背景技术
大多数内燃机包括例如动力转向机构、交流发电机和空调机构之类的附件。这些附件通常由带驱动。张紧器通常用于向带施加预紧力,以防止打滑。张紧器可以安装在发动机安装表面上。
发动机可以进一步包括起停系统,由此,当车辆不运动时,发动机将停机,并且当接收到驾驶员命令继续行进时,发动机将重新起动。
起停功能将倾向于使带上的负载反向。因此,可以使用张紧器来适应带负载的反转。张紧器可以包括一个或多个独立枢转的部件,以便在两个带驱动方向上均正确地施加所需的带预紧力。张紧器也可以直接安装在附件上,诸如安装在电动发电机组上,以节省发动机舱中的空间。

图1是张紧器的立体图。张紧器1000包括通过紧固件101可枢转地安装到安装表面的支架100。支架100绕紧固件101在基座102上枢转。基座102设置在支架和安装表面之间。
臂200滑动接合在支架100内的轴向接收部103中。压缩弹簧300将弹簧载荷施加到臂200上。对于本发明的目的,臂200是刚性的而非柔性的。响应于弹簧作用,臂200通过两个轴颈式连接在其上的带轮对带B施加负载,参见图6。
带轮201轴颈式连接到臂200的第一部分203。带轮202轴颈式连接到臂200的第二部分204。部分203相对于载体支架100的轴线A-A在与部分204相反的方向上延伸。带轮201和带轮202是共面的。当张紧器工作时,这趋于平衡各带轮相对于紧固件101所呈现的轮毂负载。支架100响应于带轮轮毂负载的变化而绕紧固件101自动地枢转,因此,各轮毂负载的组合矢量作用通过紧固件101的主轴线。这又防止了支架100在操作中被束缚。
图2是在2-2处的张紧器的剖视图。弹簧接合部分205和臂200为塑料、金属或本领域已知的任何其他合适的材料。臂200的部分205沿着轴线A-A以滑动方式配合地接合接收部103。在该实施方式中,部分205和接收部103的截面为矩形,但是也可以为使用者需要的任何其他合适的几何截面形式。
衬套400设置在部分205和接收部103之间。衬套400包括能够为部分205在接收部103内沿着线性轴线A-A的轴向摆动运动提供阻尼的任何合适的材料。弹簧300设置并保持在突起104和突起206之间。突起104和突起206沿着轴线A-A延伸。弹簧300是螺旋弹簧并且截面是圆形的。弹簧300保持在部分205和接收部103中。

支架100通过紧固件101与基座102上的安装表面(MS)枢转地接合。紧固件101可以旋拧入或压入安装表面。在此实施方式中,安装表面MS包括带驱动机器(BDM),参见图6。轴线A-A与延伸穿过紧固件101并由此穿过支架绕紧固件101的枢转轴线的轴线相交。
图5是张紧器的分解图。臂200沿轴线A-A以线性方式运动。部分205的形式将防止部分205相对于接收部103的任何相对“摇摆”或左右移动。
防尘罩207、209分别防止碎屑进入轴承213和214。
支架100响应于带运动而绕紧固件101枢转。垫圈108设置在基座102上,以便将衬套107保持在基座102上,从而将支架100保持在基座102上。也可以使用其他附接方法,诸如螺纹连接、压配合或卡扣配合。阻尼构件105设置在基座102与衬套106之间。阻尼构件105为支架100绕紧固件101的枢转振动提供阻尼。弹簧300被压缩加载。
衬套400防止部分205与接收部103直接接触。
图6是安装在带驱动机器上的张紧器的前视图。张紧器1000通过紧固件101安装到带驱动机器上。带B与带轮201和202接合。带B也与带轮P1接合,然后带轮P1驱动BDM。BDM可以是支持起停操作的发动机部件,例如,起动发电机。
当BDM作为起动机以起动模式操作时,或者当BDM作为发电机(generator)或交流发电机(alternator)操作时,臂200沿轴线A-A的滑动运动控制了发动机操作期间的带张力。带的绷紧侧和松弛侧会根据BDM的操作模式而变化。臂200的运动与支架100的枢转运动同时进行来适应带张力的变化,这又控制带张紧行为。当BDM将操作模式从起动机转换到发电时,对带张力的控制可以延长带寿命,并降低带噪音。

Claims (7)

1.一种张紧器,包括:
可枢转地安装到安装表面的支架;
一体式刚性的臂,所述臂上轴颈式连接有第一带轮和第二带轮;
所述臂与所述支架滑动接合以相对于支架的轴线A-A进行线性运动;以及
设置在所述支架和所述臂之间的弹簧,所述弹簧抵抗所述臂沿所述支架的轴线A-A的运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述第一带轮和所述第二带轮相对于所述支架的轴线A-A彼此相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述弹簧是压缩弹簧。
