Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of compositions, and particularly relates to a reflective slow-release bird repellent composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, bird damage faults of the transmission line are already a common fault type. Many birds are keen to nest on tall buildings and off-shore power line towers are the most desirable choice for their habitat, which leads to the following problems: firstly, when birds nest on the power transmission line tower, metallic nesting materials may fall down, which causes short circuit of a line insulator and causes short circuit failure and tripping of the power transmission line. Secondly, birds can discharge a large amount of excrement when the power transmission line is dropped and has a rest, and the excrement of the birds is attached to the surface of a circuit insulator and is difficult to remove, so that the insulator is polluted, the insulation grade of the insulator is reduced, and insulation breakdown and flashover are caused in severe cases. In addition, when birds move on the transmission line, wings and feet of the birds can be overlapped between lines, so that line faults are caused, and power failure loss is caused. Therefore, the bird repelling of the high tower of the power transmission line must be implemented, and the potential fault hazard possibly brought by the bird damage is eliminated.
Publication (bulletin) No.: CN101613548B relates to a chemical coating for preventing bird nesting, bird damage and corrosion, and also relates to a preparation method of the coating. The multifunctional bird nest-preventing corrosion-preventing coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of modified fluorocarbon emulsion, 8-10% of plasticizer, 25-30% of nano-scale pigment and filler, 2-5% of silicone oil cross-linking agent, 5-8% of thixotropic agent, 0.5-1% of accelerator, 2-4% of bird repellent agent and 0.5-1% of defoaming agent. The coating additive has more dosage and general crack resistance and bird prevention effect.
Publication (bulletin) No.: CN107312450A relates to a bird-repellent paint, which comprises water-based silica gel resin, silicon dioxide, a solvent, an acid-base buffer agent, a flavoring agent, an inorganic reflective filler and the like. The bird-preventing and bird-repelling coating disclosed by the invention is reasonable in composition compatibility, green, environment-friendly, simple to operate and remarkable in bird-preventing and bird-repelling effect. The bird-preventing and driving paint can solve the potential safety hazard brought to the take-off and landing of airplanes when birds intrude into airport runways, the danger of the birds intruding into the power supply rails of high-speed rails and the excrement and noise pollution caused by the staying on buildings. The paint has poor water resistance, and although the types of the used inorganic reflective fillers are more, the reflective effect is general.

At present, bird damage becomes a common fault type of a power transmission line, most of the existing bird repelling devices adopt advanced detection and analysis technology to realize bird damage early warning and bird repelling, and the devices have various types and advantages and disadvantages, including bird thorns, wind wheel type bird repellers, electronic bird repellers and the like, wherein the bird thorns and bird repellers have poor application effect on birds with small body shapes; the wind wheel type bird repeller is difficult to work under the windless condition, and the reflector plate is stained after long-term use; the installation place and the installation number of the electronic bird repellers are difficult to determine. Although the prior art also uses chemical coatings, such as the publication (bulletin) numbers: CN101613548B, publication (bulletin) No.: the patent document of CN107312450A, however, is not ideal in paint performance and bird-repelling effects. In this regard, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. Crack resistance: and (3) placing the test piece in a 5m/s wind field for 240 hours, observing the test piece at a position 0.5m away from the test piece, and visually observing whether the surface has cracks or not, wherein the test piece is qualified if no cracks exist.
2. Water resistance: 2/3 of the test piece is immersed in tap water, the test piece is taken out after 720h and observed, and the test piece is qualified if no phenomena of layer forming, foaming and dropping are caused.
3. Weather resistance: placing the test piece in air at the temperature of 23 +/-2 ℃ for 18h, then placing the test piece in a low-temperature box at the temperature of 20 +/-2 ℃, freezing for 3h from the temperature in the box to 18 ℃ below zero, taking the test piece out of the low-temperature box, immediately placing the test piece in a constant-temperature box at the temperature of 50 +/-2 ℃, keeping the temperature for 3h, taking the test piece out, repeating the operation for 30 cycles, and determining the test piece to be qualified if the cracking, stripping and foaming phenomena do not occur.
4. 60 ° specular gloss: test with reference to GB/T9754.
The results of the experiments are shown in the following table:
as a result:
1) the bird repellent composition has excellent crack resistance, water resistance and weather resistance, and the 60-degree mirror surface gloss is more than 96%.
2) The crack resistance of examples 9, 10, 15, 16 and comparative example 2 were not satisfactory in terms of crack resistance.
3) In terms of weather resistance, the weather resistance of examples 6, 9-10, 14 and comparative example 2 failed.
4) Comparative example 1 is significantly different from examples 1 to 21, respectively, in terms of 60 ° specular gloss; comparative example 2 has no significant difference from examples 1-21, respectively.
Experiment II, bird repelling effect statistics of bird repelling composition coated on polyethylene insulation board
In an experimental area, the test pieces of embodiment 4 are installed at two ends of a cross arm of an electric power tower of the same power transmission line every 120 meters, the installation angle is perpendicular to the cross arm, the interval distance of the electric power tower is 60 meters, and the line length is 1 kilometer; the stay time is unlimited on the basis of falling on the power transmission line or accessories; counting time: 5 and 15 days in 2019-6 and 15 days in 2019.
Bird droppings in this area 1 month before the test pieces were installed (4 and 10 days in 2019-5 and 10 days in 2019) were used as a control.
And (5) counting results: the number of birds falling is reduced to 19 from 221 before installation, the number of nesting is reduced to zero from 9 before installation, and the power transmission line runs well in the experimental time.
The test results show that the bird repelling composition provided by the invention has a remarkable bird repelling effect when being used on a transmission line, the bird repelling rate reaches 91.4%, and the bird repelling composition keeps a good bird repelling and preventing effect within an experimental test period of 1 month.
The present invention has been described with reference to the above examples, but it should not be construed as being limited thereto. Those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art should make improvements and modifications within the scope of the present invention based on the disclosure of the present invention.
