According to an embodiment of the present application, the bird repellent further comprises: the weight of the ultraviolet absorbent accounts for 0.1-1% of the total weight of the bird repellent and insect repellent, and the ultraviolet absorbent comprises one of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, 2-benzotriazole and resorcinol monobenzoate.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application adopts another technical solution: a method for preparing a slow-release solid bird repellent, the method comprising: uniformly stirring and mixing a liquid medicament, a slow-release agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, an adsorbent and a medicament matrix, and uniformly dispersing to obtain first powder, wherein the liquid medicament comprises methyl anthranilate and/or cinnamaldehyde, and the medicament matrix comprises one or more of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus such as naphthalene, 2-naphthol, p-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, camphor and the like; weighing a predetermined amount of first powder, putting the first powder into a mold, and carrying out cold press molding on the first powder under a predetermined pressure.
According to an embodiment of the application, the method for uniformly stirring and dispersing the liquid medicament, the sustained-release agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the adsorbent and the medicament matrix to obtain the first powder comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent until the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution; dropwise adding the first mixed solution into the adsorbent in several times, and continuously stirring the adsorbent; after the dropwise addition is finished, crushing and uniformly dispersing the mixture of the first mixed solution and the adsorbent to obtain initial powder; and adding the medicament matrix into the initial powder, and continuously stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the first powder.
According to an embodiment of the application, the predetermined pressure is 1-20MPa pressure.
According to an embodiment of the application, the method is used for preparing the bird repellent.
The beneficial effect of this application is: unlike the prior art, the medicament substrate and the liquid medicament are tightly connected with each other through interaction. When the bird repelling insect repellant is used, the liquid medicament and the medicament matrix on the surface layer are exposed in the air, the liquid medicament is volatilized continuously, the medicament matrix is sublimated gradually, the insect repelling and bird repelling effect of the bird repelling agent is fully exerted, the surface layer structure of the solid bird repelling insect repellant is loosened and collapsed continuously along with the lapse of time, the inside fresh bird repelling insect repellant component is exposed, the inside fresh bird repelling insect repellant can still keep a better effect, and the aim of slow release is fulfilled finally. The bird repellent has long slow release period and can keep better drug effect all the time in the using process.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
An embodiment of the application provides a slow-release solid bird-repelling insect repellent, which is solid and comprises a medicament substrate and a liquid medicament. The matrix of the medicament comprises one or more of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus such as naphthalene, 2-naphthol, p-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, camphor and the like. The liquid medicament contains a bird repellent active ingredient. The liquid medicament is uniformly distributed in the medicament matrix and is bonded with the medicament matrix, and the liquid medicament can volatilize and play a role in repelling birds and insects. The medicament matrix is a crystal or powdery solid medicament, and on one hand, the medicament matrix is used as a main component, has the functions of expelling insects and expelling birds and can be slowly sublimated along with time; on the other hand, the drug base is used as a compression adhesive of the bird repellent, and the components can be tightly adhered after compression to form the solid bird repellent.
Conceivably, after the bird repellent is compression molded, the base of the chemical serves as a basic skeleton of the bird repellent, the liquid chemical is uniformly dispersed in the base of the chemical, and the base of the chemical and the liquid chemical interact and are tightly connected with each other. When the bird repelling insect repellant is used, the liquid medicament and the medicament matrix on the surface layer are exposed in the air, the liquid medicament is volatilized continuously, the medicament matrix is sublimated gradually, the insect repelling and bird repelling effect of the bird repelling agent is fully exerted, the surface layer structure of the solid bird repelling insect repellant is loosened and collapsed continuously along with the lapse of time, the inside fresh bird repelling insect repellant component is exposed, the inside fresh bird repelling insect repellant can still keep a better effect, and the aim of slow release is fulfilled finally. The bird-repelling insect repellent has a large effective insect-repelling range, can repel insects when being smelled by insects and ants, has a slow-release effect, and can repel birds and repel insects for a long time.
It should be noted that, through medicament base member and liquid medicament combined action in this application, in the solid drives bird repellent use, the liquid medicament that contacts with the air is more easily volatilized, form the micropore gradually on the solid drives bird repellent top layer, increase the area of contact of medicament base member and air, the medicament base member is more easily sublimated, thereby the pore crescent is the hole, the hole that forms finally leads to driving the bonding strength on bird repellent top layer and constantly descending, this process is constantly repeated to the bird repellent of inlayer, thereby inside closely the structure that bonds constantly from outside to inside pine and scatter originally, the sustainable active ingredient who drives the bird repellent that gives out of exposed inner structure, thereby reach the effect of slowly-releasing, can keep better drug effect in the use of bird repellent all the time. Moreover, by adjusting the contents of the medicament matrix and the liquid medicament in the bird repellent and insect repellent and selecting specific components with different volatilization rates, the slow release period of the bird repellent and insect repellent can be controlled, and the product has wide application range and strong adaptability.
