggle plate seat is mounted on the movable jaw, and two ends of the thrust toggle plate are rotatably clamped in grooves of the upper toggle plate seat and the lower toggle plate seat respectively; and the upper toggle plate seat and the lower toggle plate seat are respectively provided with a lubricating oil path for lubricating the thrust toggle plate.

The jaw crusher of claim 4, wherein the pushing device further comprises a spring seat, a tensioning screw, a pressure spring, a locking member and an anti-falling cover, one end of the tensioning screw is hinged to the bottom of the movable jaw, the other end of the tensioning screw penetrates through an elliptical hole in the spring seat and then is connected with the locking member, the pressure spring is sleeved on the tensioning screw between the spring seat and the locking member, and the distance between the spring seat and the locking member is smaller than the natural length of the pressure spring; the anti-falling cover is fixed on the rack and is located at the position of the extension line at the tail end of the tensioning screw rod.
6. The jaw crusher of claim 5, wherein the pusher further comprises an open bias pad disposed on the tension screw and between the compression spring and the spring seat.
7. The jaw crusher of claim 1 further comprising an inspection platform suspended at a top thereof adjacent the inlet, said inspection platform being flanked by a top dust extraction device for cleaning dust at the inlet.
8. The jaw crusher of claim 7, wherein the jaw crusher has a discharge port at the bottom thereof, a conveyor belt line is disposed at the lower part of the discharge port, and a material guiding assembly capable of guiding and decelerating the material is mounted on the discharge port.
9. The jaw crusher of claim 8, wherein lower dust suction devices are respectively provided on the conveyor belt line at the front side and the rear side of the material guide assembly.
10. The jaw crusher of claim 4 wherein a stop is provided at the rear of the jaw above the thrust toggle plate.