In addition, the medicament matrix and the liquid medicament are mutually and tightly connected, and the bird-repelling insect-repellent structure is tight and firm, so that the bird-repelling insect-repellent also has a good waterproof effect, and is not easy to disintegrate, break or dissolve quickly when meeting rainwater when used outdoors.
Specifically, the liquid agent includes one or both of methyl anthranilate and cinnamaldehyde. Methyl anthranilate is colorless crystal or light yellow liquid, has grape-like smell, is easily soluble in ethanol, ether and most of nonvolatile oil and propylene glycol, naturally exists in grapes, strawberries, red wine and white wine, and has a certain bird-repelling effect. Cinnamaldehyde is an aldehyde organic compound, is a yellow viscous liquid, and is abundantly present in plants such as cinnamon. Cinnamaldehyde, which naturally occurs in nature, is a trans-structure, and the molecule is an acrolein to which a phenyl group is attached, and thus can be considered as an acrolein derivative. The cinnamaldehyde has a strong killing effect on aedes larvae which spread yellow fever, and is a novel pesticide. The cinnamaldehyde is safe and environment-friendly, has a fragrant smell, and contains an antimicrobial agent for cinnamaldehyde, so that insects can be repelled. Methyl anthranilate and cinnamaldehyde have excellent insect expelling effect, natural components, low toxicity and high safety.
Preferably, the liquid medicament simultaneously comprises methyl anthranilate and cinnamaldehyde, and researches show that compared with a single medicament, the methyl anthranilate and the cinnamaldehyde are compounded to have a good repelling effect on birds, and an obvious synergistic effect exists between the two medicaments, so that the medicament consumption is remarkably reduced, and the purposes of safety, economy and environmental protection are achieved. The compound liquid medicament has small direct killing property on birds, and can not cause toxicity on the birds; low toxicity to humans and other mammals; is safe to crops. And the compound liquid medicament has long lasting period and is beneficial to further realizing the purpose of slow release.
Further, the mass of the medicament matrix accounts for 30-50% of the total mass of the bird repellent, such as 30%, 40%, or 50%; the liquid medicament simultaneously comprises methyl anthranilate and cinnamaldehyde, wherein the mass of the methyl anthranilate accounts for 20-50% of the total mass of the bird repellent, such as 20%, 30%, 40% or 50% and the like; the mass of the cinnamaldehyde accounts for 5% -10% of the total mass of the bird repellent, for example, 5%, 8%, 10% or the like. The content of each component in the bird-repelling insect repellent is adjusted, and the medicament matrixes with different volatilization rates are selected, so that the slow release period of the bird-repelling insect repellent can be controlled, and the product has wide application range and strong adaptability.
In one embodiment, the bird repellent further comprises an adsorbent, the mass of the adsorbent is 5% to 15%, such as 5%, 10%, or 15% of the total mass of the bird repellent, and the adsorbent comprises one or more of carbon black, hydrophilic/hydrophobic silica, montmorillonite (bentonite), and attapulgite. The adsorbent mainly adopts porous powder with large specific surface area, and is mainly used for adsorbing liquid medicament to enable the liquid medicament to be in a powder state. On one hand, the adsorbent is easy to disperse with the medicament matrix of the powder, and on the other hand, no liquid medicament flows out during the cold press molding step in the preparation process of the bird repellent. The bird repellent is similar to soil components, is harmless to the natural environment, can be basically regarded as residue-free, and does not need manual further treatment.
In one embodiment, the bird repellent further comprises a slow release agent, the mass of the slow release agent accounts for 5% -10%, such as 5%, 8%, or 10% of the total mass of the bird repellent, and the slow release agent comprises one or more of a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent, and an aluminate coupling agent. The slow release agent has the function of enhancing the connection strength of the organic component and the inorganic component, and can reduce the volatilization rate of the bird repellent.
In one embodiment, the bird repellent further comprises an ultraviolet absorber, the weight of the ultraviolet absorber is 0.1% to 1%, such as 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, etc., of the total weight of the bird repellent, and the ultraviolet absorber comprises one of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone (UV-531), 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole (UV-P), Resorcinol Monobenzoate (RMP). The ultraviolet absorbent can prevent the bird-repelling insect-repellent agent from going bad and changing color under the sun exposure, and the stability of the bird-repelling insect-repellent agent is improved.
In conclusion, the bird-repelling insect-repellent agent disclosed by the application is innovatively combined with the odor type liquid medicament on the basis of a common solid slow-release medicament base body, the product has sublimation property and can generate a synergistic effect with the medicament base body, the emitted compound odor introduces an insect-repelling effect on the basis of improving the bird-repelling effect, and food attracts birds in an area with a reduced biological chain angle; meanwhile, the introduced odor type liquid medicament can be further used as an adhesive of common slow-release bird repellent powder, the medicament matrix and the liquid medicament are mutually and tightly connected, the bird repellent and insect repellent is endowed with a slow-release effect, and the slow-release time depends on the volatilization rate of the surface bird repellent and insect repellent. The bird repellent has the advantages of long slow release period, few residues and no toxicity.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for preparing a sustained-release solid bird repellent according to the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a sub-process of S101 in an embodiment of a preparation method of the sustained-release solid bird repellent.
Another embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of the slow-release solid bird repellent, which comprises the following steps:
s101: uniformly stirring and mixing the liquid medicament, the slow release agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the adsorbent and the medicament matrix, and uniformly dispersing to obtain first powder.
Wherein the liquid medicament comprises methyl anthranilate and/or cinnamaldehyde, and the medicament matrix comprises one or more of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus such as naphthalene, 2-naphthol, p-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, camphor and the like. The first powder can be obtained by uniformly mixing and dispersing all the components, so that the first powder can be used for subsequent cold press molding. In order to ensure that the components are mixed more uniformly and combined more tightly, the liquid medicament, the slow release agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the adsorbent and the medicament matrix are uniformly stirred and dispersed to obtain first powder, wherein the first powder comprises the following components:
s1011: and uniformly mixing the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent until the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution.
The liquid medicament, the sustained-release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent are stirred by a stirrer until the liquid medicament, the sustained-release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution, the rotating speed of the stirrer can be set to be 200r/min, and the rotating speed of the stirrer can be adjusted according to actual conditions, and is not limited here. The less of the component is more evenly distributed by the liquid medicament dissolving the less of the component.
S1012: and dropwise adding the first mixed solution into the adsorbent in several times, and continuously stirring the adsorbent.
And dropwise adding the first mixed solution into the adsorbent for three times, and continuously stirring the adsorbent to prevent the first mixed solution from adhering to the wall of the reaction kettle. Of course, the number of times of the divided dropping may be two, three or four, etc., and is adjusted according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
S1013: and after the dropwise addition is finished, crushing and uniformly dispersing the mixture of the first mixed solution and the adsorbent to obtain initial powder.

S1014: and adding a medicament matrix into the initial powder, and continuously stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain first powder.

The medicament matrix with double functions of expelling birds and insects and bonding is adopted, the liquid medicaments generate synergistic effect and are tightly connected with each other, and the cold press molding process is adopted to prepare the medicament. The cold pressing forming method of the bird repellent and insect repellant has the advantages of simple processing technology, high efficiency, no three-waste discharge, safety and environmental protection.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the bird repellent of example 1 in the preparation method of the sustained-release solid bird repellent of the present application; fig. 4 is a product schematic view of the bird repellent of example 2 in the preparation method of the sustained-release solid bird repellent of the present application; FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a waterproofing experiment according to an embodiment of the method for preparing a sustained-release solid bird repellent according to the present application; fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a product weight loss curve of an embodiment in the preparation method of the sustained-release solid bird repellent of the present application. The effect of the bird repellent according to the present application will be described in detail below with reference to two embodiments:
example 1:
30g of methyl anthranilate, 5g of cinnamyl aldehyde, 5g of silane coupling agent and 0.2g of ultraviolet absorbent UV-531 are taken, stirred at 200r/min until the components are completely dissolved, and a first mixed solution is prepared. 25g of hydrophobic silica and 5g of hydrophilic silica are uniformly mixed and are uniformly dispersed by a pulverizer for 3 times while stirring to obtain initial powder.
Weighing 15g of naphthalene, 10g of p-dichlorobenzene and 4.8g of industrial camphor, uniformly dispersing by using a pulverizer, adding the prepared initial powder, and continuously and uniformly mixing to obtain first powder;
weighing 50g of first powder, applying 5MPa pressure in a pressing die, cold-pressing for molding, and demolding to obtain the slow-release solid bird repellent 1, which has a bird repellent active ingredient content of 65% as shown in figure 3.
Example 2:
stirring 25g of methyl anthranilate, 8g of cinnamyl aldehyde, 7g of aluminate coupling agent and 0.3g of ultraviolet absorbent UV-P at 200r/min until the materials are completely dissolved to prepare a first mixed solution; 20g of carbon black, 10g of organic bentonite and 2g of hydrophilic silica are uniformly mixed, and are uniformly dispersed by a pulverizer for 3 times while stirring to obtain initial powder.
Weighing 10g of m-dichlorobenzene, 10g of naphthalene, 5g of 2-naphthol and 4.7g of camphor, uniformly dispersing by using a pulverizer, adding the prepared initial powder, and continuously and uniformly mixing to obtain first powder;
weighing 50g of first powder, applying 3MPa pressure in a pressing die, cold-pressing for molding, and demolding to obtain the slow-release solid bird repellent 2, as shown in figure 4, wherein the content of the bird repellent active ingredient is 62.5%.
Detection and analysis:
1. the product has waterproof effect:
referring to fig. 5, the slow release solid bird repellent 1 and 2 prepared in example 1 and example 2, respectively, was placed in a beaker and soaked for 1 week, and the change in appearance was observed.
The sustained-release solid bird repellent of example 1 and example 2 was soaked in water at room temperature for 1 week without change in appearance.
2. The slow release period of the product is as follows:
the sustained-release solid bird repellent 1 and 2 prepared in example 1 and example 2 were placed outdoors in the shade at 10 am every day, and weighed and analyzed for the sustained-release period.
Specific data are shown in the following table and fig. 6:
from the above time, it can be seen that:
the sustained release period of example 1 was over 90 days.
The sustained release period of example 2 was over 45 days.
In conclusion, the slow-release solid bird repellent has a good waterproof effect. In addition, the bird repellent has the advantages of long slow release period, few residues and no toxicity. In addition, the content of each component in the bird-repelling insect-repellent agent is adjusted, and specific components with different volatilization rates are selected, so that the slow release period of the bird-repelling insect-repellent agent can be controlled, and the product has wide application range and strong adaptability.

1. A slow release solid bird repellent, wherein the bird repellent is a solid, comprising:
the medicament matrix comprises one or more of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus such as naphthalene, 2-naphthol, p-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene and camphor;
the liquid medicament is uniformly distributed in the medicament matrix and is bonded with the medicament matrix, and the liquid medicament contains bird-repelling active ingredients.
2. A bird repellent according to claim 1, wherein the liquid agent comprises methyl anthranilate and cinnamaldehyde.
3. A bird repellent according to claim 2, wherein the mass of the base of the agent is 30-50% of the total mass of the bird repellent; the mass of the methyl anthranilate accounts for 20-50% of the total mass of the bird repellent; the mass of the cinnamaldehyde accounts for 5% -10% of the total mass of the bird repellent.
4. A bird repellent according to claim 1, further comprising:
the mass of the adsorbent accounts for 5% -15% of the total mass of the bird repellent and insect repellant, and the adsorbent comprises one or more of carbon black, hydrophilic/hydrophobic silica, montmorillonite (bentonite) and attapulgite.
5. A bird repellent according to claim 1, further comprising:
the mass of the slow release agent accounts for 5% -10% of the total mass of the bird repellent and insect repellent, and the slow release agent comprises one or more of a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent and an aluminate coupling agent.
6. A bird repellent according to claim 1, further comprising:
the weight of the ultraviolet absorbent accounts for 0.1-1% of the total weight of the bird repellent and insect repellent, and the ultraviolet absorbent comprises one of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, 2-benzotriazole and resorcinol monobenzoate.
7. A preparation method of a slow-release type solid bird repellent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly stirring and mixing a liquid medicament, a slow-release agent, an ultraviolet absorbent, an adsorbent and a medicament matrix, and uniformly dispersing to obtain first powder, wherein the liquid medicament comprises methyl anthranilate and/or cinnamaldehyde, and the medicament matrix comprises one or more of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus such as naphthalene, 2-naphthol, p-dichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, camphor and the like;
weighing a predetermined amount of first powder, putting the first powder into a mold, and carrying out cold press molding on the first powder under a predetermined pressure.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the step of uniformly stirring and dispersing the liquid medicament, the sustained release agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the adsorbent and the medicament matrix to obtain a first powder comprises:
uniformly mixing the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent until the liquid medicament, the slow release agent and the ultraviolet absorbent are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution;
dropwise adding the first mixed solution into the adsorbent in several times, and continuously stirring the adsorbent;
after the dropwise addition is finished, crushing and uniformly dispersing the mixture of the first mixed solution and the adsorbent to obtain initial powder;
and adding the medicament matrix into the initial powder, and continuously stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the first powder.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the predetermined pressure is 1-20MPa pressure.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the method is used to prepare the bird repellent of any one of claims 1-6.
